The location seemed suspect upon arrival a night since the area was secluded around that time and as I approached the block it seems like there wasn’t even a business there let alone a hotel it wasn’t until I pulled up directly in front of the place and saw the name on the door was I actually convinced it really was a hotel there. The style of the room inside was modern and spacious however the front door gives you a feeling like you’re about to walk into an apartment. They do not use electronic key cards but actual traditional keys you insert and turn along with a the old school “door viewer and chime.” It was a nostalgic feeling I had no complaints. Bathroom was clean. Also there is a strict no smoking policy there was a bit of a lingering residual of some type of smoke in the room. After alerting the staff he sprayed it down and apologized stating it was due to some event outside and the windows were left open however that didn’t make any sense. At night the attendant is all in one. Maintenance, customer service, cleaner you name it. But you’ll have to physically go to him if you need assistance. I tried calling from the phone and didn’t hear a dial tone. I went to check the wire and there wasn’t a trace of any wires in the room at all. I never seen a phone in a hotel just for show before I had to laugh. Other than that I would definitely return.

They also had some questionable clientele. Leaving one morning, as I was reaching for the door knob, it started wiggling. When I opened the door, there was a young man with a stupid grin on his face as if to sat “Aw, you caught me!” He then backed away and went into a room down the hall. We didn’t feel safe there, but the guys at the desk were nice.

Parking was very limited, I received a couple of tickets for parking. The staff was just a little slow on getting new supplies for me

This hotel frustrated me. The tv remotes were not working. Sheets looked stained with blood. I was not given the room I paid for. The front desk people were nice enough in attempting to fix the remote issues, but I had to bring people up to my room two different times so the issue could be fixed. When I arrived, an hour after I was expected to check in, I had to wait an additional twenty minutes because the cleaning lady had not yet arrived. So I had to wait in the car. The hotel has no parking, you have to park at a parking garage across the street. I thought the hotel would have free parking. I had asked for extra towels and was not given them. There was no toilet paper in my room, I had to ask for that as well. The bigger room they moved me into was nicer. But I still am annoyed that I was charged the same price for the smaller room, when the bigger room was what I paid for. All in all, it was ok.

Over all it was a good experience for the price. Great customer service. Beds are not as atvertised. Reserved for a king size bed but beds were actully full sized. First room the heat was not working so we changed rooms which was more spacious, same bed size and outlet with TV and mini fridge did not work. And there was not parking

Everything good the room was clean , the batroom looks clean good smell , but no microwave on the room just on the lobby , no vending machines ,no blowers in the bathroom , no water fount available to refill any water bottle :(

The only problem with this property was the parking. You had to park up the street on the corner and basically walked the whole block. That was the only inconvenience.

The area around the hotel was filthy and extremely noisy throughout the night, to the extent of not being able to get any sleep. There was no minimal service in the aspect of coffee, nor was there anything safely available nearby. My experience with this hotel and its surrounding is uniquely negative.

Everything is good with the property except the front parking. Over $400 in tickets in the last 2 months coming here. You need to make some type of parking accommodation for your customers

The customer service was very nice and helpful. The room was very small and they advertised the room with a king size bed and it wasn’t. The bed was very small. The room was clean and they had a fridge but no microwave. There was a very bad domestic violence incident and it was very loud. They didn’t have a bar in the closest so you couldn’t hang your clothes up. Also we received a parking ticket because they had no idea about the parking situation. They have no parking lot. If you just need to crash for a night this might work for you but more than that you might want to rethink it. I paid for the room through Expedia but they act like I didn’t and they took the money out of my account. I understand that you usually have to put down a security deposit but they acted like they didn’t know when my money would be refunded back into my account. I hope they do it soon. Building was clean and smelled really good.

I didn’t stay, when I got to my room the room was dirty and it looked like someone had just left the room. Extremely disgusting.

No toilet paper, one power outlet at the head of the bed, behind the pillow no less, I've had to drag the desk over to where the fridge is to reach a power outlet, unplugged the fridge to use the power, there's a damaged ceiling, all the windows do not have curtains , the room 301 had a faint Marijuana smell, Oh yeah, there's a plug that runs from the bathroom mirror, across the toilet to the plug. I literally have to duck to use the toilet. Which is how I found out there's no toilet paper... Thank goodness there was a box of kleenex in the room...

The area is nit a safe area, nnot clean, trash everywhere, store's close at 7 due to crime in the area. The room was not cleaned, floors dirty and bedding not changed and no hot water.

Pros: staff was excellent, quick, helpful and kind. The bed and TV are both large. The bathroom was adequate and clean. Cons: No fitted sheet on the mattress, only a top sheet. The tp holder is non existent so it sits on the commode. The window was open so the room had the street, garbage stench. The floor was filthy, my socks looked like i had been walking outside. I took my socks my dirty socks off, but then my feet were filthy. So i go to wash my feet and the 1 bathtowel that's provided was small and bare thin. At night the area seems sketchy and very dark.

The room was nice and the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. i appreciated his help in my time of need. my puppy and i have had a very comfortable stay

the staff are never there we had to call 2 different numbers just to get them to come back so we could check in to the hotel after waiting 30 minutes. then the staff lost my ID after they were supposed to make a copy of my license.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ITS NOT SAFE ITS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING & ITS MOSTLY FOR LADIES OF THE NIGHT -When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a key to a room on the second floor. When I got there, someone was already inside. I went back to the front desk, and the agent gave me a different room, which smelled like cigarettes, humidity, and body odor. I returned again, and he said the first room was now available since he had moved the other guest and would clean it for me.At this point, I no longer felt safe or comfortable. I told him I didn’t want to stay there. I contacted Expedia, but they couldn’t reach the hotel their calls went straight to voicemail, while mine still rang, which made it clear the hotel blocked them. Despite the poor conditions, safety concerns, and the fact I was in town for a family death, I wasn’t given a refund. I had to book another hotel on my own. This place was completely unprofessional and unsafe.

I loved how everything was peaceful and quiet the staff was very welcoming especially rishi❤️ just like a home away from home.

I was charged a second time at the hotel for the same booking. When I got to the floor I noticed it looked terrible, In room there was a strong smell of smoke which was unbearable. I went straight downstairs and told the clerk who went to go check it himself and then suggested that I should wait for them to get another room clean which I wasn't willing to do I went and book another Hotel. By the way there was no offer to give me a refund. Also I noticed later on that not only did I pay on the expedia app the hotel also charged my card for the same booking.
