Price beware. We have been coming to Danville for a few years now for the NASCAR race. This was our 4th stay at this hotel. When I booked the Hotel, I inadvertently only booked for one night, not two. The price was 414$. which was a little higher than previous stays. But that was fine. Later as we were driving to the race, I received a phone call from the Hotel asking if we were extending our stay. Turns out the $414 was for ONE NIGHT. The previous three stays were $367-$406. This stay $828!!!!!! If I knew that, I would have went to a way more luxury hotel. The front desk person stated that it was because it was booked on Halloween weekend? Halloween, I didn't see a Halloween party, there isn't even a bar! There was no free trick or treat candy at the guest check in. Soo not sure how they can charge those type of prices. With all that extra money, they could have at least put a new water jug in the fitness room This hotel is fine, nothing great, no perks. For the price we paid on previous stays it was fair. For $814, I would have stayed somewhere else. I questioned if there was a new owner for such a rate increase. I was told that there is indeed a new owner. Four stays will be our last stay. I see there are a few new hotels going up in the area, I will look to them for better options. Overall, very disappointed

Our stay was good for a quick one night stay. The morning staff were phenomenal, especially the sweet older woman helping in the breakfast area. The only reason why I couldn’t give a higher rating was the fact that the coffee maker (assorted coffees, creamer, sugar, cups, etc) and ice bucket and cups were all set up in the BATHROOM. That was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in a hotel.
