I would love to give 5 stars but the mattress in 403 needs to be replaced. The mattress kept poking me! Other than that the staff and hotel are wonderful.

There were two instances when the facility lost water service. The first was a water main break off property. They knew it was no issue well be fore we checked in to the hotel. They let us check in and didn't say anything about water not being available in the hotel. Shortly after checking and going to our room we used the restroom and could only flush 1 time. We asked what the issue was and they stated the water company assured them the water would be back on that evening. We did not check out and went out so we could wash our hands and use a restroom. The water was back on by the time we returned after 8p. Satirday morning the water was out again. This time it was not entire hotel just the building we were in. The hotel staff again did not notify anyone unless they came to the front desk to ask what the issue was. The front desk attendant stated that guests would receive a 50% credit for the night the water was out. But they did not feel obligated to inform anyone that the water was out. They did offer to allow us to use another guest room in the adjacent building to shower. The restrooms in the lobby were not functioning and the only other restrooms were near the pool which for us was quite a distance away from our room. Asked to speak with the manager on several occassions and left my number twice with no response from anyone. The customer service from the management was non-existent.

I loved this hotel. My only complaint was there was a sticky spot on the rug and it had a lot of stains. Other then that it was very clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very nice
