Buena propiedad para quedarse una noche o si solo vas de paso por Florencia. Llegamos de noche y tuvimos que hacer check in en otro hotel para que nos dieran las llaves, es un poco confuso y no muy práctico si llevas prisa. Pero el joven que nos atendió muy amable y atento. La habitación un poco pequeña, daba a la calle y las ventanas eran grandes y bonitas.

The location was great, close to the main attractions and train station. The room and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great option for budget travelers who just need a place to sleep! My only complaint was that we were not allowed to touch the AC, but we visited during January so we just cracked the window and were fine!

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très pratique : il est juste à côté de la gare de train et tout près du centre historique. Je ne comprends cependant pas comment cet hôtel peut avoir de bons commentaires en général. Les lieux ne sont pas entretenus et les équipements sont en très mauvais état : le pommeau de notre douche tenait (plus ou moins) avec du scotch, le séchoir fixe était cassé, on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans la salle de bain du dessus et d’à côté (c’est comme si on y était) et on s’est fait réveiller toute la nuit par l’ascenseur qui montait et descendait. Par ailleurs, le matelas n’offre que très peu de support et est donc très inconfortable. Quant au Wifi, il est tout simplement inutilisable. Je comprends que l’hôtel se trouve dans un vieil immeuble, mais disons que le tout manque clairement de rafraîchissement. À notre arrivé, il y avait des cheveux dans les draps et ils n’ont pas fait la chambre pendant notre séjour de deux nuits.

Front desk person became very impatient with us when she could not understand what we were asking for. Nasty tone. And why would I need the keys to the dumpsters? She gave us 5 keys at check in. We had to buzz hotel Bridget and that reception person yelled at us.

I stayed at Hotel Angelica in Florence, and while the location is convenient, a few things fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi during my stay, which led to additional expenses as I had to find alternate sources for internet access. The mosquitoes in the room were another issue, so I recommend bringing bug spray. My room was located near the dining room and a busy corridor, where travelers were constantly coming and going, so it was not the quietest stay. There was about 4 or 5 keys to remember their unique purpose as the front office is typically closed. Hotel strategico per chi arriva in treno a Santa Maria Novella, da cui dista poche centinaia di metri. Da segnalare però che si trova al 3°piano di una palazzina storica (come molti hotel lungo la stessa via), servito comunque da ascensore. Camera silenziosa, servizi essenziali. Purtroppo, per motivi organizzativi, al momento offrono solo caffè, ma non servono la prima colazione. Servizio, a mio avviso fondamentale per chi magari deve anche partire presto, potrebbe riprendere dai prossimi mesi

Extremely friendly staff and location is almost right next to railwaystation a great location to explore the city by walking. Don't set your expectations too high, but it's more than enough for a night! Room was clean and so was the hotel. A small beakfast was included to get your morning started. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue. A one full day in Firenze is enough and this place was perfect choice for a quick visit. I recommend to start your day at Michelangelo piazzale and after breath taking view you should pay a visit at Ponte Vecchio before continuing your journey to city central statues and museums. Perect way to end your day in Firenze is to enjoy a sunset and great view of Domme with a drink at roof top bar of Grand hotel Baglioni. You can find few pubs and night clubs in city centrale. I would recommend to book tickets to domme and Uffizi in advance.

It’s basically an apartment building style hotel. Good for 1-2 nights. Full breakfast offering was super. Access to hotel is a bit challenging after 5pm, since front desk closes. Hotel on 2nd floor was annoyed that we rang the bell outside to get buzzed in. Employee was angry and let us know it.

This place is great. It is a small hotel but has everything you need for a trip. The breakfast has good variety, the room (and especially the bed) is comfortable, the hairdryer is powerful (which is not easy to find nowadays), and the staffs are super nice. Not luxury style, of course; but you get much more than what you usually get at the same price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. My room was disappointing as it had no window but did have a skylight to let some light in. Location was great, close to the train station. It was rated a 2 star and is just that.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. My room was disappointing as it had no window but did have a skylight to let some light in. Location was great, close to the train station. It was rated a 2 star and is just that.

I stayed at Hotel Angelica in Florence, and while the location is convenient, a few things fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi during my stay, which led to additional expenses as I had to find alternate sources for internet access. The staff are very kind. Room was a little bit outdated and resembled Europe in the 50s, but there was heat and air conditioning and wifi. Free breakfast was good. We stayed next to the window and definitely heard traffic and honking but the location is great. could see cathedral and duomo from hotel window.

Nós o escolhemos pela localização e facilidade de locomoção para todos os lugares.A estação de trem Santa Maria Novela fica atrás dele, o que possibilita transporte para qualquer lugar da Itália. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas para nós mais que suficiente. Maria, a recepcionista, nos auxiliou em tudo o que precisamos durante nossa estadia. Sugestão: colocar um frigobar no quarto.

Buena propiedad para quedarse una noche o si solo vas de paso por Florencia. Llegamos de noche y tuvimos que hacer check in en otro hotel para que nos dieran las llaves, es un poco confuso y no muy práctico si llevas prisa. Pero el joven que nos atendió muy amable y atento. La habitación un poco pequeña, daba a la calle y las ventanas eran grandes y bonitas.

This hotel was a lovely surprise- very affordable in an expensive city. Close to the train station and a short walk everywhere- it was the perfect location for us. The staff was lovely. Very warm and kind. Highly recommend.

This place is great. It is a small hotel but has everything you need for a trip. The breakfast has good variety, the room (and especially the bed) is comfortable, the hairdryer is powerful (which is not easy to find nowadays), and the staffs are super nice. Not luxury style, of course; but you get much more than what you usually get at the same price.

Front desk person became very impatient with us when she could not understand what we were asking for. Nasty tone. And why would I need the keys to the dumpsters? She gave us 5 keys at check in. We had to buzz hotel Bridget and that reception person yelled at us.

It’s basically an apartment building style hotel. Good for 1-2 nights. Full breakfast offering was super. Access to hotel is a bit challenging after 5pm, since front desk closes. Hotel on 2nd floor was annoyed that we rang the bell outside to get buzzed in. Employee was angry and let us know it.

Hotel strategico per chi arriva in treno a Santa Maria Novella, da cui dista poche centinaia di metri. Da segnalare però che si trova al 3°piano di una palazzina storica (come molti hotel lungo la stessa via), servito comunque da ascensore. Camera silenziosa, servizi essenziali. Purtroppo, per motivi organizzativi, al momento offrono solo caffè, ma non servono la prima colazione. Servizio, a mio avviso fondamentale per chi magari deve anche partire presto, potrebbe riprendere dai prossimi mesi

Don't set your expectations too high, but it's more than enough for a night! Room was clean and so was the hotel. A small beakfast was included to get your morning started. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue. A one full day in Firenze is enough and this place was perfect choice for a quick visit. I recommend to start your day at Michelangelo piazzale and after breath taking view you should pay a visit at Ponte Vecchio before continuing your journey to city central statues and museums. Perect way to end your day in Firenze is to enjoy a sunset and great view of Domme with a drink at roof top bar of Grand hotel Baglioni. You can find few pubs and night clubs in city centrale. I would recommend to book tickets to domme and Uffizi in advance.
