Staff wasnt accommodating, my partner cannot walk up a flight of stairs due to back injury, and website stated that if I request for handicapped accessibility than they can accommodate me but that wasn’t the case. I called before arriving and immediately was met with rudeness, saying there’s none available. There aren’t even any elevators. Wifi does NOT work, and complimentary breakfast was in a brown paper bag, consists of breakfast bars, sausage biscuit that was probably frozen and heated up wrapped in seran wrap. Very disappointing.

Fix the washer and possibly figure out how to add more than 1 if you have 60 guests. A lot of addicts and violent guests. Wouldn't be my first recommendation. However the staff is absolutely excellent! This would be my only reason to recommend this hotel. When we first got here it was great but that changed very quickly. We were here 2 months so I think my opinion should be high on the list.

The property is crumbling & falling apart. “Breakfast” was a grab & go bag ….. The phone didn’t work - nor did the hair dryer… yikes, the worst was dirty towel (hanging on rack to be used) And if course pool was out of order… Do NOT stay here!!!

The check in was quick and easy. The gentleman working the desk was friendly and helpful. The room was dirty- smelled like old cigarettes, the bathroom had mold growing in the tub and the beds felt like the mattress lost ltheir use 20 years ago. Not to mention no use of the pool- theres a tiny pool with no water in it. This was some "bargain"

Well check in was good. Lady was very sweet. However, after night one, I wanted to sleep in my car the next night I woke up to find bed bug bites on my body. UUGHH I gave ya'll a shot and then this. Next night I took the sheet and blankets off. looked at the mattress cover and there it was a live bed bug. I am not a complainer, but ya'll should change out your mattresses every 6 months, and have the hotel fumigated monthly because of this! I stayed in room 106 if that helps at all? Spray it, fumigate it, and get rid of the mattresses.

The place was beyond filthy. When showed pictures of room to hotel staff they were less than concerned. There was toilet paper stuck to bathroom wall, a pile of hair in bathroom floor, a half used container of body lotion in vanity area. A cardboard box in an alley way would have been just as sanitary.

No for everything and the rooms were nasty, the toilet doesn't flush. There were roaches and bedbugs. One was crawling on my arm... There's no coffee or ice trays and they never offer us any breakfast.. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pictures on the website are deceiving. Before arrival, I was sure to clarify that we were staying in a NON-Smoking room. However, entering our room it was a smoking room and the smell was horrible. Even after I called (a week prior to our stay) to verify we booked a non smoking room, they still booked us in a smoking room. The room was very dated and our room was not Clean. There were holes in the comforter. The floor was dirty, if you walked on the floor your feet were black from the dirt.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was dirty looking at the walls. Our bathroom door knob was broken and the TV remote wasn't working when we got there. We asked staff to look at remote as it was taped over the battery cover. They were nice enough to change the batteries and add more tape.. at any rate, the remote then worked. At 11pm our room's phone rang and when we tried to answer, there was no one there. This happened twice. We called the front desk to be told "we're having phone issues". Our solution was to unplug the phone. The staff was sympathetic to the phone issue but they had no answers as to what was going on or how to fix the problem. They said it happens only on the weekends.. The breakfast was a to-go bag with a sausage biscuit that was warm and not bad, and a couple of breakfast bars. They also offered us a pack of mini donuts. Hate to slam this but the facility is OLD and really needs a major update to the rooms. Caulk is failing in and around the bath/shower. Toilet rocked and didn't flush well. No USB ports and wall lighting used plug vice in wall wiring. Building looked in good shape, just need to spend some monies to get it up to 2024 standards.

Check in was quick and easy, the front desk was awesome and friendly. The room is old and in need of updating. The walls were dirty. There was a used medication pouch in the sheets. The comforter and the blanket was dirty, there were hairs and stains in them. There was loud music and people driving through all hours of the night, with frequent marijuana smells coming into the room.

The lobby has been renovated but the room was very very old. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed because it was so broke down that I was rolling off the side. Also I reserved a king room but when I got there I was told they didn't have a king room available. I booked over a month in advance.

The property really seems worse for wear. The room smelled distinctly of smoke. The staff were generally kind but it was hard to overlook the minimal quality of the room. Old bathroom. Old sink. OK flooring. Odd shower. Not great beds

I didn’t like the fact that I got a non-smoking room but smelled cigarette smoke all the nights. I hate the smell of cigarette smoke. You can’t have a non-smoking room, and have the smoke rooms & have next it.

Everything was great until the day of check out. Housekeeping started knocking on the door an hour before check out trying to clean the room. They then knocked again at 10:45 and told us “it’s time to hurry” as we were packing our last few things to load the car. Front desk staff wasn’t all that friendly. Price and location were both good though!

