Bryce Park inn

The hotel looked very old and unkept from the outside. You needed to go across the street to check in at an Econo Lodge hotel as the Bryce Park Inn office was closed. When I entered the room, I noticed it looked ok but on closer observation the pillows and comforter looked dirty. They had brown patches of discoloration on them. I saw no evidence of bed bugs. I checked out the bathroom (not the cleanest. A bit grungy, tiles needed scrubbing.) & the bathroom window had no lock that I could see & slid open easily to reveal an alley. This was a safety issue to me. Then I went to lock the door and found that the top two locks did not work. The door security lock could not be put over the knob, so it was useless. The dead bolt knob could be turned but the bolt did not come out. That left just the bottom lock on a flimsy door. This worried me. As a single female traveler, it made me very uncomfortable and uneasy at this place. I called Hotel.com and explained the issues. They tried to reach the managers & were not able to. I did not feel safe at all. I told the hotel manager that I wished to leave as I felt very unsafe. I left my keys with him. He said have Hotels.com reach out to him and he would return my money. My money has not been returned. I chose this place as the reviews and pictures looked good, but they were not accurate. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Comfortable bed. Clean. Basic room. Nothing fancy. Good value.

Great place to stay. Room 1015 needs to have the cold water handle in tge shower tightened but all else very good

Nous vons réserver une chambre standard vue sur le parc.....aucun parc au alentour....La porte du meuble du réfrigérateur était brisée... La propreté derrière les meubles était inacceptable (bouteille d’eau papier mouchoirs bibittes mortes) Porte du micro-ondes et réfrigérateur plancher sale Le seul plus, lit propre et confortable Je deconseille fortement cet établissement
