Diib House Hotel

Very interesting stone property. The room was stone also, with beadboard ceilings. They have a large rooftop terrace with tables, and a semi-outdoor tea area with tables. Beautiful lobby area. Very nice staff, but have your translator ready if you don't know Turkish. Easy walk to main boulevard.

We didn't stay. Wre arrived at 3pm . No one at Reception Rang the bell for oner 10 mins .waited in dingy entrancy way and scruffy courtyard. Phoned hotel and got a slèpy andwer. Receptionist arrived and showed us to a room which was up 2 fiights of steep and high steps and then down another to a room which was much smaller than advertised with a minute and dirty wetroom. As an elderly couple we could mot manage the steps and found the roon too dismal to stay in. The reception I st was unhelpful so we decided to leave. We found anothe hotel nearby which was cheaper,had a much bigger and cleane room with no steps and with breakfast included.
