Called several times for airport shuttle, no one answered the phone, had to take an Uber. The pickup at the airport was bad. The shuttle from the property to the airport was in an employee's personal car, that was dirty.

The hotel itself was clean and the room seemed okay. But there was nothing on the listing about the pool being completely out of service. The entire pool area was shut down and under renovation. Also I asked if there was a spa or sauna as there was listed on the website and was informed they do not have nor have ever had one. We feel what we paid was not fair for what we received at the hotel. They need to let people know ahead of time that the pool is not available and looked like it hasn’t been in a long time. We would’ve booked a room somewhere else if we had known, especially for the money we paid.

The hotel has an entire gym right at the facility and on Saturday nights they have a pool party with bubbles and a dj. Adults can even order drinks at the pool. An Applebee's is across the street.

I don’t usually stay at hotels because I often find them lacking, but I have to say this experience would have me returning again very nice hotel. Amazing breakfast wonderful kind caring staff very clean rooms. Highly recommend.

This is the worst Comfort inn I've stayed in. Dirty rooms with stains on the walls and linens. Strong urin smell in room. We arrived at 3 and still had to wait 3 hours to check in because the room wasn't ready, then they gave us the wrong room and were sold out so couldn't change anything. Not to mention $450 for two nights is robbery. The only upside is the location.

Pros- Great staff, very clean room (the housekeeping staff do a great job), very quiet hotel Cons- The building is falling apart. Peeling paint, ceiling tiles falling down, broken AC, ancient pool. So so breakfast If it wasn't for the clean room we would not have stayed.

Our room was very dirty. The refrigerator had black pieces in it. The AC unit was filthy on top and had lots of tiny black spiders on it. The front desk lady was very nice. I showed her pictures of how bad the room looked. She said they would refund us some of our money, but we have never been refunded anything.

The hotel was nice- the pillows were good. The beds were decent. The shower didn’t have the best pressure and there were stains all in it. The walls were super thin and we woke up several times in the night hearing other people in rooms around us. The breakfast was great- the location was a little hard as it’s impossible to turn left out of it.

The rooms were nicer than either the exterior or hallways suggested. The hotels AC in the halls couldn't keep up. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and let me have a late checkout due to a late departure and that was very much appreciated. There were some issues with the Wi-Fi that made my VPN suffer a bit so it was difficult to work as much as I'd have liked.

Hotel tried to deny shuttle service because flight was two minutes after their cut off time of eleven p.m. after flight delay. No one mentioned a cut-off time, and I specifically called and arranged transport after booking. I had to call Hotels.com to get the service I had already been promised. Breakfast was so bad I just threw it away. I need to book another stay in May in Manchester but won't be going there.

Front check in representative was unfriendly , unkind , and unhelpful. She made a trip for my tired employees difficult when a simple phone call could have solved the issue. Her last name was Allen and she was the assistant manager. Just to be transparent, I have stayed at Marriott property’s for over 25yrs numerous times and this is the FIRST bad review I am writing. Management should take a look at customer relations from this person and I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel with her as the front desk person

The hotel inside was clean and the front desk attendants were professional. The parking to the left of the building was open and accessible to the entire public. There is no secure parking around the building except on the right side when looking at the hotel. I felt okay parking there since I was in a rental and had taken the rental coverage, but would have never parked my own car there do to the lack of security. I never saw one security officer and the lighting is non existent except for one small street light at the corner of the vacant lot adjacent to the hotel.

This hotel was an extremely reasonably priced and convenient option in Manchester. The location was convenient and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The complimentary morning breakfast was an extra bonus!

Very decent hotel for the price, good breakfast, competent and available staff, very clean, large and recent gym. No a/c in corridors, small and slow elevator, pool area need a little love, noisy cause of the highway. Overall you get for what you pay. I am very satisfied of my stay.

I don’t usually stay at hotels because I often find them lacking, but I have to say this experience would have me returning again very nice hotel. Amazing breakfast wonderful kind caring staff very clean rooms. Highly recommend.

Whenever I’m in town, this is my go-to spot. Comfort Inn delivers every time and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We have stayed here several times. It is very comfortable. We enjoy the breakfast - good selection and comfortable seating. The young man working in the breakfast area does a great job replenishing food and keeping the area clean.

Our double rooms seemed cleaned as we were concerned with the truly mixed reviews by others who stayed this summer. 1 star or 5 stars The sheets on our bed looked clean, without seeing hairs or such, but our sheets were turned inside out and did not appear to be fresh folded (more wrinkled), when we pulled back the cover. My son thought perhaps they didn't change the sheets but rather, just flipped them inside out to hide anything. I can't be certain. We brought shower cleaner with us, to make sure the shower was actually cleaned to our comfort. Some towels felt like sandpaper (too old), but overall, the bathroom was clean. Our biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Not only did the eggs and sausage look so unappealing to eat, the rest of the selection was all typical carbohydrate foods. No plain yogurts, just sugary strawberry/banana yogurts. There were apples and bananas available. The tables in the dining area were never cleaned regularly between people sitting to eat. We decided to go out for breakfast each morning. Too bad, with the cost of our room that weekend. Coffee was perfect, however! In all fairness to the person in charge of the dining area, I think it was way too much for one person to handle, especially when it was a race weekend. There needed to be at least two people working in the kitchen and dining area in order to keep up the demand. Management needs to anticipate that weekend for extra hands on board. The employees were very nice.
