Everything was great, i would get your elevator serviced its kinda scary.

There was coffee in the room but NO coffee pot. The free breakfast was BAD. Not many offerings. The gym was a joke. Had to go outside to use it. Long term renters were there on the bottom floor. I would only stay at a Days Inn again if that was all I could find. Mold was in most grout in the bathroom. ALL rooms were on the outside of the building.

When I booked it said it had free breakfast and a pool. It had either one. The room was clean, the bed was not comfortable and kids were yelling and screaming all night long.

Door lock was broke. Smelled like smoke. No lights out side on balcony.

The check-in person was very friendly. We had two rooms. One the key didn’t work and had to wait for help. That room had many issues with falling ceiling tiles, stained tub, broken towel rack and no smoke detector. The second room was somewhat better. The floor tiles were loose and coming up when you walked on them. The rooms were in the back of the hotel and there was no lighting on the walkway to get to the rooms. It was after 10 and very dark.

Overall good for price, other than internet cutting in and out was enjoyable

I was surprised that a chunk of the hotel lights were off around the walls of the hotel! This made for an uncomfortable stay. When we arrived police were on site taking care of an incident. Everything else was decent, though.

When entering the room, two flies were observed. The extra hook lock was broken, the TV was broken, there was hair in the tub as well as a bug. There was no phone in the room, so I had to call from my cell to get a new TV. The room was extremely run down. When we woke up to leave around 7a, breakfast was still not ready, there weee 1000s of nats on the outside of the building and their main ice machine was broken. I would not stay there again.

The rooms are horrible and they charge entirely too much a night for this dump the WiFi service is the worse I have ever experienced at any hotel,motel Hollywood motel gets better service than this

On Saturday  Dec 9, we stayed at Days Inn in Harrisburg Pennsylvania on Front Street and it was a total nightmare. The first room had not been made up from the last guest so the clerk gave us what he said was an upgrade. It was not.This new room reeked of cigarettes  and urine. The smell was so acrid our eyes burned. At this point we should have left but my husband was so angry plus the room was prepaid and we didn't want to lose our money. We asked to see the manager. The manager said he would give us an upgrade. It was not. The third room smelled just as bad from nicotine. When I asked him can't  you smell that, he said it was a non smoking  hotel and refused to answer. He then showed us the 4th room, it smelled of floral spray to hide the nicotine smell that they know is present. It was late and we were tired so we stayed against my better judgement.The room we stayed in had sticky floors, the TV was on but the remote did not work, there was no telephone to call the lobby so we walked down 3 flights of stairs to get the wifi password because the elevator is very slow and scary, like it is ready to plummet 3 floors. In the morning we found out the pancake machine did not work, there was no hot water for tea and the only breakfast there was bread. I will give kudos for the nice, new coffee maker but that is the only plus. During our yearly trips, we often stayed at this hotel but after this experience, we will never stay there again. The state of hotel is a disgrace

The bathroom was dirty. Hair in the shower and mold on the tiles

When I first checked in, it was nothing but pure feces on the toilet and blood. I asked for another room but none was available. So, I asked since it’s not available can they clean it while I went to work. I came back from work and the same mess was still on the toilet. A day and some change worth of mess in my bathroom. And then, to make matters worse, when they changed me to another room, there was a mouse in the room. Completely grossed out experience

Mold, missing smoke alarms broken out windows unfriendly staff tv didn’t work room looked slept in bathroom was nasty towels had hair all over them old fries and sauce behind the Tv absolutely disgusting

This property has gone to hell over the years. The first room I was out in had a wet piss spot on the bed, smelled bad, nothing was clean and as a former housekeeping manager the sheets in the bed were stained and yellow and the second room was no better with roaches and a strong piss odor upon entering the room. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND! Do not waste your time or money with this place. People were outside all hours of the night making noise and using drugs. Please don’t stay here.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever had to stay in! Everything was dirty but the beds. Floor edges had dirt particles all over. Tub was gross. Mold on tiles, chunks of I don't know what on tub edges, black sticky substance on toilet seat. Mirrors looked like they were cleaned with a Hershey bar. Overall ew. If I hadn't prepaid I would have left. Disgusting

Trash is everywhere including inside the room. After I got in, I found a bed bug scrawling on the bed. Also, smell of weed and tobacco was unbearable. I had to check out before the night end. I would not book or stay in this location.

