Nicely developed hotel; friendly, professional staff, clean and quiet. Checks all of the critical boxes. No bell service, which is an issue if room is on the forth or fifth floor. No valet but ample on-site parking so not essential. The staff is welcoming and attentive. We didn’t try breakfast since we went to local eateries. Centrally located for food and entertainment.

The room was very clean and everything was updated. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My complaints are the loud banging of the other doors all night (is there no way to muffle them?) and they need carpet runners down the halls. The floors are beautiful and I wouldn’t want them fully covered but at least get some carpet runners to muffle carts, high heels, and heavy footed walkers. We were there during a wedding and there was so much noise all night. We didn’t get a good night’s sleep.

This place is gorgeous!! Our room was spacious and very clean. Muffins, fruit and hot coffee was offered for a little breakfast. There is a restaurant around the corner that serves some really good homemade biscuits, Gritz!!! I would stay here again for sure.

The hotel has been beautifully redone, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the coffee is excellent, and the fresh muffins each morning were great. There were two cons though and I would want to be aware of before staying again, the walls are very thin and we could hear the people in the room beside us clearly (they were not being loud or anything just normal conversations) so bring earplugs and the water pressure in our room was not good at all. I am not sure if these two things are specific to the room we were in but I feel they are worth noting ahead of a stay. Overall we would stay again but would plan ahead.

There should be a mini fridge in every room for that price. There should be an ice bucket and somewhere to be able to get ice understand about the health department rules but when you come in late and you just need some ice, it would be nice to have a cup of ice.

The building is beautifully done, clean, and stylish. The room was great. I’m pumping for my newborn and picked a room without a fridge and the staff was very helpful in offering to change rooms, but ultimately brought me a fridge for my room. I WILL be staying here any time I come to the area!

This hotel is really beautiful and in thr center of everything downtown. There are coffee shops, brunch places and even a great place to get a facial right next door. Perfect room and small gym is very functional. This is a small hotel so typically only 1 employee at the front desk. I had to checkout at 5am and the night clerk was nowhere to be found for 15min. I did call the phone number and ring the desk bell. Eventually he came out of a side door...i think he was prepping the breakfast trays so was too far away to hear the bell. That was the only negative point and i would still absolutely stay here again when visiting family. The hotel should add a bell in the kitchen area so staff can hear it better. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

I did call the phone number and ring the desk bell. Eventually he came out of a side door...i think he was prepping the breakfast trays so was too far away to hear the bell. That was the only negative point and i would still absolutely stay here again when visiting family. The hotel should add a bell in the kitchen area so staff can hear it better. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel has been beautifully redone, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the coffee is excellent, and the fresh muffins each morning were great. There were two cons though and I would want to be aware of before staying again, the walls are very thin and we could hear the people in the room beside us clearly (they were not being loud or anything just normal conversations) so bring earplugs and the water pressure in our room was not good at all. I am not sure if these two things are specific to the room we were in but I feel they are worth noting ahead of a stay. Overall we would stay again but would plan ahead.

Love the aesthetics of the hotel and the history. The furnishings are simple, but clean and useful. Website boasted a continental breakfast, but was disappointed with only whole oranges and two muffins available. (There weren’t many guests at the time, so assuming that’s why there wasn’t much food provided). Overall, it was a pleasant stay and better than a chain hotel.

Excellent stay and property. If you want to experience the local hospitality, then this is the place for you. Unique and much better than the typical chain experience. Very friendly staff. Close to several excellent local restaurants.

Nicely developed hotel; friendly, professional staff, clean and quiet. Checks all of the critical boxes. No bell service, which is an issue if room is on the forth or fifth floor. No valet but ample on-site parking so not essential. The staff is welcoming and attentive. We didn’t try breakfast since we went to local eateries. Centrally located for food and entertainment.

This hotel is really beautiful and in thr center of everything downtown. There are coffee shops, brunch places and even a great place to get a facial right next door. Perfect room and small gym is very functional. This is a small hotel so typically only 1 employee at the front desk. I had to checkout at 5am and the night clerk was nowhere to be found for 15min. Lacks amenities. Elevator only goes to floor 3. Fourth floor guests must take stairs. No table, luggage rack, desk or chair. Your things must sit on the floor. Tiny end tables. Bottom of it stores coffee machine. Carpet appears new but Very unappealing having beverage machine sitting 1 inch above the floor. No refrigerator or ice machine. No space next to tv either, no place to put anything. New bathroom but sparse. How about a towel mat? Continental breakfast is an afterthought. Dry biscuits from a big box store shoved on bar counter in the lobby. Check out reception person was as dry as the biscuits. How are people rating this hotel so highly?

This place is gorgeous!! Our room was spacious and very clean. Muffins, fruit and hot coffee was offered for a little breakfast. There is a restaurant around the corner that serves some really good homemade biscuits, Gritz!!! I would stay here again for sure.

As always, everything was perfect! The only thing I can say is the room did not have a refrigerator in it, but we had a small cooler with us and made it work! Staff is super friendly. Checking in and out is a breeze as always! My absolute favorite place to stay! My boyfriend and I stay at least once a month just because we love it so much!

My boyfriend and I stay here at least once a month! Check in is a breeze, the staff are all super nice, and it is super clean. The beds are so comfy! I would live here if I could lol!
