The room was clean the hot tub did not work and the blow dryer in our room did not work as well. My son really wanted to get in the hot tub and the room we booked some of the drawers were tapped up and the receptionist were rude!

We stayed 2 nights here. There is room for improvement at this location~ 1.) The pool area had mildew all over the concrete floor surrounding the pool which made it grimey and also super slippery for children playing. 2.) Although the pool area is pretty cool, the inside of the pool and hot tub were pretty dirty on the concrete flooring of them, you could visibly see dirt and grime. 3.) The hot tub jets were not working. 4.) If you have a pool room view, the curtains to the door don’t fully cover the door and a lot of bright light is shining into your room all night long making it hard to sleep. 5.) They don’t refresh the pool towels very often so you will have nothing to dry off with. 6.) There is no hot breakfast- just a bagged breakfast, although there is a decent amount of items in the bag, a hot breakfast is much more appealing. 7.) They don’t tell you ahead of time that a room refresh is only by request, so we expected fresh towels and our garbage changed out but when we got back to the room at 9pm it had not been done leaving us with no towels to shower with and over flowing garbage cans. 8.) The bathroom to our room was dirty upon check in with multiple hairs all over the floor and bath tub. 9.) The carpet in the room was dirty making our feet black from walking on it. We were disappointed with the amount of money we paid to stay here for two nights with all of the issues we came across. It could be a really nice place, a lot of cleaning needs to be addressed

Nice hotel with a great waterpark for the kids. Walkable to MOA is want and easy access to interstate. Hot tub was down during our visit a little disappointing but things happen. Has a nice big area around pool area for have family gatherings will kids swim.

Weekend trip to Mall of America (MOA). Hotel has shuttle bus service to and from MOA and the airport (in each case you have to call front desk for pick-up and the wait was typically 10-15 mins). Hotel is about 10 mins from airport and about 5 mins from MOA. Had a great experience and the hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. My room was somewhat outdated but they are currently in the process of renovating, which included the dining area, so there was no hot breakfast. However, hotel did provide guests with a bag breakfast of an apple, granola bars and a water. The pool was fantastic and my 9 yr old granddaughter loved it!! The pool alone was worth staying there!

Good location, hot tub closed during stay was told part on order which was very disappointing. I booked two different hotels with this company and both had out of order spas. This was a main reason for my bookings so I’m not happy about not being able to use a spa in three nights. That what I look forward to on vacation. Breakfast is a bag cold breakfast which is fine just was expecting hot options. Muffin with yogurt. I had a burger at the steak house attached and it was the best I’ve had. Highly recommend it. Looks like a great place to dine. I had takeout only. Nice atmosphere inside. Kids meals at TGIF close by were always fresh and high quality ( chicken strips) parking is not included also. Hotel is good for family with young kids as pool looks fun. We didn’t use because of closed hot tub

Shower had black and pink mold on the wall and soap holder, bathroom in general smelled like urine and pillow felt like laying your head on a pillow case full of grocery bags. $10 a day to park your vehicle is insane also.

We had 2 rooms. One had not been vacuumed. Found chocolates on the floor. My granddaughter found an 100 mg antidepressant on the floor and had tried to eat it! This would’ve been very dangerous had she swallowed it. I complained about the dirty bathroom in my room. They said they would send someone to clean it, but they did not. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool was great for our 2 and 3 year old. That said, it was pretty dirty. There were people drinking alcohol and eating in the food area and left it a mess with no staff to clean it or stop that from happening. The bed sheets felt like they were waterproof material and ere very uncomfortable. Tub was leaking and moldy. Overall cleanliness was not good. No breakfast except for a dismal few grab and go options like yogurt and gross looking fruit. Upon checking in we weren’t given any information as far as pool hours, check out time, breakfast info, or anything. Was absolutely not worth the expensive price we paid for a single night.

