Best Western Warren Hotel

Stayed there twice in the last two weeks. Both times the bed linens hadn’t been changed from the previous occupants. Room furnishings are very aged and in need of renovation. Bathroom sink drained VERY slowly. Breakfast was just above average. This hotel is convenient for our needs but we will not stay here again.

Very busy on weekends with children using the pool and parking difficult. Otherwise an acceptable hotel.

The heat wasn’t working in my room and one of the towel racks fell off the wall, without me touching it!

Room was clean. | Staff was kinda rude saying they didn’t have any towels| Breakfast was not satisfying

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times since 2022. I love the hotel. I love the amenities. The staff is OK. I understand the reasoning for the hundred dollar cash or debit card deposit however this is the first time my room has been searched after I left the hotel. I believe there should be an exception main for the customers that have come multiple times throughout the year and have never trashed their hotel.
