No one came to desk, could not find reservation, long wait to resolve, no place to hang clothes, stained tub, plumbing pipes exposed in shower, curtain rod broken, towel rack broken, ceiling over toilet bulging down ominously, towel on floor to suck up air conditioner leak, illegal s-trap in basin area, pool filled in and growing grass. And all for just $70 a night.

We reserved a king size room and got a double bed because the hotel had already given our room away. It was advertised as having a continental breakfast when there was none at all it also advertised having a pool did not have it was filled with dirt and neighbors banging on the doors and arguing all times of the night. Will not be staying there again.

First impression was not good.... the lobby door was locked when we got there at 2 pm to check in (check in starts at 1 pm). So after banging on the door, trying to call the number repeatedly, with no answer, we were pulling out of the parking lot and a car full of people showed up and they "opened". It's a very simple/basic hotel. They are renovating an older property and some things have been updated. There was new flooring (laminate faux wood) and the linens were clean. The furniture is not new but in decent shape for second hand. There was a minor sink leak that my husband fixed by tightening the pipes (that are the wrong size-temporary fix). The AC went out one, the knobs are broken and don't "line up" with indicated options. We found out (at check out) that the shower was not broken, you just have to man handle it to the point that you think you are breaking it to make it work. The shower was clean looking but stained and maybe some more elbow grease with a scouring pad and some Comet or Soft Scrub would improve things. No phone, no TV guide, no Kleenex. If you need a place to sleep, maybe watch some TV before bed, and you are in a pinch this is it. BASIC. NO amenities. It is not a place to hand out in your room and relax sort of atmosphere. Maybe once they get everything renovated and their act together it could be a diamond in the rough....until then...they need to make a better effort in my opinion. I'm trying to be fair with this review, but may be overly generous.

Everything I was expecting, a dump. Classic 50's motel, updated at some point and way past needing an update again. Pool filled with dirt, growing weeds. No maid service. Every night was doorbells in the steering wheel and loud talking outside my door or yelling across the parking lot. Bed was comfortable though.

Advertised they provided continental breakfast but once I checked in I was told the no longer do it. Remote to tv didn't work and they sent someone to replace the remote. That remote didn't work either. No coffee pot in the rooms. Pictures on site were misleading as they make the hotel look a lot nicer than it was. Very run down looking from the outside. Ice machine didn't work. A/c in room was lukewarm and no knob to make it cooler.Luckily I only booked one night. Very disappointed.

The hotel was not as described. The out door pool is nonexistent, its filled to the Top with dirt, there's no continental breakfast, the wifi only works in the front office, the Jakuzi tab doesn't work, the TV, half the channels don't work. Light sockets don't work, the refrigerator/freezer combo, the freezer was so frozen over you couldn't put anything in it. Very loud out side durring the night, made it hard to sleep, no inroom phone to call the front desk, plus all kinds of bugs in the room... i would Not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing, was the few staff members were nice. It looks to be a family run hotel.

I went down to lobby to find ice machine . Front desk had to go to next building to get it . I went back to room to get something and when I came back, the gentleman sitting said the front desk went to get my ice. I asked if he worked there and informed me no.

Room was not clean.Shower drain was stopped up,when itold the front desk she said someone would be there at 11am to fix.They never showed up.Towels and wash rags had stains on them.Had to go get some from front desk.The ones i got were old hard and cheap.This place needs alot of work.especially houskeeping

My friend and I obtained our room key from the front desk early the afternoon of June 6. We put our suitcases and food in Room 326 and immediately left. We returned about 10:00 p.m. I went to use the toliet; the room with the toilet and “shower” was completely covered in mold. The “tub” was an old disassembled Jacuzzi tub. Mold covered all the tub openings. Ceiling completely covered by mold, as was most of the three walls. I returned to the office and said we could not stay with all that mold and I wanted my money back. I was told that since I hadn’t rejected the room in the first 10 minutes I had the key there would be no refund. We had to leave at 10:00 at night and arrived back in Wendell about midnight. I will probably never use Hotels.com again. I've stopped payment on my AMEX charge as well. The place is a health hazard and should be reported to a licensing department.

