Todo bien lo único malo es que cierran recepción a las 6 entre semana y fin de semana a las 2, y el wif no llega a las habitaciones tenía que bajar a recepción a conectarme, lo mejor el desayuno

Good location. Room not clean. Problems with communication with hotel prior to check in. All my messages via hotels.com were not answered. For long, my e-mail directly to the hotel wasn’t answered. I tried to call the hotel but first I got an AI answer machine - and got wrong answers. Finally, I got through to the reception who said they would not answer my mail until after the reception closed. Just seems strange why they couldn’t answer and tell me everything was ok and how check-in would be. We arrived at 19 and the reception was closed so we received info about self check-in about an hour before. The info with the code was wrong unfortunately … and we were only able to check in because we just simply tried pressing different buttons. The room had no AC but just a fan on the floor - which was very, very dirty.

Gigantic hotel flat with lots of space - very interesting. The fan helped very much during this heat-wave - very friendly and helpful service staff. We also enjoyed the very fine parking facility in separate parking house very close by. Good location for access to the central part of Hannover shopping area Hotel needs to communicate placement of key-safe, when reception is closing earlier on Sundays and on other days. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

In den Zimmern herrschte eine Gluthitze. Klimaanlage gibt es keine, auch keine Klimageräte oder Ventilatoren. Lüften wenig erfolgreich, wenn vor dem Hotel die 6-spurige Straße entlang läuft. Der Aufzug blieb ständig im 5. Stock hängen, da die Tür nicht richtig schließt. Diese musste unter echter Gefahr sich die Finger einzuklemmen nach innen gezogen werden. Der Portier war nach meiner Wahrnehmung unfreundlich und mit der Situation überfordert. Die Kollegin erschien mir offen und hilfsbereit. Hilft aber auch nichts, wenn der Hotelbetreiber solche Zustände zulässt. Da kann man ihm nicht böse sein, wenn es mit der Motivation eng wird. Klare Empfehlung ein anderes Haus zu bevorzugen.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful neighborhood close to Rathaus and also Waterloo Biergarten. I found it very suitable for my visit to Hannover and I can surely recommend it. I will get back for sure.
