Pop machine on ground level was out of order ice machine on 2 floor out of order the pool out of order I had to wait to use washroom in lobby because it was out of order

Pool was closed-even though temperatures were in the 90s. Breakfast was fair. ( eggs and two cereal choices) Parking was great! Location was perfect! Ceiling ( as you walked in) had water damage. Shower had a few little black mold spots on a trim piece.

pool area is dirty with 3 of 4 tables broken; only 2 lounge chairs that are unusable. There was a bus that parked on the wrong side of the street and next to the pool, assumed it was broken down. After 3 days, found there was a man living in it. Also homeless sleeping next to gas station. Assumed the motel owner would have reported it.

I had to pay various prices throughout my stay.. elevator didn't work and I was in third floor..pool not very clean...seats all broken at pool..drink machine takes money every time. No sign..charge 2.00 a small can coke in lobby...lady at desk very rude

Didn’t get the original room i booked for. I was told once i got there the room had a leak. That was very disappointing. And the elevator was broken. But the replacement room was decent. It was very spacious and clean. Would book again.

The room was clean but the carpet was dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The pool was moldy. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom.

The room and bath room were filthy. Neither one of the ice maker's worked. Staff didn't seem to care. I checked in and looked at the room then checked out after checking into another hotel. Very unkept property.

Bathroom door was broken. Elevator was not working.

Worked with me on getting a ground floor room. Pool was locked and they were "cleaning" it our entire stay. When asked if it would be opened, one guy said by 8am when it wasn't opened by 10am we asked again and were told "maybe 3pm". It wasnt opened. Rooms were clean, toilet didnt flush well, but flushed fully with two flushes. Moatly quiet, convient location. Breakfast was laugable, a tiny pan of scambled eggs, 6 biscuits, a tiny crock of gravy, and bread without tongs.

The sofa in the room was just dirty and stained up. Plus, it was sagging in the middle. The bed was hard. I could not get the voice on one channel on the TV to come on. The carpet needed shampooing. I have stayed at similar facilities with the same type of furniture for less money, but the room was clean. Parking was very limited. Overall, the maid had cleaned what she could and fresh towels and toilitery were placed for the second day. I did not think it was worth a $100.00 a night.

It was a place for homeless and druggies to hang out. The room was not clean. Cobb webs everywhere, big clumps of them. The room smelt like dog urin. Bed spread all stained with blood. Just not a good place at all.

Need to clean the mold and clean the carpets

The room was filthy. Stains on the bedding, stains on the sheets, long black hairs on the bed. Spiders in the bathroom. Stains on the walls and ceiling. The room looked like something a prostitute would use. The room was nasty the entire place was dirty and run down. We left due to the conditions and stayed some where else. Contacted days inn corporate and filed a complaint and was issued a refund. Stay away from this rat hole!

I didn't like the boogers on the wall or the smoked hole sheets

Dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. Carpet hadnt been cleaned in decades - we didnt even feel comfortable walking around in socks let alone barefoot. Loose screws on the floor, peeling paint, burn holes in on the bedspreads. We were so uncomfortable.

The rooms were disgusting. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable housekeeping was terrible and the breakfast was horrendous. Will definitely not stay there ever again and I will not recommend.

Cigarette butts everywhere on steps and ground. Broken toilet seat in Room 303. TV channels no good. Fell walking down steps due to water and oiliness. Police activities outside and around hotel as in drug nusts, etc. Very unsafe environment.

This hotel room was filthy. Dirty sheets and mold in the bathroom. The worst part of this hotel was that there is NO HOT WATER in the shower so none of us got to shower. Would not recommend staying here.

There were bugs everywhere. When I arrived the carpet was damp and so were the beds. And there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower.

It was affordable and quiet. The microwave was broken.

Good chance your room would have a connecting door to the next room/guest and you can hear essentially anything going on there. Bathroom door was falling off the hinge, but the shower was decent

Room was old. Lots of noise from other tenants. No coffee available at 8 am.

Very outdated. Quilt on the bed had a cigarette burn on it. Probably should change that out. Looks kind of bad to a customer. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast seemed to have run its course by 7 am, so if you'd like to have any of the eggs, be sure to grab them early. Otherwise the options are toast and cereal. If all you need is coffee, they'll have you covered, but the juice dispenser was out of order. Room condition was as to be expected: acceptable. The fridge rattled and the curtain was missing a hook so the exterior light shone through the spaces all night.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean but the air conditioner did not keep the room cool and we were hot all night

This was a stop on the way to final destination. Parking lot was all coned off (couldn’t get to drive up to hotel lobby) due to parking surfaces had been sealed that day, making hard for me as a handicapped person to check in. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Hand rail in shower was not connected to wall. No iron in the room but there was an ironing board. The room was ok for a quick night’s sleep but wouldn’t be for a longer stay.

The front clerk was rube and judgmental.

I got in late, when I first got my room they said the door key is not working but tomorrow we will move you. Next day, maintenance guy came took door handle off and left me locked in the room had to call front desk to tell him to come let me out. When I got back that night I thought the key would work, NOPE. Went back down to front desk the guy was rude asked me "what do you want?", I told him I cannot get into the room he said "what do you want me to do?" I said let me in. It seem to have put him out having to leave what he was doing on his phone to let me in. I told him I want to be moved to another room, he said he would look into it. Finally the next day I said I want to be moved they said no maintenance will be back to fix it I finally had to get mad and tell them to move me. The rooms walls had some yellow gross looking stuff on it, the floor you did not want to walk on it without shoes have no idea what it was. The hot water took forever to heat up and when it finally did it was semi warm with the weather being 57 degrees outside. I tried to dry my air blow dryer did not work. The so called breakfast, milk sat out on the counter from 6 am to noon rubber eggs and day old biscuits.