There were dried blood stains on the floor and a fowl odor in the room in general. There was mold inside the bathroom and I can’t even begin to describe what was in the microwave. There was vomit and urine all over the walk areas as well.

This was the filthiest place I have ever attempted to stay. There was trash all around and over the stairs outside. The inside was absolutely disgusting and even had roaches. Stains on the floor, nasty tub and toilet, broken light fixtures, stains on the curtains and bedding. We left without a refund, b/c the hotel wouldn't give us one and told us to reach out to Expedia. We did and they did refund us. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

I've stayed at this location, in the past, however this time was not a pleasant experience. Checking room our room was changed without explanation and was quoted a different price then what was paid. The room we were assigned to reeked of cigarette, beer bottle caps and hair particles was all over the floor. There was a leftover marijuana paraphilia all over the bathroom floor. Even the outside was a trashy. Cigarette butts all over the ground in front of the room doors and in the outside stairwell. The receptionist was very nice and tried to assist as much as he could but it was only so much he could do. Not sure if the establishment is under new management but I definitely do not see us staying here again.

Hotel was great, maid came and grabbed our towels and never replaced the 2 she grabbed. Faucet handle fell off and the shower head was stuck on massaging and hurt to shower!

The door barley closed. We ended up putting a chair infront of it because of the unsafe vibes of the motel. There was dead roaches ubder tge chair abd the bath tub was black and rusted.

The people at the desk spoke very, very little English. When checking in, he wanted to create a new reservation because he said I didn't have one. I saw his check in sheet and had to point to my name/reservation, then point to myself. Upon checkout, the guy there (someone different, still very minimal English) didn't want to give me a receipt. The room itself was fair, the TV would cut out every 10 minutes stating no signal. One lamp had a short in it, wouldn't turn on or off properly. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan had no cover on it. There was one towel/wash cloth per person. The bathroom and room wall lights were outside light fixtures. Do not recommend, will not go back.

The carpet had stained all over it, the toilet seat was extremely loose, the area outside the room had bear bottle caps, cigarette buts everywhere. Front door was hard to close.

Room was not clean.Shower drain was stopped up,when itold the front desk she said someone would be there at 11am to fix.They never showed up.Towels and wash rags had stains on them.Had to go get some from front desk.The ones i got were old hard and cheap.This place needs alot of work.especially houskeeping

Great service and very inexpensive, rooms do need a little work. My television wasn’t working and the lock was broke but for the price it’s okay for a night.

My friend and I obtained our room key from the front desk early the afternoon of June 6. We put our suitcases and food in Room 326 and immediately left. We returned about 10:00 p.m. I went to use the toliet; the room with the toilet and “shower” was completely covered in mold. The “tub” was an old disassembled Jacuzzi tub. Mold covered all the tub openings. Ceiling completely covered by mold, as was most of the three walls. I returned to the office and said we could not stay with all that mold and I wanted my money back. I was told that since I hadn’t rejected the room in the first 10 minutes I had the key there would be no refund. We had to leave at 10:00 at night and arrived back in Wendell about midnight. I will probably never use Hotels.com again. I've stopped payment on my AMEX charge as well. The place is a health hazard and should be reported to a licensing department.

When i had an issue with the outlet being Brocken not holding my phone plug in the wall they switched our room right away and they said that they would take care of the outlet. They were very respectable with everything that we needed help with.

The people at the desk spoke very, very little English. When checking in, he wanted to create a new reservation because he said I didn't have one. I saw his check in sheet and had to point to my name/reservation, then point to myself. Upon checkout, the guy there (someone different, still very minimal English) didn't want to give me a receipt. The room itself was fair, the TV would cut out every 10 minutes stating no signal. One lamp had a short in it, wouldn't turn on or off properly. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan had no cover on it. There was one towel/wash cloth per person. The bathroom and room wall lights were outside light fixtures. Do not recommend, will not go back.

