Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Canton by IHG

Everything about the hotel was great but in my instance I have to depart before breakfast. Would be nice to be able to have a continental breakfast or something besides just coffee.

The overall hotel is dated and dingy. The floor in the bedroom and bathroom was dirty - like it hadn’t even been swept, let alone mopped. Loud location right off the highway.

When I went to go check in the room smelled horrible, there was no power , the lights wasn’t on… I had to use my flashlight to see and the bathroom was disgusting… I went back to the front desk and told them my family and I couldn’t stay here… I never stayed there, I had to go back on Hotels.com to book another hotel..

Room was lovely, quiet and warm during the temperature drop. However, the fridge did not have a freezer, it was obviously broken and needs the whole unit replaced unless you can re-install a freezer into the existing unit. I needed ice, and that didn't happen.