I could go on and on but Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this hotel. Bugs on bedding, no trash can,wreacked of smoke in room, no towels, dirty floors, black mold everywhere in bathroom shower curtain was disgusting…. Very dissatisfied.

This was a room that made you want to keep one eye open at all times. I have photos that would make anyone not ever want to stay there. We stayed on the second floor. The outside door had about an inch gap from under the lock all the way to the floor. You could see daylight. The ceiling and walls had paint peeling off. No Kleenex nor small water cups available in the room. The floor hadn't been swept in who knows how long. The exhaust vent in the bathroom had black mold and dust bunnies hanging down. The bathroom door did not even close due to the hinge at the top not solidly connected. I thought it might fall off at any closing. There were all kinds of sketchy crud on the walls of the bathroom sink area and again mold in the corners of the tub. The refrigerator had at least two inches of frost all over the freezer unit as that had never been touched. It was a non-refundable room & late in the day when we arrived so we stayed. I honestly am not sure why the place has been allowed to stay open.

There was a thick layer of dust and cobwebs in the cabinet where microwave and fridge were housed. I never expected Days Inn to be a luxury hotel. But, I expected cleanliness. Not all Days Inn are equal. When we gave the feedback about the cleanliness to the receptionist while checking out, she simply ignored me. They simply don't care.

Riom was filthy. There was fecal matter on the bathroom walls and bugs. Towels direty and thread bare. Brown atains on bed linens We left.

It was a horrible experience. Door was broken so we didn’t feel safe, smoking in the rooms beds were dirty

The gentlemen who checked us in was the highlight of the stay. He was very friendly and courteous. Our room was on the back side of the hotel and it looked like a party place with people standing around smoking, talking, and drinking. Once in our room, it was a decent room with 2 beds but looked like they were renovating. There was peeling paint and holes in the wall. The place needed a proper deep clean. Towels were water stained and bedding looked like it had mascara stains on the pillows. No bugs...a plus. The pictures on the website were not up to date or were of their best rooms because what I saw when i booked was definitely not what I got.

The door did not lock when closed unless you used the deadbolt. You could literally push the door right open without the use of a key. Cobwebs on the walls, hair in the shower, mold covering the bottom on the shower curtain. The surrounding area and other guests felt very unsafe.

The room stunk, the door was broken and the top half you could see straight inside without opening the door. We did not spend the night

So the room was good the night attentdent was great. The location of my room was good except u can hear everyone that uses the vending machine and the guys yelling ro each other at like 9 am.

The property was very run down and not maintained. Ceilings falling down, Walls damaged, floors dirty, Heat was on constant with ac set at 60. Sink in second room dirty with hair and debris. Was told it was backed up. Outside very dirty and trashy. Garbage sitting outside room next door from when I arrived until I left. Noisy guest at 1:30 and 5:30 AM

This place has a good location, but the owner has to invest some money in it. It is just run down, curtain are broken first room 121 smelled like urine. 2nd room had a broken curtain a really bad stain on the chair and the mattress felt like I was sleeping on springs.

Locked myself out and the front desk worker was able to help out with no problem even though it was about 4am

Staff was very helpful in trying to resolve our issues. However, rooms were falling apart, cockroaches, wet spots on linens, dirty towels, unchanged trash cans. Needs an overhaul. When we requested new rooms and those rooms were the same they were glad to refund our money and cancel the reservation.

