Nemt og rent. Vi ringerede til hotellet for at melde vores sene ankomst og fik yderligere vejledning så vi nemt kunne finde parkeringskælderen, som i øvrigt føltes vældig sikker og med adgang direkte ind til hotellet - 10/10 would recommend

Was really ideal location and super easy to pop to the shops if you want to cook in your apartment or the shared kitchen areas. Only thing to remember is this is not a Hotel so amenities are a little different, i.e. no hairdryer :-) But overall was a brilliant place to stay and will def use again

Alles läuft via Web und auch der Zugang ins Zimmer nur mit Code. Aber Zimmer komplett mit allem was man braucht, nebst Dusche, Fernseh usw. auch eine komplette Küche. In der Umgebung genug Möglichkeiten zur Verpflegung. Gut zu erreichen von der Autobahn. Parking auch vorhanden da es in einem Einkaufszentrum ist.
Alles läuft via Web und auch der Zugang ins Zimmer nur mit Code. Aber Zimmer komplett mit allem was man braucht, nebst Dusche, Fernseh usw. auch eine komplette Küche. This is an interesting place.... co-living apartments with a big community area and kitchen. Its nice overall. Being basically a temporary apartment type of living, there's maybe only one person working at any time. This isnt a big deal since most people live here (dont visit) and dont use the front desk much. My only criticism would be that the blankets are too small for 2 people to sleep under

Sauber und viel Stauraum. Self check-in ist ok, sollte sich aber auch dann im Preis wiederspiegeln, dass man kaum Personalkosten hat. Deutlich zu wenig Steckdosen, noch nicht mal für die vorhandenen Lampen sind genug Steckdosen vorhanden. Nespresso-Maschine ist gut - funktioniert nur nicht richtig und wenigstens 2 Kapseln dazu wären schon gut. Wer führt schon immer Kapseln mit sich ?

I only stayed here because all hotels in area were sold out. Minimal amenities & lack of power outlets to charge devices were my two main complaints. For the prices they charge, this should have been better appointed. No iron / ironing board in the space, no coffee, sweetener, creamer or stir sticks. Kitchenette had no paper towels or napkins. Bathroom - no shower wash the first night I was there. They fixed this the next day. No tissues in bathroom, and NO face washcloths which I thought very strange. NO power outlet by the desk. Also, lighting was not good in the space. No late check out allowed. NO thank you… if I can avoid, would not choose to stay here again.

I have stayed at this property more than ten times, and it has been a good experience which is why I have returned. On this last visit, however, I booked the Queen large apartment expecting the best stay, but reality was the complete opposite. The unit was not cleaned well, it was missing cooking equipment, and the one piece of cookware it did have was uncleaned with burned cheese stuck to the inside.

Le sol de la chambre était sale. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas prêt à 7h. Il a commencé à être préparé à 7h30, ce qui n'est pas très professionnel, même si c'était l'heure annoncée pour le service. La personne chargée du petit-déjeuner ne parle pas anglais dans un environnement international, qui est aussi un centre d'affaires. Le responsable des réservations était très professionnel et à l'écoute des besoins du client. Très poli et professionnel.

Die Zimmer waren grosszügig und sauber. Trotz fehlender Rezeption hat die Kommunikation sehr gut funktioniert, der Zugangscode wurde rechtzeitig gesendet, und der Check-in war einfach und problemlos. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Great price, easy access to building and room with single code. Excellent layout with many places to store belongings, we could even place out suitcase and folded pushchair under the floor at the end of the bed leaving all the floor space. Housekeeping was said to do a clean on the fourth day but this did not happen. Not central but easy tram 3 minutes walk away which takes you into the old town. (And free public transport with the included Basel card.

The value for these modern rooms is excellent in this hybrid hotel/serviced apartments/co-working space. Smart, well-designed rooms for individual travelers who don't need the extra frills and services of a hotel and feel comfortable with a location that's a bit outside of the main city center. No issue with public transportation and the Basel Card. To enter, you are dependent on mobile data/WhatsApp to receive the door codes and reception communication has limited hours, so if there are any issues or follow-up questions, you will have to wait (about 3 hours for a response). I'd skip the continental breakfast, which was pretty underwhelming for 22 extra francs per person and didn't match the photo on the website. There were a couple glitches/typos on some communications, which required a couple extra e-mails, but overall, if I come to Basel for 2-3+ days, then I would happily stay here again.

Rien à redire sur les chambres et la propreté de l’hôtel, tout était nickel. Le Check-in a par contre été compliqué. Le lien envoyé par l’hôtel n’était pas en mesure de reconnaître ma réservation. J‘ai envoyé un message à l’hôtel qui n‘a pas donné suite. J‘ai appelé le support de l’hôtel qui m‘a dit que mon message allait être pris en compte. Finalement j‘ai fini par recevoir un second lien qui a fonctionné.
Rien à redire sur les chambres et la propreté de l’hôtel, tout était nickel. Le Check-in a par contre été compliqué. Le lien envoyé par l’hôtel n’était pas en mesure de reconnaître ma réservation. J‘ai envoyé un message à l’hôtel qui n‘a pas donné suite. J‘ai appelé le support de l’hôtel qui m‘a dit que mon message allait être pris en compte. Finalement j‘ai fini par recevoir un second lien qui a fonctionné.

