Only one ice machine on the entire property and it is in the lobby that is locked and unstaffed most of the time. Room cleaning service (fresh towels and made bed only) requires a special request. AC was off when I checked into the room and was turned off when I left the room for the day even though I had the temperature set at 78 degrees. Check in required agreement with a set of conditions, most of which are incomprehensible and could not be explained by the check in clerk. When I refused to agree to one of them, the clerk checked it for me. Room included one tiny bar of soap, apparently to last for the three nights I was staying. No cup was provided nor was there a box of tissues in the room.

We stayed at the Blue Springs Inn while attending a college graduation in Valdosta. It was conveniently located off I75, quiet, dog friendly. Owners are very vigilant and friendly.

Room was renovated, clean big screen tv beds were firm but good. Clean room for price point. Already dinged up, need touchup, toilet ran. Shower needs work. Ive stayed in much worse, so for price i was happy. They still need to work on outside of buildingand parking area. Wifi could be faster with better connection. No coffee in room, office closed in morning, so no coffee there too. I understood new management as of two months ago. So work in progress. Not a lot of guests so it was quiet to get some rest. They do allow animals.

Room was very clean and updated. Nice tile floor...no stinky carpeting. Location was perfect...right off I-75. Perfect for a stop off during travel. No frills but CLEAN. Bed was very comfortable as well and it was nice to park right in front of our room for easy loading and unloading. Would definitely stay here again! Would have been nice if they had an ice machine, but not a big deal.

It was clear the room had not been cleaned. There was dirt, hair and food crumbs on the floors. The toilet was full of something disgusting. The fiberglass on the bottom of the bathtub was cracking and peeling up, rendering it unsafe to use.

Place was nasty. There were dried up dead bugs on the walls. As we are lying in bed we noticed a mouse run across the room. Owner came with a broom and a mouse trap and tried to get us to stay, no way gross. We had to pack up car and find another place to sleep at 10:30pm. Owner refused to refund. Very bad business!!

Ck in was fine. Room smelled ac should have been on. The floor felt dirty underfoot so I wore my sandles. Dirt on the floor as soon as we went in by ac and door. Killed a roach in the bathroom. There was a hole in the wall where the trim and wall met. Floors were recently done but stop by bathroom area, from there on was a mis match of different tiles done half assed job

This hotel is absolutely a gem. You will feel very welcome here. Very clean. There is a reason this rated well. Bed is comfy. Shower was hot. Room was clean. Outside areas very clean. Staff super friendly! The price is right!

Deadbolt on door didn’t work and there was no safety lock that worked, the bathtub had a big gouge taken out of the bottom, the TV had no service at all and even thou the website stated breakfast was included, there was absolutely nothing for breakfast

Right off the expressway its very convenient for a stop off on a road trip. The area feels a little sketchy but it's clean and quiet and the guy in the office was cool. Only complaint I can give is that the ac was off when we arrived and it took forever for the room to cool down.

I read the reviews before booking and was surprised by the truth in the reviews. Staff was was helpful and courteous. Room was clean, ready and fresh smelling. My room could’ve had a towel rack in the shower area. Only bad thing is the WiFi was horrible. Which made me read the book I took.

The front desk gave me a room #210 when I arrived. When I got to the room, it was already occupied with guests. It was rather embarrassing. Is it the policy of the hotel to rent rooms to two different guests at the same time? Otherwise the hotel was fine.

We got there before 10:00 pm. Door was locked, lights out. We knocked and banged on the doors. No one would answer the phone. Several other families showed up and none of us got the room we paid for. Have to drive to Ocala and paid $230 for a room. I better get my money back or we will sue. Everyone else said the same. Fraudulent

Excellent value for money! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Very convenient to I75, no more than 500m but we didn't notice highway noise. Be aware there are no restaurants at this exit, but a few miles either direction on I75 will give you plenty of options. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florida, it's the perfect midway stop for us!

This place is a joke! We evacuated for Hurricane Milton and booked two rooms for our commute home. The site advertised to call if you’re going to arrive after 10pm. Beginning at 4pm the day of check in, I began calling the motel’s number. I called them 14 times with no answer, and unable to leave a message. I messaged them on their Facebook page; nothing. We arrived at 1am, exhausted from being on the road all day with three kids, to an office that was dark and closed, the phone number on the door the same as the one I called 14 times. Do not advertise to call if you’re checking in after a certain time if you’re not going to answer the phone!!! All other lodging in the area was sold out so we ended up having to get some rest at a nearby 24 hour gas station. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Went back to hotel got an other room paid for another day waiting for owner to refund our first stay but they didn’t. Second night was great room had air conditioner but put for a day and extra for 9pm -6pm still charged for 2 days and 25 dollars for extra 3 hours.

There was no stay. We started calling the hotel around 7:30 to tell them we would be late after car trouble and got nothing but a busy signal several times. When we got there, the office was empty and locked with a sign in the window saying the office was closed from 10:30 pm to 8:00 am. The Blue Springs Inn was an affordable and convenient place to stay while I was on a kayaking vacation with a friend. The office manager was very friendly and accommodating, but the office is closed at night (I believe from 10 PM - 8 AM). Our room was on the first floor and was relatively quiet. However, there was mold on the wall in the bathroom outside the tub. We mentioned this to the office manager on the first evening of a two-night stay but it was not addressed. The floors in the bathroom and the room were dirty. All dumpsters and trash receptacles outside were overflowing with trash and there were no recycling receptacles. With better cleaning and upkeep, I would recommend this hotel.

We were traveling south needing a cheap place to sleep, This hotel fits the bill. Rooms were clean but old (refurbished). A/C worked fine. Coffee in lobby 24 hours but nothing else. Staff were very nice and helpful. No restaurants close by.

The hotel seems nice and clean inside. The front desk staff was great! Outside looks a little shady and maybe unsafe. The closest town is so run down and dirty! We had to drive back up the highway to the last town for dinner.

I don't know whose fault it is, the hotel or hotels.com, but the online listing showed that a free breakfast was included at this location. Upon check in, it was clear that not now, or ever, was a breakfast provided at this location. We specifically chose this location because breakfast was offered and we didn't want to have to search out coffee and food in the morning.

We were only there one night. The only problems we had was the coffee in the office was terrible. Nothing close to this location to get coffee. Food options were non existent. This location is definitely a coffee and food desert.

When we arrives the staff was very nice. There was no breakfast as they just became Econo lodge after a buyout. Our first room had a furnace that rattled loudly. We asked for a different room and got one without any problems. The second room was equally clean. It was apparent that they were still working on the room. There was unfinished drywall mud in the shower area that was cracking and staining. The door didn’t completely seal. It had a large gap. This was a first floor room and opened to the outside. During the night we had a mouse. It left once it realized the room was occupied. It was cold outside so probably just looking for warmth. For dinner there is no restaurants in the area. We had to drive 5 miles back up the interstate to find several fast food restaurants. No uber eats, delivery as too rural. I’d give this place a little time and it would be fine for a quick stop.

The first night, in room 220, the toilet would not fill, then the shower had just a trickle of water. My next night, in room 118, the toilet would not stop running and the A/C unit controls were not functional. It would not stop cooling, so I had to turn it off to get some sleep. Good thing it was a cool night. Overall, the place is clean and the staff very friendly. It just needs a bit better maintenance.

We did not stay. Once I saw the room and how horrible it was with dirty floors and stained furniture I removed my family and told the desk clerk we were checking out and she told me she would give me a refund. The entire facility needs to be condemned and shut down I will never do Econolodge facility again