First impression was not good.... the lobby door was locked when we got there at 2 pm to check in (check in starts at 1 pm). So after banging on the door, trying to call the number repeatedly, with no answer, we were pulling out of the parking lot and a car full of people showed up and they "opened". It's a very simple/basic hotel. They are renovating an older property and some things have been updated. There was new flooring (laminate faux wood) and the linens were clean. The furniture is not new but in decent shape for second hand. There was a minor sink leak that my husband fixed by tightening the pipes (that are the wrong size-temporary fix). The AC went out one, the knobs are broken and don't "line up" with indicated options. We found out (at check out) that the shower was not broken, you just have to man handle it to the point that you think you are breaking it to make it work. The shower was clean looking but stained and maybe some more elbow grease with a scouring pad and some Comet or Soft Scrub would improve things. No phone, no TV guide, no Kleenex. If you need a place to sleep, maybe watch some TV before bed, and you are in a pinch this is it. BASIC. NO amenities. It is not a place to hand out in your room and relax sort of atmosphere. Maybe once they get everything renovated and their act together it could be a diamond in the rough....until then...they need to make a better effort in my opinion. I'm trying to be fair with this review, but may be overly generous.

Advertised they provided continental breakfast but once I checked in I was told the no longer do it. Remote to tv didn't work and they sent someone to replace the remote. That remote didn't work either. No coffee pot in the rooms. Pictures on site were misleading as they make the hotel look a lot nicer than it was. Very run down looking from the outside. Ice machine didn't work. A/c in room was lukewarm and no knob to make it cooler.Luckily I only booked one night. Very disappointed.

I've stayed at this location, in the past, however this time was not a pleasant experience. Checking room our room was changed without explanation and was quoted a different price then what was paid. The room we were assigned to reeked of cigarette, beer bottle caps and hair particles was all over the floor. There was a leftover marijuana paraphilia all over the bathroom floor. Even the outside was a trashy. Cigarette butts all over the ground in front of the room doors and in the outside stairwell. The receptionist was very nice and tried to assist as much as he could but it was only so much he could do. Not sure if the establishment is under new management but I definitely do not see us staying here again.

This “hotel” is a run down extended stay with very unsavory looking people milling about. I pulled in the lot and right back out. I didn’t feel safe staying here. The photos look nice but are very misleading.

There is absolutely no way this place had any rooms like what were shown. This place is full of drug users and I absolutely did not feel safe walking to and from my room. The room felt dirty as well. If I hadn’t already paid for the room in advance because I was checking in so late, I would not have stayed and requested my refund within the first ten minutes (which is what is posted at the front desk).

Everything I was expecting, a dump. Classic 50's motel, updated at some point and way past needing an update again. Pool filled with dirt, growing weeds. No maid service. Every night was doorbells in the steering wheel and loud talking outside my door or yelling across the parking lot. Bed was comfortable though.

Disappointing for the price we paid. The place was very dirty through the outside hallways. Looks like alot of people live there. The room did not meet our standard. One of the rooms did not have a blanket on bed. Overall not a good experience. will be going back.

We reserved a king size room and got a double bed because the hotel had already given our room away. It was advertised as having a continental breakfast when there was none at all it also advertised having a pool did not have it was filled with dirt and neighbors banging on the doors and arguing all times of the night. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel was not as described. The out door pool is nonexistent, its filled to the Top with dirt, there's no continental breakfast, the wifi only works in the front office, the Jakuzi tab doesn't work, the TV, half the channels don't work. Light sockets don't work, the refrigerator/freezer combo, the freezer was so frozen over you couldn't put anything in it. Very loud out side durring the night, made it hard to sleep, no inroom phone to call the front desk, plus all kinds of bugs in the room... i would Not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing, was the few staff members were nice. It looks to be a family run hotel.

The room I stayed in wasn’t properly sealed around the air conditioner. There were visible gaps around the unit where I could see straight outside, with only exposed wood framing separating the room from the outdoors. Because of this, there was very little sound insulation, and the traffic noise from the adjacent road was constant and much louder than expected. It made the room difficult to relax or sleep in.

This is an extended stay hotel. I'm guessing the fee must be lower for those staying longer term but for those of us who aren't extended stay, the rates are quite high given the low quality of this hotel. Definitely not worth the price.

Clean, comfortable and affordable rooms convenient to the casino and surrounding businesses. The staff was very inviting and friendly even making excellent suggestions on where to eat before leaving town.
