The interior feels dated, years ago the layout was better and it constantly had more people roaming around. The shower was nice, I loved the water pressure it was very relaxing, the bed and pillows are perfect. The pool is a disappointment and closed much too early we had an Expo to attend and were expecting to relax in the pool but was extremely disappointed in the open pool hours. Prices were high and I requested a fridge and had to pay extra to have it which I find excessive, so we will try another hotel next time. I have gone to New York New York every time I vacationed in Vegas but not the next time.

Had a really good experience staying at New York-New York Hotel & Casino. The room was super clean when we arrived and stayed that way throughout our trip. The bed was comfortable, everything smelled fresh, and housekeeping kept up with towels and cleaning every day. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole hotel had a fun vibe without feeling overwhelming. The location was also perfect since everything on the Strip was easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.

the room was clean they offer a good amount of food options down stairs. the room is nice the showers were great. The biggest issue is no mini fridge in the room this is done on purpose to spend more money drinks that need to be cold cant stay cold and you cant have any leftover late food another trick to get you to spend more money and go buy more food down stairs.