Wir haben gestern Abend kurzfristig ein Zimmer gebucht, da wir unseren Zug verpasst hatten. Als wir spät abends im Hotel ankamen, mussten wir selbst einchecken. Zunächst funktionierte der Zugangscode nicht. Nachdem wir über WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen hatten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Code nun funktionieren sollte. Als wir schließlich die Tür öffneten, stellten wir jedoch fest, dass das Zimmer bereits belegt war – es befanden sich andere Gäste darin. Das war nicht nur äußerst peinlich, sondern auch sehr enttäuschend. Die gesamte Nacht über hatten wir Angst, dass jemand auch versehentlich unser Zimmer betreten könnte. Diese Erfahrung war für uns sehr unangenehm, und wir hoffen, dass so etwas in Zukunft nicht wieder vorkommt.

To enter, you are dependent on mobile data/WhatsApp to receive the door codes and reception communication has limited hours, so if there are any issues or follow-up questions, you will have to wait (about 3 hours for a response). I'd skip the continental breakfast, which was pretty underwhelming for 22 extra francs per person and didn't match the photo on the website. Réservation faite sur hôtel.com à 22h pour une arrivée prévue à 2h du matin. Aucune réception ouverte puisque le check-in se fait de manière dématérialisée. Or le check-in ne peut se faire que jusqu'à 24 heures. Conclusion, si vous arrivez après 24 heures à l'hôtel, vous n'avez pas de possibilité de pouvoir avoir de chambre. Il y a bien un numéro de téléphone qui est communiqué mais celui-ci et je joignable de 8h à 23h30 uniquement donc après 23h30 tout arrivé et fortement déconseillé. Sinon, vous allez devoir passer la nuit de votre voiture, ce que j'ai dû faire malgré le fait que j'ai payé une nuit naturellement non remboursable. L'hôtel a l'air confortable de l'Intérieur, j'ai pu le visiter sans pouvoir accéder à la chambre mais c'est à fuir si vous pour une raison ou une autre si vous avez besoin d'une arrivée tardive par exemple pour le départ ou l'arrivée de votre avion

Die Zimmer waren grosszügig und sauber. Trotz fehlender Rezeption hat die Kommunikation sehr gut funktioniert, der Zugangscode wurde rechtzeitig gesendet, und der Check-in war einfach und problemlos. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Il vous faut un code pour vous enregistrer ou entrer dans l'hôtel, aucun receptionniste passé 18h!!!! Bref j'ai faillu dormir dehors car personne n'etait là, aucun code reçu, l'horreur!!!!! Pour un 4 etoiles il n'y a aucun service ni employé passe 18h, c'est un comble!

Alles läuft via Web und auch der Zugang ins Zimmer nur mit Code. Aber Zimmer komplett mit allem was man braucht, nebst Dusche, Fernseh usw. auch eine komplette Küche. In der Umgebung genug Möglichkeiten zur Verpflegung. Gut zu erreichen von der Autobahn. Parking auch vorhanden da es in einem Einkaufszentrum ist.
Alles läuft via Web und auch der Zugang ins Zimmer nur mit Code. Aber Zimmer komplett mit allem was man braucht, nebst Dusche, Fernseh usw. auch eine komplette Küche. Great price, easy access to building and room with single code. Excellent layout with many places to store belongings, we could even place out suitcase and folded pushchair under the floor at the end of the bed leaving all the floor space. Housekeeping was said to do a clean on the fourth day but this did not happen. Not central but easy tram 3 minutes walk away which takes you into the old town. (And free public transport with the included Basel card.

Le sol de la chambre était sale. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas prêt à 7h. Il a commencé à être préparé à 7h30, ce qui n'est pas très professionnel, même si c'était l'heure annoncée pour le service. La personne chargée du petit-déjeuner ne parle pas anglais dans un environnement international, qui est aussi un centre d'affaires. Le responsable des réservations était très professionnel et à l'écoute des besoins du client. Très poli et professionnel.

The hotel is nice but it is a co-living property which was not mentioned or explained in your listing. As such it doesn’t have the amenities we usually see in a hotel, front desk help, coffee in the lobby, free breakfast, etc. that said, it seems great for young folks, not so much for seniors. We managed okay with help from some of the people staying here (all nice) and a few calls to the help line. It’s a nice place and probably a good model for less expensive, but still nice, lodging going forward, but not what we expected

I've stayed here several times over the years. For the most part the place is fine. Convenient location next to the shopping mall. However, some parts of the hotel are falling into disrepair. The floor 3 elevator area is dirty and beat up. My room wasn't exactly as nice as it was previously. The pillows were warn out and smelled bad. One of the plates in my room was chipped badly. It's little things that are falling out of favor but it's time to get those things taken care of.
