The staff was nice. Unfortunately while on the elevator, it squeaked. I just looked up at the certificate and was highly alarmed. Deficiencies last year and a certificate 11 months expired is concerning. Additionally when I showered in 310 there was no caulking around the top tile. You could see space right into the drywall where it’s likely growing mold.

Great place! Small fitness room but everything worked (what a blessing to get a brief workout after a long drive). I had to go back to the front desk twice to get my room card reset - once when it wouldn’t let me in the fitness room, then again when it wouldn’t let me back in my room. The clerk suggested that it was because I was carrying it next to my iPhone. I guess it messed up the signal? Oh, well, live, travel, and learn.

The hotel overall, and hotel staff were great. There were several maintenance issues at the time of our stay. We were on the third floor and the elevator was broken. My girlfriend has a hip issue, so that was problematic. The front desk tried to move us to a different floor, but their system wouldn't let them. We weren't going to necessarily use the hot tub, but it was also out of service.

Hot tub was broken, pool was cloudy and the chlorine was very strong. We went through 6 door keys because they kept deactivating everytime we left the room. The WiFi didn’t hardly work at all. The water pressure kept going out and the water wasn’t very hot in the shower, the beds are extremely hard, there was a cockroach in the lobby but thankfully not in the room. The rooms were clean though and staff was nice. I don’t think we will stay again

We literally just stopped for sleep and a shower. Could've been a little cleaner bathroom wise, but overall... beds were comfy and surprisingly with all the dogs, quiet. The property's showing signs of a need to update. Easy to get to, but in a very congested commercial area. Clean bathroom, but caked dirt in the corners of the floor near the tub and the door, if i had toddlers... I'd be more concerned. Again, overall.... got sleep, got Clean, we're happy.

The area was nice, lots of hotels/businesses, and the outside of this hotel looked nice,.however the room we got had not been cleaned well at all, there was plaster all over the floor in the room, the bathroom, and there was also old pee on the toilet seat and the room smelled stale. Front desk did give us a new room, but not a single word, no "sorry about that" or "we'll get you taken care of". Second room was fine, but customer servie could be more friendly. Also for guests privacy and safety don't announce guests room number to the entire planet, just say "room number is on the card" or point to it. Overall it was a decent place to crash for the night, a "just passing thru" hotel. I would not stay there a long period of time.

The room itself was nice (4th floor) the toilet barely flushed tho, (embarrassing) and the water pressure was not great. Went to use the hot tub and the jets weren’t working. There is a gas station next door and food right there as well. So location is great. Check in the lady seemed as if she was over it and did NOT want to be there. Asked for a receipt at checkout. And didn’t get that either. So the staff up front is not the best. But for the price. Not bad.

The toilet lid was dirty. I didnt complain, cleaned it myself. Bathroom floor had alot of dust and debris in corners. Cleaners only hitting the high spots obviously. Bed linens were clean otherwise i would have been asking for refund. Bed mattress was my biggest issue, it was hard as a rock. I need a softer mattress. They were very gracious and offered to let me change rooms but said all the mattresses were the same. They were correct. I just doubled up the comforter and slept on top of it.

After a whole day (10 hours) of driving with my two kids, we stopped here for the night. It was a convenient stop, off the interstate, with restaurants near, however, there was no WiFi (front desk told me it didn’t work on the second floor which is where we had a room) and no cell service (1 bar LTE with no data). The TV selection did not have any kid programming but one channel. The hotel was fairly clean, and breakfast was decent, but the lack of WiFi and cell service was a deal breaker for ever staying there again.

When trying to check in there was a small child(2ish maybe) behind the counter with your employee. Kept interrupting...not sure but think she was referring to employee as "Nanna". Young guy dressed like he was headed to Walmart kept trying to get child out from behind counter but your employee was more interested in answering the little girl than taking care of me. I had handled EVERYTHING online through Expedia but it still took over 20 minutes to get checked in. THEN, I get a call in my room after 10PM from her "just confirming that I checked you in" is what she said. On top of the fact that I don't feel that child should have been behind the counter AT ALL the customer should be priority...very unprofessional!!! THEN, I could smell pot on the floor as soon as getting off elevator. Within an hour I hear POUNDING and a man's voice YELL something about "Police - make yourself known". Didn't make me feel very safe that's for sure. Overall terrible experience for a hotel stay !!!

Ĥotel clerk was very helpful, kind and patient with us as we tried to navigate abooking error. Also, when I asked her to switch out our desk chair she did not hesitate to just walk over to the business center and pull me out a new one. Before I knew it, the chair was up in my room.

The young lady at the desk saved the day for me. We drove nearly ten hours today for business. I chose this hotel because they had a hot tub and a pool. It was my wife’s birthday and the least I could do is get a great hotel for the evening. When we got here there were signs stating the pool and hot tub were out of order. I was crushed. Luckily for me the young lady behind the desk realized it and gave us an upgrade to the room with the jacuzzi tub. The usual industry “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do” was replaced with an action that made a huge difference.

The young lady at the desk saved the day for me. We drove nearly ten hours today for business. I chose this hotel because they had a hot tub and a pool. It was my wife’s birthday and the least I could do is get a great hotel for the evening. When we got here there were signs stating the pool and hot tub were out of order. I was crushed. The usual industry “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do” was replaced with an action that made a huge difference.

I prepaid for two rooms weeks ago and after 8 hours driving the lady at the front desk argued with my wife about us only having one room and checked her into one room. I had to send the receipt to my wife in order for the lady to figure it out and check us into the second room. Both were under the same name. She tried to charge my wife for a more expensive second room when she tried to tell us we only had one.

Staff were all friendly. Disappointed that the 1 bedroom room style we reserved wasn’t actually available/accessible for guest use because of repairs needed but was still being advertised online during our stay as an available accommodation. Staff gave us options for selecting a different style room but no compensation was offered for being assigned to a less expensive room option.

Hotel was good, clean and quiet. Good breakfast. But when I got there, I prepaid my room on Expedia, and they said I already checked in when I got there. They showed me the signed receipt and said I already went up to room?? They did not check the ID and gave my prepaid room to another person who signed my name. Not what I needed at 11:30pm after a long drive.

Waited forever to check in at the front desk. Nobody showed… tried calling the front desk I was standing at, no answer. Finally the front desk guys shows up, said he was sorry, he decided to walk next door and get a coffee. Found a dirty sock in the room on the floor. Hole that were unpatched in the shower from where the curtain bar had been moved. Just not clean in general. Def not what the 8.6 on the reviews had us hoping for.

Only negative was Bathroom toilet wasn’t clean under the seat. Everything else in the room was great. Turned off the AC, just had the fan running to make white noise. Slept really well, it was 66 degrees in the room this morning. Temp outside this morning was 29 and blustery. Breakfast had alot of options, we ate high protein, low carb. Used the treadmill this morning to get my workout. Staff was very kind; especially the check in lady. Will stay here again.

Great stay for a quick overnight trip for my wife and I. The hotel was very clean and walking down the halls you could smell the cleanliness. The breakfast was also great too. 10/10 highly recommended for anyone needing a stay in bowling green.
