Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Absolutely Disgusting This was, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during my entire life. I have traveled extensively and stayed in accommodations around the world, but I have never experienced such appalling conditions. This property is an absolute disgrace and should not be accepting paying guests in its current condition. The moment I entered the hallways, I was overwhelmed by a disgusting, damp, moldy smell. The entire building gave the impression of years of neglect, poor maintenance, and a complete lack of concern for cleanliness or basic hospitality standards. The conditions were so disturbing that I genuinely questioned whether the building was safe or sanitary enough for human occupancy. The room was even worse. The pillowcases were visibly dirty, and I was so disgusted by the condition of the bedding that I refused to sleep under the sheets. Instead, I slept fully clothed on top of the bed because I did not trust that the linens were clean. Imagine paying for a hotel room and being so uncomfortable with its cleanliness that you are afraid to get into the bed. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about this establishment. To make matters worse, the microwave in the room did not work. To their credit, the staff did provide a functioning replacement, but that does not excuse the overall deplorable condition of the property. The only positive aspect of this nightmare was the staff. Great location, clean hotel, but don’t expect a breakfast. The coffee was out and if you have allergies, they only have muffins. Nothing for celiacs, vegans or vegetarians. The gym was very poor quality. No weights and difficult to find. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Strange smell in the hallway! Someone had a key to my room and swiped the card and opened my door at 11pm one night. Front desk was not helpful, called to report and was told..."hold on". No help! I barricaded my door with the refrigerator for the remaining 20 nights. Room keys would fail every 3rd day, could not access room, had to be reprogrammed each time. Noises, and shady people,. TV did not work. LAUNDRY WAS TOO EXPENSIVE

Unfortunately a negative review, I'll start out with the positives. The room itself was extremely clean, except what looked like a dried blood stain on one of the pillows. A/C was fantastic. The Carpeting in the hallways smells and whatever perfume was used to mask it did not help, terrible. There was a lounge but it was bare and unused, kept locked up. Not having a coffee maker in the room was a serious negative. Could not get Netflix to work, did bring that up to the front desk but it was never fixed. There are two spots reserved for Police in the very front of the building and I saw two activities that warranted police intervention. One was what may have been a homeless woman wandering around and the other was a woman who was having a mental health crisis who was on the lobby phone with someone in the healthcare system. She loudly complained of having a panic attack and was in the lobby about 15 minutes before she calmed down, I didn't stick around to see what happened, but did see it unfold going back and forth between car and room over that 15 min period. Location was in the middle of light industry, railway yards, storage businesses, sadly a lack of places to eat without traveling several miles. Will definitely pass on this in the future. I should have done more research, the only thing it was close to was the beltway exit.