We were there for four days four nights no maid service didn’t have sheets on the bed for two of the nights. Had to keep running back-and-forth to the front desk, asking for towels, trashbags toilet paper we had no kind of meat service on the whole trip breakfast was a letdown only consisted of toast and bagels And one cereal

Staff especially the young lady at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful……Kudos to the staff

Booked 4 night stay for 2. Got to the room had one set of towels. Had to go ask for more. 4 nights, room was never cleaned, never made up towels never replaced. Stayed here on this weekend for 10 years but never again. I deserve an adjustment for what I paid

Customer service disappointing

I waited for 30 minutes to check in. No one was at the front desk. The floor in the room was absolutely disgusting, and there was some kind of bug (roach?) that was dying on the floor.

After driving 10 hours we stopped st this hotel lste at night. Property was rundown- gave us 2 rooms on 3rd floor. Tried key for one of the rooms several times, jiggling handle before going back to front desk to get key rekeyed. Went bavk up elevator and my husband was at the door- he told me someone was already in the room and said “ good way to get shot” as we were trying the door key for several minutes. We both went to front desk and tell them some one was in the room. They really didn’t seen concerned and just said sorry, giving us another room. The room smelked like smoke and the bathroom door was broken- no latch. No smoke detector and heating knob was hanging out if wall. We didn’t turn on the heat- too afraid. My sister in-laws room was worse front door was seperated and wind was coming in so she had no choice but to turn heat on. Within minutes cockroaches escaping. This place should be condemned.

Area around the hotel is trashy, junky. Negative smells.

This property was so unsafe, we didn't bother to check in. There were sketchy people running around the property screaming and yelling at each other and one vehicle was trying to run down a woman. It looks as if this is a transient accommodating facility rather than a motel.

Area was a little sketchy. Very noisy. Door looked like it had previously been kicked in. There was a piece of paper in the peep hole covering a hole to the outside.

Stay here for a basketball tournament. Get in late. Leave early. Does the trick. Not in the greatest of areas. Hotel needs more lighting outside.

I got a quick online "deal "while heading northbound on 81. This strikes me as the kind of place that is usually rented by the hour... The room smells like the morning after a frat party, the deadbolt does not seat properly and shows evidence of more than one break-in, the sheets are dirty, floors are sticky, and there are white stains on the furniture. Suspicious people milling about at one in the morning makes me really wish there was more than just a piece of plate glass between myself and the street. I would disconnect a spark plug wire if my car weren't right outside the door (to prevent theft), that is how bad my overall impressions are of this place. I will be sleeping fully clothed and leaving promptly at daybreak, which means this is ultimately an $80 shower. Luckily I am a single man and only passing through; I would never bring a woman or family to a hotel in this condition. This particular Days Inn location is best avoided and likely condemned.

Nice neighborhood walkable near a highway but quiet. Close to nice activities.

Room not clean; not enough towels; no tissues. Employee stated they no longer provide breakfast - as advertized.

Homeless hotel. Police were there by 7 AM to clear up a disturbance no breakfast just coffee

The room was dirty, towels and toilet paper were not restocked daily. Holes in walls and ceiling. The breakfast was a joke. I rarely submit bad reviews but this place is a disgrace to the days inn name.

We were very disappointed that we were not notified that there was no longer a breakfast. It was a selling point for my wife.

The floors in room were sticky. It was supposed to be non smoking yet it wreaked of smoke. There were two people in front of our room door outside smoking. The bathroom area had only one towel and hand towel and one wash cloth, normally there are two- three so people can shower. I was unable to do so. There was coffee/ tea in room yet no insert as to make the coffee as well as no cups. I had driven 12 hours and need to wind down and relax. The breakfast kitchen, also disappointing- there was a newer coffee machine, however not much choice. It offered milk only, not a good selection of breakfast items. This was extremely disappointing for me as I have stayed in several Days Inn, over the years and normally they are very well stocked in all areas, very few times was I neglected.
