Quality Inn Roanoke Airport

It’s outdated but clean. Staff was super friendly and responsive when the tv didn’t work. Overall, a great visit with no complaints!

Tv was broke and it smelled like cigarettes

The hotel is in the back of the woods in drug central. There were people living in the hotel and people sitting on stairwell smoking marijuana and one guy had a glass pipe. There was a strange man who paced back n forth on the back side and appeared to be living out of a ragged van. The room smelled like curry powder, the couch wouldn’t fold out as it was supposed to, the bed made noises as you sat on it or made a single move and was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty, toilet paper stuck in vent, spit wads pushed into the central vent, hot water didn’t work, and floors were filthy. Additionally, we found a wadded up toilet paper wrapper behind toilet. Towels did not match and were not choice hotel compliant. Only two towels were tagged with choice hotel logo and the others appeared to be mainstay from Walmart.

Very dated!

No staff at check-in Room smelled like a chain smoker had just vacated. We were greeted by a half dead cockroach and unclean toilet. Towel had what appeared to be a booger on it. There was some white bread and cereal for breakfast. Everything else appeared to be out of order or empty and we were there around 7:30 in the morning. The bed appeared clean to the naked eye but we slept on top of the sheets. The flickering streetlight right outside our window rounded out the effect.