The carpet in the room was dirty. We did not walk on it barefoot after discovering this. The pool was cloudy. The hot tub had a green hue to the water and the jets didn’t work. There were no clean towels left at the pool. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty. The housekeeper I approached about them being empty was very kind and friendly.

Didn’t wipe anything down in the bathroom, vacuum, or make our bed. The pool area was very dirty. All tables and chairs were dirty. The pool area carpet was the worst of all.

We got in late. The room was dirty. Saw old food on the floor the next day. Rusty pieces on bathroom floor. Men blowing grass saturday morning…..blowing grass on you walking out. My kids enjoyed the pool area only reason i didnt leave the next day and book somewhere else after i noticed how dirty the room was. Also saw ants in the bathroom shower area.

The staff was awesome and super caring. The cleanliness on the other hand could use some work. The shower had blood on the wall and a good amount of hair in the shower as well. Walking barefoot in the room I could feel sand on the floor. All in all not a terrible experience.

I took the time to pre register and they still wanted my id and cc even tho I uploaded. There were three staff at the desk working together on one person at a time so you had to wait. Place is nice enough but room is cold and we can’t adjust it. And our room is at the end of a very very long hall. Quite a walk

Have to pay for parking. Our poolside room had no air conditioning. It was 82degrees in our room.

Unfortunately, not good! The room we were put in had a blocked toilet that overflowed. We were put in another room that had slow draining sink. No internet connection, and the toilet was a foot of the ground. Not great for a person that 6’3.

Gosh this is such a mixed review. Some of the staff were lovely. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The balcony to watch the kids swim was convenient and a welcome reprieve while on a busy family getaway. The price was very reasonable. Here is what we hope will be improved- when we made our reservation, a free sack breakfast was supposed to be included, the parking was supposed to be free - neither of these were there- not the end of the world but would have helped. The pool never had towels. The pool didn’t feel clean. The shuttle left our family of four at the mall for an hour- we were told they would be there in 10-15 minutes. We ended up getting an uber- it wasn’t that there wasn’t a shuttle available that upset us, it was that we called and were told they were in their way and they never came!

My experience was not to good. The check in process wasn’t efficient. I used their app to check in and I had to go to the desk only to go through the same process. Housekeeping was horrible. I asked for my room to be cleaned and I even talked to housekeeping directly only to get a “I don’t speak English” response and my room was never cleaned. This response was also provided during breakfast as well from food attendant. How can you work in hospitality and don’t speak English? Parking use to be free now they charge you to park. Yeah I won’t be back. These hotel charges you but you receive less. Breakfast wasn’t all that special so again my last time visiting this hotel

The overall stay was alright. The room was clean but the front desk customer service is terrible. Waited over an hour and a half for a blanket and pillow. Not the best option for breakfast. Breakfast bag and go, I don't recommend.

Our couch bed is broken, and there is garbage under the couch. Called front desk, they told us that they will bring in a roll away bed, waited a few hours, no bed, haven’t call a second. Front desk told us they will give us a discount when we checked out, but we mentioned at checkout, they told us because we booked from Expedia, we have to talk to Expedia. Went to fitness center this morning, the treadmill is not working at all either.

Facility itself was decent. Stayed in a suite and things were clean, but the tub/shower was damaged and unsightly. Most of the front desk staff was decent, but one guy in particular was extremely rude and answered the phone completely unprofessionally, and treated guests as nuisances, i notified management, and was basically completely blown off on the plus side, the airport shuttle was nice, the driver was great. All in all, i would give the hotel itself a 7/10, but the service only a 5/10.

The room was not ready for check in until 5pm, staff were doing their best trying to stay calm and get the rooms donequickly, but the communication was poor. And really would have been great to be offered a free breakfast or something to show effort at making it right.

The pool is the reason we stay. Warm and activities for smaller kids. But the service and check in are a nightmare. This stay took us 45mins to stand in line with one worker at the desk. The last time wasnt much better.

