Great location. Now, if you will be parking be ready to pay $55 per day. At the hotel they told me we can park and if not moving the car until I leave I will make only a payment of $55 which it was totally not true. I had to pay $110 for 2 days. Hotel is highly recommended! Overall the stay was great !

Loved how we could walk to everything so easily! The hotel is beautiful with little shops inside/Starbucks. The area is so safe and lots to do right in the heart of it all. Would have liked an indoor pool or hot tub. My only complaint is the $48/night self parking. We had 2 cars, so paying nearly $200 for us to park for 2 nights seemed a bit excessive. For the self parking, you pay the $48 each time you exit or per the night, so don't plan to come and go. It is $50 valet for a night and you are able to come and go that way. My son lost his ticket and paid a flat rate of $80, which ended up being cheaper than my rate at $96 for the same 2 nights. Might be the smarter way to go :)

Very well located close to Broadway in the centre of Nashville. The hotel is reasonably modern, well kept and the room was very comfortable with an excellent shower. I stayed in and Executive room and the Exec lounge was a let down. In other Hilton’s the lounge will variously provide breakfast and/or evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres. This hotel provided none of this which took it down a notch in my assessment, but did prompt me to look outside for breakfast and I got on well with “Another Broken Egg Cafe”. Well worth staying for location and good quality rooms.

Location was fantastic and we were able to walk to everything! The significant downside was the executive lounge. The offerings were VERY limited. There were no typical appetizers and the continental breakfast listed was not provided. By far, the worst executive lounge I have visited. Most of the furniture was uncomfortable and there was no staff available to assist you.

The property was perfectly located, but my husband had a major problem with them, not offering free parking or validated parking to hotel guests. I know downtown Nashville is busy, but this seems absurd for the price that we paid for the room. The facilities were lovely but dated. Especially inside the room, edges of surfaces were worn and we didn’t really want to walk around barefoot on the carpet or flooring.

Great location. Great staff. But NOT CLEAN. Not a good standard of cleanliness in my opinion. Carpet never felt vacuumed. Also Room service got our order terribly wrong, and didn’t seem to care. TVs we’re old and only had Directv. So when there was a storm, we had no use for the tv when we had to stay in. I would expect some newer electronics in the executive suites. It Just felt old and not upgraded with some things. Like the bedding, it was old and flimsy. Again, the staff was prompt, and the location was perfect. And location is really what you’re paying for here. If you got a wife and kids who are super clean, this isn’t the hotel for you. And I had an executive suite. Not to mention there was a pair of socks on the floor frol the last guest. The women that came with me were grossed out

Dirty room service dishes from the previous room guest remained at our door for our entire stay. For the top brand Hilton.... ridiculous. Room service was low staffed,as we left in the morning and when we returned early afternoon our room was not made up. Fortunately they stocked the room with 4 towels, so we were good for a second night.

Walking distance to everything, safe, staff very pleasant and room was nice. We had a few issues, we asked for a king suite and when we arrived it was a 2 full size beds. The other major issues were 1. these rooms are not sound proof so you will hear the music from Broadway clubs until 3am if you have a room with a window facing downtown. 2. not everything was thoroughly cleaned upon check in namely in the bathroom and on the surfaces in the suite area.

Room was in some disrepair with peeling paint in the bathroom and a cosmetic mirror hanging from the wall when we arrived. Furniture also needs some updates. Also as a caution we used the valet parking while we were there and my vehicle was returned with a strong marijuana smell.

I wish I could include pictures, furniture in 312 is torn and nasty, bathtub didn’t drain stood in 1 foot of water showering, air vents need cleaned. The bed was good that’s about it

Beautiful hotel, right behind the bars so great for the ability to walk but if you want to sleep before 4am do NOT take a room on the right side. LOUD all night: ask for the Bridgestone side if you only party till the early hours!

Loved our 1 bedroom suite, so nice to have the extra space. Could def hear the Broadway street noise/music in the evening, but it wasn’t terrible. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

I honestly dont believe there was one thing i didnt like. The room was great, the staff were hands down the most amazing people EVER. If there was something I needed and they didnt have it accessible, they had a solution. Love love love this hotel.

