I chose this hotel because the Expedia site said they offer free shuttles in the area. However, the shuttle service was not available in weekends when I stayed. That should be added. The property was clean and good!

It honestly was an amazing stay the problems that we had was the kids in the gym just playing around on the equipment while my fiancé and I trying to just get our workout in. It was fine overall we just had to go back even later in the evening around midnight-1AM.

The staff was amiable and attentive. The only complaint is that the toilet would run for about 10 seconds every 20 minutes. I did not call the front desk as I had work to do and didn't want to be bothered. There was a business center with a USB hook-up with a printer, but no computers. I was able to download a plug-in and use the bluetooth to print documents.

The gym is much better than most hotels of this price, and sometimes they have free apples in the gym, which was a nice courtesy. Staff was friendly. Seems to have a lot of community events in the meeting rooms on the first floor.

It was okay. Thought maybe a room would be done early for early check-in but had to wait until 4 pm. Also, tried to get King bed several times. So wasnt to happy about that. The pool and exercise room were excellent!

This is my second stay at this hotel in 9 years. Still nice and clean, but rooms are starting to show some minor signs of wear with scuffs on cabinets and furniture. Plenty of parking space for my car with trailer. Courteous staff. Breakfast buffet is OK but a bit pricey for what you get, still convenient to have it in the hotel. Notwithstanding small inconveniences, I would stay here again.

I booked this hotel to use pool for my toddler. I checked the pool availability before I booked. They say it's available however when I went there with my family their staff told us that we can't use the pool because it's under construction. Of course my daughter cried a lot at the hotel lobby and I had to find another hotel right at the hotel lobby in order to calm my daughter. It was huge disappointment. We never stay at the hotel we didn't even got into the room that we reserved. We had to turn back to other hotel at the hotel lobby. Hotel didn't gave us a refund or credit even if we never use the service at all.

Very clean! Extremely comfortable bed/blanket and pillows. I was able to check in as late as I needed in the middle of the night; check out (at noon) is later than most places so I was able to sleep-in before my drive home. I also received my deposit back immediately on the same day I checked out, even on a Sunday, which was nice. No complaints!

There was hair in the bathroom upon arriving, hair on towels, and hair always after room service left. Room service came at 9:50 PM to clean the room. Luckily we were at the pool, but came mid clean because it was 10 PM. I’ve never heard of room service coming at 9:50 PM when we were out of the room since 9:30 AM. One of the outlets was wet when I took out my device. Legit the prong was wet. The hallway had trash in it constantly and smelled like must and throw up all the time. It was hard to breathe. There was no air in the hallways. The breakfast staff was very rude to our family and not accommodating. The hotel was just very run down and I was not expecting a stay like this.

I was under the impression they remodeled a couple of years ago. If they did- the upgrades were shabby and a tad bit more can be done to jazz the place up. The only reason i knew i was at a Hilton property was the pillows and bed. I love this spot due to location and CCOKIES and STAFF BUT.. My bath got clogged as i was showering - which is ILKY because i don't know WHO utilized prior to me. Even tho i did clean all with my clorox wipes BUT that still not bleach-bleach. Sorry to say but there was also a roach in my bathroom. I am also a consumer and i live for reviews.

Room was good but had a few problems. The door lock needed 10 to 20 tries to get it open. One of the lamps had a socket which was broken off so the lamp was leaning against the shade The little coffee maker worked fine but the cord was too short to reach the plug. So we had to put the coffee maker on the floor.

When I showed up to check-in at 10pm, there was a dance club party being held in the function room off the lobby. You wanna talk about loud, great subwoofers though as the bass was bumpin. Room was clean, basic, kind of dinged up but good. It was dark, comfortable, TV wasn't the best. Breakfast was decent buffet style.

Reserved a room for Saturday night, the hotel called while I was pulling in at 11pm to tell me that they double booked my room and didn’t have another room available. I had to spend over a half hour in the parking lot looking for a hotel. As a very loyal Hyatt customer, I found this to be very unacceptable.

