Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

It seemed like we had to drag our luggage a long long way to get to our room in the Versailles tower.

restaurant location was great the only issue the terminal didn't work properly when i pulled out of the parking lot.

Our shower door leaked. The seal was bad and a river of water runs onto the floor. Pool hours are 9a-6p. August in vegas with no late pool hours!?

Nice hotel in the middle of the strip. Some of the restaurants are even reasonably priced. We booked a “strip view” room but we could only see a tiny portion of it. It’s probably better to skip that and save your money. We were also unable to get the gates to open with our room key even though we got new keys twice. That was very annoying.

Parking fee is $20 per day that I prepaid but I notice that hotel room keys does not work properly and got stucked with 10 cars behind honking. Attendant was too slow to resolve issue that i have to backout my car and walk to hotel registration desk to complain at got issued new room key to exit.

Michael at the reception desk was funny, helpful, and very willing to help. It was confusing because we stayed in the Versailles tower, which was an old Horseshoe Hotel tower. It was very clean and the room was updated and Euro-mod. The problem is that we did not realize when we selected the Lobby button in the elevator, it brought us down to the Horseshoe Casino. So many people in the elevator were confused. The signage was confusing. It probably should be more clear to guests. The negatives were the pool, elevators, and pay to park machines. The pool was green and cloudy. It had yellow algae on the steps and the overall appearance was a yellow green. The edge of the pool was cracked and just looked old and not what you’d expect from a $400/night hotel. The dirty towels were heaped up. When we were checking out, only 1 of the 3 elevators in our tower was working. People had to wait about 15-20 minutes to get up and down and there was not a way to take the stairs and get down to the lobby. When I went to pay the parking, there was a line because the machines were not working. Only 1 out of 4 worked right. It was a bit disappointing especially because of the cost and we selected this hotel because of the pool and Eiffel Tower view. Also the hot tubs were not working and had no water.

Trying to get an elevator going down at peak times can take a while. Otherwise, it was good stay.

Experience was overall good. But, check in takes way too long. Was in line for almost an hour. And couldn’t even check because the line was so long that even coming down early would not have given us enough time to make it to our flight. And the last day and a half we were there we were limited to one elevator on our side of the hotel but was not given any warning. No signs were up at all. Also, the trays in the room where if an item is moved,whether it’s used or not, you get charged is outrageous and a bit of a cash grab. Very tacky. Other than that the stay was good.

The room was dirty and had lots of dusts on surfaces. The floor was dirty, I could see stuff’s previous guests left on the floor. No amenity such as refrigerator, or microwave or washer/dryer. I requested maintenance but it took very long and I canceled. I didn’t expect Paris Hotel be lower level of hotels we stayed in Page, Az.

Room was spotless. Check-in was smooth. Restaurant options were great. Food (dined at restaurants) was good

Everything was very clean

We love the cleanness, the space very roomie. The bed was very very comfortable. There was enough pillows. The bathroom was so clean. The amenities in the bathroom, and in the living room.

Bathroom toilet was dirty when I arrived. Toilet paper holder was broken and on the counter. The room was ok but old looking and feeling. Wall paper in the bathroom over the tube was coming off. TV was old and poor visual quality. I stayed 4 nites and the room was only made up/cleaned on the 1st nite

The rooms could use some updating. There was a lot of chipped paint on the doors, etc. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Staff were great but the rooms were old and tired, the prices in the bars and restaurants are offensive and the execution of the French theme is deeply depressing.

The hotel is great, but there were 2 issues: -The check in process was extremely slow. We had to stand in line for almost an hour. -There’s a device limit for the free wifi. You have to pay $15 for any additional device per day! That’s ridiculous. And of course, regular cell phone signal is not very good in the building.

Nice sized rooms, clean and quiet (which surprised me!! For the price and location, couldn’t really ask for anything better on the strip.

A bit tired and shabby

The staff was lovely and check in was great! However, the street noise was very bad and kept us up at night. The rooms have no sound blocking from outside. And our room was not cleaned by house keeping on either full day we were here.

The rooms are a bit old, they need to be renovated.

Room was run down. Dispensers torn off shower walls. Windows so filthy couldn't even see out of them. Communication was challenging. We did not get the 2 devices with wifi in our room. Getting that sorted (without wifi) was impossible. It never happened, and I refused to pay $15/day for something that was to be included.

