Lavatory clogged, had to run to office for toilet paper, had to scrub the toilet seat, looked like someone stood on it with dirty shoes. Only one shower towel. We were too tired to run to the office again after 12 hour drive. The heating unit sounded like a Mack truck.

Dresser drawer was broken apart, bathroom door would not close, badly worn bed linens, holes in carpet and bedspreads, microwave did not function properly. Room was clean, quiet, safe, no bed bugs, bathroom recently refitted.

They don’t have working ice or soda machines , the pool is closed , nothing available in the lobby , no laundry service , but plenty of ways to find smack and if you need swat they are on call.

It was to far in the back did not feel safe tv was about to fall off wall door did not lock bolt was off the door shower knot was coming off sink was backing up with water not enough towels for two people we told them we did not need maid service for the next day so they did not come around until we checked out cabivat under sink was tore up mivewave plate wasnt levered just a big mess i want be staying there again

Linen had molded stains, animal fur. Housekeeping was terrible. I spoke with staff and they did not to anything about it. They thought the situation was funny. Im going to always get the last laugh. My first couple rooms was great, until I had this situation and they do t want to fix the problem. Microwave was also nasty asl. Management needs to do better or shut this hotel down. Btw I slept in car due to this nastiness and I paid and ain’t get a penny back because the manager dodging me to not have to pay back so I came here to show yall. I have videos and pictures too

There was nothing unique about the Suburban. I have stayed at a Suburban before but never like this. Roaches, soiled linen, smoke smell, nasty curtains, rusty water. Thankfully I always bring my own cleaning products & water. I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 👎👎👎

I was given a key to a dirty room and the next room had mold like in the vanity ceiling,after the review said bugs ..i could not get a refund from on line reservation..the bugs came out during the early morning .was in the tub , wall and on the night stand and my personal things..afraid to sleep with the light off and i couldn't even take a showner..i think i need a refund...never again will i book this hotel😡

I got an instant refund. People hanging around making it seem unsafe. I walked in the room and walked right back out to the service desk. This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen. This was hands down the worst place I\'ve ever stayed. It looked and felt like a trap house. The entire rooms floor was soaked, the particle board on the "kitchenette" was sticking out, not that you\'d ever want food in this place. Everything was grimy. Tops of stands had things on them. I\'m pretty sure there was blood in the sheets and pillow case. This was so disgusting. There was fighting outside at all hours. Stomping in the room above us until about 430am. Then the man that comes around to ask if you\'re checking out at 10 am when you don\'t need to leave until 12 was extremely rude to my husband. If i could give zero stars i would. The only positive was the chick at check in. I was very surprised by how bad this was because we like the owner\'s other hotel.

After we booked, we arrived at the hotel and were told they had no rooms available. They wouldn't refund our money because they said they didn't have internet either. Everything was terrible. The woman at reception treated us terribly. I don't think they deserve even one star.

Disgusting roach motel, I was given a dirty room upon arrival and had to ask from another room. The other room was hardly any better, housekeeping didn’t give new towels or change the bedding. It’s also in a bad area where sketchy people just hang around freely.

The property in in a very unsafe area with hookers walking up and down the roads. All kinds of people outside of their rooms after midnight. People lingering on the stairs doing drugs out in the open. I was very afraid to stay and requested my money to be refunded. They refused.

Room was horrible and and area was very unsafe. There were people sleeping in their vehicles all over the parking lot and we were very nervous. I should have known when we tried to check in and they had to unlock the lobby door for us. We checked out within about 20 minutes and found a nicer hotel down the road.

The place was horrible. Do not stay there. It is roach infested. The room was filthy and smelled. Holes in bath ceiling. Everything was worn. Remote disnt work for tv. Property was littered with trash. Electric outlets were old and frayed. GFI was burned should be changed. The bed was horrible. The pool had no water init. The room was just horrible not cleanly at all. People banging on doors wee hours of the morning. No amenities at all. Beware.

They don’t have working ice or soda machines , the pool is closed , nothing available in the lobby , no laundry service , but plenty of ways to find smack and if you need swat they are on call.

I got an instant refund. People hanging around making it seem unsafe. I walked in the room and walked right back out to the service desk. This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The room smelled just like urine and the outside was like a trash can, trash everywhere…disgusting is the best way to describe it.

It was to far in the back did not feel safe tv was about to fall off wall door did not lock bolt was off the door shower knot was coming off sink was backing up with water not enough towels for two people we told them we did not need maid service for the next day so they did not come around until we checked out cabivat under sink was tore up mivewave plate wasnt levered just a big mess i want be staying there again

No door lock, toddlers feet were black bc the room was dirty, AC unit didn’t work, manger tried to take my key card after concerns and give my room away with the items still in the room. Phone in room didn’t work, the fumes of paint were nauseating

Lavatory clogged, had to run to office for toilet paper, had to scrub the toilet seat, looked like someone stood on it with dirty shoes. Only one shower towel. We were too tired to run to the office again after 12 hour drive. The heating unit sounded like a Mack truck.