Great if you like being ripped off. Was presented at checkout with someone else’s food and drinks bill but with my name on the check (but no signature etc). I complained and the duty manager said she would investigate and send me the evidence of the charge - this hasn’t happened, no response to emails but the wrong charge is now billed to my credit card.

Was very dissatisfied with service offered at the hotel. They had skeleton staff when I checked in on Friday night. The only staff at the front desk would not answer front desk phone calls because he gets busy taking care of guests checking in at the facility. Had to personally walk downstairs on 3 separate occasions after check-in to request for extra blankets, bed linens and towels, because these items were only provided in the room for 2 guests even though I had clearly indicated at the time of booking that the room was for 4 guests. Service delivery in the facility is generally slow and poor. I think they can do better.

The chocolate chip cookie at check-in was a nice touch. Also important, breakfast had multiple choices, was tasty, and open until 10 am. I like spacious rooms. The bathroom and bathroom vanity are large and the overall room was a decent size, especially for the price. Most importantly, the location is excellent for those visiting Princeton. I especially liked how the hotel is close to trail runs along the Millstone River and Delaware/Raritan Canal and multiple restaurant choices.

The chocolate chip cookie at check-in was a nice touch. Also important, breakfast had multiple choices, was tasty, and open until 10 am. I like spacious rooms. The bathroom and bathroom vanity are large and the overall room was a decent size, especially for the price. Most importantly, the location is excellent for those visiting Princeton. I especially liked how the hotel is close to trail runs along the Millstone River and Delaware/Raritan Canal and multiple restaurant choices.

Very nice hotel and convenient parking. Only complaint was our room was on the front side facing Highway 1 and very noisy. I had ear plugs so I didn’t ask to change rooms but I would have if I were staying longer.

Rooms aren’t huge but they are very clean and comfortable. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. About 10 minutes away from downtown Princeton so it is a convenient option for anyone looking for a more economical accommodation compared to the high prices of places right in town.

The property was quiet, which is what I needed for my work trip. The onsite restaurant, bar, and convenience options were solid. All staff were kind and effective. Property is convenient to Princeton University, Quaker Bridge Mall, Target, and ShopRite. Easy access into and out of the property despite being along Route 1.

When we arrived, there was an overflowing garbage pail immediately outside of the entrance. When we left, it was still overflowing. The TV didn't work and maintenance came and 'programmed' the remote to work with the TV (why wasn't this done prior to arrival?). There were several wasps in the room, and when I asked, they said that they are in the vents. I paid extra for breakfast at the restaurant and it was very minimal and not worth the cost--bagels, yogurt, prepared eggs, potatoes and bacon in a buffet setup. That said, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet (aside from loud a/c unit). Lovely and empty pool and gym.

They advertise breakfast but there isn’t any. The restaurant doesn’t open until 4pm. No microwave in the rooms. Clean and quiet enough for an average hotel. A $14 Uber ride to a restaurant.

Excelllent facilities. Breakfast was medicore and $17 plus tax. At check in I was given two vouchers and when asked I was told that those can be used for breakfast as well. Next day when I showed it to breakfast bar , they said dinner only. That was disappointing

The water pressure was great but it took 7-8 minutes for the water to get just lukewarm. Beds were fine, not horrible but not the best night sleep I’ve ever had. Just stayed for one night and it served its purpose. There was some kind of pop up going on when we arrived and I had to wait around for a parking spot to free up. Also our floor reeked of vape and marijuana, which I understand is legal in this state but this is supposed to be a smoke free facility and I was traveling with two young children. I just want to reemphasize the staff was incredible and I know they can’t control the actions of other people.

2 night stay with family. Very clean room and bathroom, very comfortable beds with clean sheets, easily accessible from the road, and located in a good place in relation to restaurantsand highways. My only complaint is that there was no complimentary breakfast, but that's just a money saving mom thing. Would definitely stay here again.
