The place is a dump. Wait at the desk for someone to show up and give you your key. The rooms smell weird. The tub was dirty and the microwave was sticky inside. The free breakfast was gross. Been forever since I’ve done one of these chain motels with free breakfast. They do the waffle badder and cereal, some coffee. But the eggs smell bad, the water tasted bitter (probably puts the same jug back in the fridge after every morning.) The people having breakfast looked like road crew people who were put up there. Just a weird vibe, kinda sketchy.

On first glance , clean room. Bathroom door takes the whole room and is not easy to get in and out, the lighting was dim in the bath and no fan . We had a lightbulb out in the bedside lamp and dirty around the ac unit. The alarm in the room alarm kept going off at 6am even though I turned it off. AND the pool was nasty unclear and hazy with garbage and a band aide on it and someone had a dog in the pool as well. Breakfast was 6/10. Checkin and out were easy . I asked to be compensated due to us wanting to use the pool, one of the reasons we chooses it. But have not heard back.

Breakfast was sub-par. Food was cold. Hotel is not well maintained. Cleaning of common areas is certainly not a priority. Staff seems very indifferent to the issues.

Hotel was very poorly maintained. Hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Found dog hairs on sheets in bed. Breakfast was cold (eggs and gravy). There was no spray to keep the waffles from sticking. Coffee was warm, but not hot. Staff seemed indifferent about anything that was mentioned. Definitely would not stay here again.