While the hotel’s location is great, nearly every other aspect of my stay was disappointing. Upon check-in, the two younger front desk associates made a poor first impression by continuing their personal conversation without even acknowledging me standing there. This lack of professionalism set the tone for my stay. The $10-a-day parking fee feels excessive for a two-star hotel. Breakfast, which ends abruptly at 9 AM, offers limited options and is far from satisfying. The staff throughout the hotel seemed indifferent and unwelcoming. The condition of the rooms was another major issue: worn out, poorly maintained, and reeking of marijuana throughout the hallways, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Shower pressure was practically non-existent—it took me five minutes to rinse shampoo off my head… and I’m bald! The pool area was equally disappointing. Dirty floors with visible algae, murky water, and non-functional hot tub jets made it uninviting and unsafe. The location is the only redeeming factor, but that alone cannot justify staying here. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel.

As of 8/1 undergoing a little construction, no noise but breakfast is carry away and hot drinks limited. Very close to Mall of America, within walking distance, and the train to downtown. Parking is available on site but they charge you for it. Front desk staff was welcoming and answered my questions about the area.

The hotel itself was good, the layout was good, pool was indoors, pricing and service was good, it was simple straight forward, nothing fancy, i was surprised that you had to pay for parking separately online from the hotel cost (wasnt included with the room), was a convenient walk to the Mall of America, a number of restaurants near by other than the ones in the mall, i would consider staying there again.

The breakfast was under construction and they only packed to go breakfast which was granola bar, a small bottle of water and a yogurt and muffins. We didn’t know any of this otherwise we wouldn’t have booked the room. Won’t be coming back unfortunately

Breakfast was in a bag… not what I expected. Asked for a hair dryer when I got there and didn’t get it until the second day. Otherwise, convenient close to mall. Kids loved the pool water park. Rooms were comfortable. Lower level walk out to pool area. Will return again

Free breakfast which consist of a muffin and granola bars. I chose this place because it said it offered breakfast which I would have assumed pancakes, eggs, bagels. They charge you for parking and that was not disclosed.

Our stay was awesome. Loved the go breakfast. So many choices in bag plus coffee, orange or apple juice, apples, oranges. Close to restaurants and Mall of America. We will stay again. Only thing was air conditioning didn't work in 1 of the 5 rooms reserved.

First of all, the location is amazing if you are planning to go to the MOA. You can literally walk. Free breakfast is a bag with yogurt, muffin, and 2 granola bars. You can choose from an apple or orange. Orange juice, apple juice, warm bottled water. The coffee is only out in the morning, and no flavored creamer. I was very sad about that lol. The pool is fantastic!! Oh, also when i got there parking is $10/day ( plus tax) . I do like the hotel for location & pool.

Good location, hot tub closed during stay was told part on order which was very disappointing. I booked two different hotels with this company and both had out of order spas. This was a main reason for my bookings so I’m not happy about not being able to use a spa in three nights. That what I look forward to on vacation. Breakfast is a bag cold breakfast which is fine just was expecting hot options. Muffin with yogurt. I had a burger at the steak house attached and it was the best I’ve had. Highly recommend it. Looks like a great place to dine. I had takeout only. Nice atmosphere inside. Kids meals at TGIF close by were always fresh and high quality ( chicken strips) parking is not included also. Hotel is good for family with young kids as pool looks fun. We didn’t use because of closed hot tub

We had a great experience at this hotel. My best friend and I with our kids stayed for one night. We called the morning of check in to request rooms next to each other. Melanie was a saint and got us right across the hall so our kids were running all over trying to get from room to room. The kids loved the pool area and we loved the proximity to the MOA. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, but it was good and filled the kids up. When we left my friends daughter forgot a magnet on the fridge. I called and spoke to a gentleman (sorry I forgot his name but he was extremely friendly and kind) and he said we could come back and check. When we got back he had already gotten it and had it at the front desk. We will definitely stay again!

Very happy with my stay here. It was lowkey and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area is very nice for what it is and the hotel was overall cozy. Restaurant/Bar guys were great as well. Will definitely consider coming back