The room was not ready and check in time. The room was clean but the rest of the hotel was nasty. The area around was not a very safe feeling area.

Very nice staff up front. Room was standard and clean. Maybe could use a little more options for breakfast but otherwise there’s Cracker Barrel next door or Waffle House across the street. It’s close to airport and was near my clinical site for Herzing University so good access personally.

We should have read the reviews. Flight came in 3 hours late and we were too tired to drive to our destination outside the city so we looked for a place to sleep super quick. I’ve stayed at a Days Inn multiple times before and never had an issue. This, however, was the worst hotel experience of my life. It was scary dirty, drunk person almost hit me when I walked from my room, cigarettes everywhere, smell of weed seeping into the room, elevator so full of grime you couldn’t see the floor. Surprisingly, inside the room was not all bad…which is the only reason we stayed. But it was loud, and we found a shopping cart outside our room at 6am when we left. At checkin, they required a $100 CASH only deposit, which he labeled with our misspelled last name, room number, and a paper clip and added it to a stash of other deposits (no indication of this anywhere but a small misspelled sign taped on the window at the front desk). The next morning they asked IF we had paid a deposit, and I said you required it - didn’t know it wasn’t an option. I also asked if they regularly had people angry at them as everyone in the tight little lobby was fuming, and the guy said “oh every day.” My response was, “Maybe you guys should think about making some changes then.” He looked dumbfounded. I guess they like providing smelly, trashy, unsafe, awful experiences and making people mad with their archaic, sketchy business practices. Just do yourself a favour and don’t stay here.

Booked and paid for this pet friendly Haotel online, Days Inn,, drove 9 hours to get to it(late at night) only to be told he could not accept our 2 small pets and HE canceled our Registration without our permission. (We were tired). He was unable to return our $179.00. But did say he will put notes in the computer for the cancelation. We asked the man at Days Inn to please be sure the note is in there. He said Absolutely he would. We called Expedia talking with 3 and 2 of the customer service helpers, tried to make an argument with me each hanging up the phone when I mentioned the refund. Another gentleman apologized and told me we should get our refund without cancelation fee since we did not cancel. One wanted to book a $450 room ,which i did not have the money since I already booked a room prior to driving from Oklahoma to Tennessee. Anyway, it was the most stressful and worst event in my life. Had to book a room at Motel 6, which is owned by the same man(I was told). It was very bad, at least I was able to rest my tired body.. Was not able to stay at Days Inn due to the man canceling our reservation. Still have not received any refund.

I made the reservation on 3/19. everything was smooth and easy, no issues there. upon arrival i was informed that my reservation was cancelled for some reason i cant recall. but i was never contacted and made aware of the cancellation which kind of ruined my mood. but i was still able to get a room and was charged a little higher rate. The circumstances of the cancellation were in a way understandable it was more of the lack of communication where i had the issue.

I stayed two day and the breakfast was the same thing. They didn’t have a big variety of things for breakfast. The last day we were there housekeeping entered our room when we were still there. Also when we checked in my second room was given to another person. After 45 min we got out other room. The room was dirty. The mattress was gross definitely would upgrade and remodel the rooms. I guess that’s why I only paid $56 a night. Been to other days inn and they were better quality.

We had only intended on staying one night but ended up with 3…this place is amazing ..lady at the front is awesome ,..breakfast is great ..room is good and spacious ..comfy bed …all staff are so friendly…esp the maintenance man …if you see him tell him the newfies said hi …he works so hard for 10-12 hours a day …the maids work at one speed and it’s fast ..walking to Cracker Barrel and some other restaurants…will def stay here again …I was sad to leave

They asked for cash at check in. Did not have change for my bill for the cash I gave. Did not have a receipt for me. The room has sticky substances around the table, headboard, and sink. Would not return.

Staff was so nice and it was really easy to get in and out. Cracker Barrel across the street and gas station next door.

For the most part it was alright. The breakfast wasn’t too good. All around the property and roaming up and down the streets were homeless people and people doing drugs. Would not recommend staying there.

I like the pool, the clean rooms, the restaurants nearby and the convenience to getting to and from the airport.

Great Location to activities in the area. Breakfast selection was great something for everyone.

The refrigerator froze everything solid. We had adjusted the temperature but it still froze everything. We had to go ask for clean towels. There were pieces of toilet paper behind the toilet which tells me it hadnt been thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast was cleaned up before 9am each day so we had to go somewhere else and pay for breakfast.

Place is a dump. Old and beat up. You would think the towels were made of gold. Breakfasts was horrible. Stale cereal warm milk cold eggs. Terrible. People walked in looked at it a left without eating. Smart choice. Wyndem should be ashamed

The hotel is in poor condition, but they are working hard to improve the facility. If you are counting on the 'free breakfast', you will be disappointed. The outlet that the gravy was plugged in to was hanging out of the wall. The gravy was cold.