Staff that checked us in was very rude and unfriendly. Lights in room did not work. Room very shabby. Breakfast was just a grab bag with not much in it. Price was reasonable - I guess you get what you pay for!

Dorothy was the best part of the hotel. She made sure my team was taken care of and she addressed any concerns we had about prior reviews done on the hotel. She made sure that my team was put in a room that was clean and there were no issues. Thank you Dorothy for your amazing customer service

We loved it. We stayed for about 3 weeks. Very nice and friendly staff. I think the woman’s name was Dorothy at the front desk, she’s a winner! I love her to death!

Fix the washer and possibly figure out how to add more than 1 if you have 60 guests. A lot of addicts and violent guests. Wouldn't be my first recommendation. However the staff is absolutely excellent! This would be my only reason to recommend this hotel. When we first got here it was great but that changed very quickly. We were here 2 months so I think my opinion should be high on the list.

Dorothy at the front desk was a peach! I love her to death. Any problems she will fix it! Great staff, friendly and very professional.

Overall a good staff! The maintenance guy is ridiculous though! Speaks rudely to guests! Acts like he's above other employees and guests. Not a guy I'd have working at my hotel.

The manager was amazing. Engaging and friendly. We came in really late and had to leave in a few hours, but he accommodated us. The bed was sooo comfy. I wanted to take the pillow!!!! He also gave us a close room on the ground floor. Two weary travelers, who got stuck in Nashville traffic for more than an hour and we desperately just wanted to sleep. VERY IMPRESSIVE AND WILL COME BACK!!!

The property is falling apart. The floors were so dirty that I threw my bedroom slippers away. I planned to stay 5 days but left to find a different motel. There were many long term residents who sat in chairs outside their rooms in groups. It did not feel safe to walk my dog at night.

This motel is convenient to I-40 and is close to many restaurants and some shopping. It is quiet and comfortable and affordable. Not a 5-star place, but very good for a one night stay

Basic amenities. When it says breakfast, did not expect a bag and go. I did not like anything in the breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Would have liked shampoo, etc Check in was quick. Staff was helpful, found an iron and ironing board for me. Staying solo was a little uncomfortable with outside door. I forgot about that when I booked.

Front desk ladies were awesome!! Breakfast to-go was fine. The shower backed up and the bathroom door knob was about to fall off… that’s about our only complaint. It was comfortable and the staff was very welcoming

We were there three nights and there was no breakfast. There was coffee and orange juice and nothing else. The beds are hard, the bathroom door’s knob was coming off, and the sink faucet is too close to the lip of the sink to wash your hands comfortably. But the service staff were nice, the location is close to plenty of amenities, it was quiet enough, we felt safe, linens were clean, and the floors were not carpeted (yes, this is a pro for me).

A sign said there was grab and go breakfast from 6:00am-9:00am and there was not. Im used to every hotel having breakfast.

We went in at 6:07 am to get breakfast and coffee. Coffee was ready , but not one item out to eat. Asked gentleman that was working, he told me what there was avaiable, then said you want one we then just.left one. Like it was an inconvenience.

I’ve stayed here multiple times it’s acceptable and a good value normally. Breakfast isn’t much a grab and go bag and some rooms ar cleaner than others. The staff has always been nice.

When checking in, the front desk woman made it clear to not have high expectations as it is the oldest hotel in Lebanon. I asked if it was clean, that things function, and was safe. She said yes. It was so so. We had to fix the curtain rod so we could even close the curtains for privacy. The tub didnt drain well at all. So yes, it is old, but old doesnt mean neglected with basic things. And there were people roaming around the rooms that didnt make us feel like it was exactly the safest area. Of course, that was our experience in our room. Others may not have that experience.

I was greeted by a a front desk attendant who criticized the state fair, which I attended. Directions to my room and the nearest stairs was not properly explained. There was a bag of trash sitting at the base of the stairs during my entire stay. Breakfast was not set out for self service and the morning desk services staff was not overly accommodating. Thexstair case was in desperate need of cleaning. There was a large bathroom and all supplies were readily available for the bed and bath areas. Air conditioner was great and the refrigerator was a plus... No microwave:( . I got good sleep and was out early in the morning.

Our bathroom door was broken, like the knob was not super secure, and the toilet went forward when you sat on it like it wasnt level on the floor. I also felt nervous in the shower because it felt like the middle of the tub was bowing in the middle. Outside of that, I only needed a room for the night and this place did just that. Friendly staff but the rooms could use some TLC

This Econo Lodge was perfect for us. Traveling with a camper it had a GREAT lot for large rvs and trucks. Easy access of of I-40. Check in was quick and easy and the gentleman checking us in was WONDERFUL! Says there is a restaurant on site, but has been closed since COVID, but MY ANY restaurants close by. Give bag breakfasts and gave coffee in lobby. Room was very clean.
