The only issue we had. Is this hotel does not have a microwave. Which made it very hard to heat up stuff. They do have room service and what not. But if you’re staying on a budget make sure to take in account how you will eat on your trip. Other than that valet parking was great, location was great, staff was friendly.

During booking, the website was unclear about key details, and when I called to confirm amenities and policies, the staff member I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. Questions about room type and fees were answered vaguely, which should have been my first warning sign. . The front desk staff offered no greeting, explanation of hotel amenities, or acknowledgment of the earlier issues I raised during booking. When I mentioned discrepancies between what I booked and what I was given, the response was dismissive, with no effort to investigate or resolve the issue. Based on the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from the booking process through check in, I would not recommend this hotel unless there is a significant improvement in how customers are treated.

We had a bloody hand towel, and I don't mean that how British people would mean that. I mean red human blood on a hand towel. Water pressure was terrible. There was a fire alarm that went off while they were testing the system and they didn't realize the alarm went off on all hotel floors. My wife and I ran down the stairs from the 8th floor and it was business as usual in the lobby. Also, from that stair well the exit to the street was not clearly marked. This is a real safety issue. Other than that, the hotel was actually nice and walkable to several destinations including the Capitol Building.

The breakfast was good and the room was fine.
