I enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t available due to inspection. Staff was very nice and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The small kitchen is a great addition to the room and specially the AC to help beat the AZ heat. Definitely would recommend and stay here next time I’m in AZ for business.

Loved staying at a brand new hotel! The kitchenette was amazing and definitely made being away from home so easy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The no charge laundry and fitness center made everything better. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Arrived at the hotel for an interview and had the best experience! I called in to potentially check in earlier and the manager was very helpful and was able to check me in 90 minutes earlier. Arrived to a clean and spacious room with nice amenities. Highly recommend spending your stay there! The shop downstairs in the lobby is very useful!

Brand new hotel so they didn’t have carts. No one could find toilet paper. The lights were not working outside of the hotel. Couldn’t use pool due to needing a city inspection. New hotel but definitely should have waited to open a little longer

Upscale hotel only 6 months old. Bed, pillows were really comfortable and I’m pretty fussy with that, even had them bring me an extra pillow which they did promptly! Would recommend highly!

They had breakfast for other guests for a "contract" pretty rude to have amenities unavailable for all guests to enjoy. Or an option for at all. Also booked the most expensive twice the price advertised from u . All a scam money still never refunded I'll be calling my bank for this immediately

PROS: The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The room was well stocked (dishes, toiletries, towels). CONS: What I disliked about my stay is that the walls are thin. I was woken up by my neighbors in the room beside me moving around and bumping things—just normal living, but it was as if they were in the same room. I could also hear loud doors closing in the hallway. No one was being rude, the doors just shut loudly. I tried to shut mine quietly, but in order to get it to close completely I had to pull hard, which created a loud sound. I also worry that if the maintenance is not up to par the entire place will be trashed within a few years. It could be a nice place for years, but it is a “no frills” kind of property.

The hotel was new, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was generally fine. My only issue was a $6.50 parking charge. I did not have a car, and at check-in the clerk dropped the subject after I explained that. At checkout, however, I was told it was actually a “parking lot maintenance fee” charged to everyone and that they normally collect it through the card on file for incidentals. The charge was ultimately waived after I challenged it, but the inconsistent explanation made it feel dishonest. If it is a mandatory property fee, it should be clearly disclosed during booking rather than presented as a parking charge.
