Breakfast freshe food quality very good the staff friendly room was cleaned evry morrning.

Hotel muito bonito e com boa infraestrutura. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor pelo preço pago. Localização também não é tão boa, longe de tudo, como estávamos de carro não foi tão ruim, mas pra quem depende de táxi ou transporte público, não recomendo.

The restaurant was not very good for the buffet breakfast or the lunch there. Breakfast was not very varied and every "hot" food except soup was actually cold every day, which is not safe. For lunch, they got 3 out of 4 items ordered incorrect. We tried to ask the front desk questions about shopping and activities, but they did not speak enough English to help and I only speak about 30 Thai phrases so we just researched on Google. our room was full of drain flies. Literally hundreds of flies, every day. We told the front desk immediately and they didn't do anything or move us. Every day we killed at least 50, every morning they were in the bathroom, shower, on the bedding and in the curtains. Housekeeping didn't even clean up all the dead flies daily. The bed is the hardest mattress I've ever encountered, even after years of Asia travels. There were no options for anything else or a topper.

Great stay! Clean and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location. Everything was well organized — would definitely stay here again.