I had Nice stay at Paris Las Vegas Resort Casino. Check in was smooth no hassles. The service was great. My room was clean and well maintained. So many amenities and options right around you. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Check in employee was not friendly, inattentive, felt like she did not want to be bothered by us

The room floor was dirty. The hotel had multiple hidden charges upon check in. Basically felt like extortion. The casino floor is unpleasant and unnavigable. The housekeeping staff was very aggressive and harassed us. The housekeeper knocked on my door multiple times, hours before checkout, before checkout and interrogated us about when we would be leaving. It felt like they were trying to get us to leave early even though we paid for a late checkout. Rude Perra The hotel management seems to be more interested in getting their money and then pushing people out as quickly as possible. Complete non hospitality. The Paris hotel was a complete ripoff and I cannot recommend that anyone stay there

Other than a mini bar $700.00 charge that got sorted out stay was good. It took hours to argue to remove the charge and the hotel playing games with me. But had fun would go again….

Mobile check-in was a snap. Room was clean. View was amazing!!! Staff was so friendly and helpful!

Location, location location. In the middle of the strip, this hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfy beds, spacious rooms & friendly staff. Many choices for eating as well. The casino is comfortable & shops are nearby. We have stayed here before & will again in the future.

Highly recommend Versailles Tower. It is a long walk from check-in to Versailles. We stayed for a long weekend, and the bed was comfortable and the pool was great. Free drinks on the casino floor, and the service was friendly and fast. The hotel room was clean, and larger than the photos looked. This casino is in the middle of the strip, so it's walking distance to all the casinos. Highly recommend for price and location.

The hotel is located at the center of the strip, very convenient to walk to other nice hotels.

Excellent Stay at Paris (Vegas). View was beyond belief on top floor overlooking Bellagio fountains. If staying at Paris, definitely try the breakfast at Alexxa's which as phenomenal (earlier gets the best seats outside overlooking the strip). Great stay...excellent service at Paris....Perfect Location on the Strip!

Paris Hotel is absolutely stunning. All staff was extremely friendly, helpful with a big smile. Booked a double queen with pool view. If you book a high floor, you can also get the view of the Bellagio fountains. Absolutely zero complaints, our girls trip was perfect. Had Brunch at Cheri Rooftop. The restaurant is located directly underneath the Eiffel Tower. They have bottomless mimosas and the food was delicious. The hotel is located in the center of the strip. Prime location.

Staff was pleasant. Overall the Paris hotel was nice, the rooms clean although in need of sprucing up. You also need some moderately priced options for everything including meals. Vegas needs to remember they grew up on the backs of the little people visiting multiple times not the rich that come in expecting comp rooms, vip service and such.

So many of the restaurants were closed. Housekeeping were super nice and did a great job. I know no one does this in Vegas but please - in room coffee!!!

Disappointing Stay at Paris Hotel Resort/Casino** I recently spent three nights at the Paris Hotel Resort/Casino in Las Vegas, and I have to say, my experience was far from what I expected. - **Hot Water Issues**: Out of the three nights, I only had hot water for one. The shower took at least 15 minutes to warm up, and on two nights, I had no hot water at all. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. - **Lack of Amenities**: There was no coffee maker in the room, so I called for room service at 8:30 AM, only to find that they were closed. It's frustrating to pay for a hotel and not have basic amenities available. - **Poor View Quality**: We paid extra for a room with a view of the pool and tower, but the windows were filthy and water-spotted, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the view. - **Understaffed Restaurants**: The restaurants closed early even when they were only half full, indicating a serious staffing issue. - **Overpriced Services**: The prices at this resort are outrageous. I paid $7 for a bottled Diet Pepsi and $10 for a regular black coffee, which I had to stand in line to get. Plus, there was no room service available, which only added to my disappointment. Overall, the Paris Hotel Resort/Casino is way overpriced for what you actually get. I expected much more for the rates we paid, and I left feeling extremely disappointed.

Great location on the strip, very charming hotel. The casino is just "meh", but honestly it's walking distance from Bellagio, Venetian, Planet Hollywood, and every other major casino. Rooms are well appointed, nice bathrooms. Our hotel room had a crappy view but we didn't spend much time there so it didn't matter. Pool is nice, cool view of the "Eiffel Tower" from there. The restaurant, Mon Ami Gabi, is fantastic and highly recommend! The coffee shops are overpriced and not great, walk a bit and find something better. Overall would definitely stay again, one of the less expensive hotels on the strip and had everything we needed or wanted.

I loved the beautiful restaurant area inside the hotel and there were so many delicious options to choose from on property. The location is great because it is in the heart of the strip.

The Paris (and I assume most casinos on the strip) is expensive to eat there. A large Black coffee - $10. Most of our Disabled Veterans group couldn't afford to eat/drink there. I had a wet bar in my room the 1st night and then without warning it was gone.

Paris Las Vegas easily earned an excellent review from me! The location is unbeatable, the staff treats you like gold, and every restaurant we tried was absolutely incredible. The whole place has a fun, vibrant energy that made our trip Fantastic!