The location was very convenient, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, the front desk service was disappointing. When checking out, there was no staff present, and we had to wait about 10 minutes before someone finally showed up. The person at the desk did not provide a receipt, and I later noticed unexplained charges on my account. When I called to inquire, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. After calling back, I was again put on hold with no resolution provided. It wasn’t until my third call that I was finally able to speak with someone who could help. While the stay was pleasant overall, the poor customer service at the front desk left a negative impression.

We had a late arrival. Everything was paid in full but they decided to give our king room to another guest who requested on their check in. Late night staff was not helpful. We were able to move the next morning. The furniture in both rooms was in need of cleaning and reupostering.

Everything about this property was amazing!! We got into Nashville a day early, the staff added the extra night without having us move rooms. We had 3 rooms booked and they accommodated us being side-by-side!!! The staff were extremely nice & helpful. Could not ask for a better experience!!!!

Mixed experience—some frustrating moments. The facility itself is decent (though there's no pool), but several issues made the stay less enjoyable. For starters, housekeeping knocked on our door at 6 AM asking if we needed service—definitely not ideal when you're trying to sleep. Room service was confusing and frustrating. I tried to order takeout from the restaurant downstairs but was told I had to go through room service. When I called room service, they told me to order directly from the restaurant instead. It felt like no one knew how things were supposed to work. To make matters worse, the room service staff member I spoke with had limited English, which made communication even more difficult. If you’re looking for a good night’s rest, keep in mind that city noise is a serious issue here. The windows don’t block much sound, and we could hear police sirens nearly every hour from midnight until morning, which made sleeping through the night a challenge. Outrageous parking fees $69.00 per day. After valet parking, no real courteous help with luggage. Check-in was fine but I had to ask about our luggage, (I was not asked if I had any luggage) the person at the front desk only said I could find a luggage cart or go back out front and ask for someone to help with the luggage. Not what I am used to in a supposed full-service hotel. Concierge was useless in helping to find a Thanksgiving Restaurant to eat in, luckily I had looked online and booked a buffet on my own at the W Marriott within walking distance. Concierge said she could not recommend another hotel because she was a rival hotel in competition! Worthless.... Also, no lobby entertainment.

Fantastic spot for a Nashville vacation. It’s right in the thick of everything and if you need to go further afield it’s a short cab ride. We loved Nashville and the Hilton is perfectly positioned. Make sure you ask for a room in the edges and away from the central void to get more privacy

This was my first time to Nashville and this hotel was in a perfect location, so close to Broadway! It was so nice to sit in the lobby and have a drink, it’s so beautiful. The Italian restaurant inside the hotel very pricey but very good!

Perfect location for Downtown Nashville! We took a taxi from the airport and after checking into this hotel, we were able walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The room was clean, well arranged, beautiful view, and quiet. The breakfast was amazing!! The atmosphere was luxurious and the staff was friendly. We will stay here again! There's also a Starbucks in the lobby.

From our stay in January this year to this stay the valet went up 11.00 … you really have no choice but to valet so 61.00 is a little bit expensive plus the 5.24 tax… also room service was a little pricey… I have a cash tip and was still charged a 3.00 fee????

The hotel overall was nice. The room was nice. The couch in our room was pretty warn down. The main issue i had was someone charged food to my room from the restaurant that’s connected to the hotel. The bill was $381!!!! That’s very dangerous and completely insane that anyone can just charge something to someone's room and if you don't check your account and let the front desk know you can be charged! So basically because it was the weekend my bank holds the funds until it clears so i had to wait 3 days for my account the clear! Very insane! They should figure something out so that can't happen. Present a room key or documentation or something if you're going to charge your room! I would love to stay again but not until they fix the room charging issues!

Very well located close to Broadway in the centre of Nashville. The hotel is reasonably modern, well kept and the room was very comfortable with an excellent shower. I stayed in and Executive room and the Exec lounge was a let down. In other Hilton’s the lounge will variously provide breakfast and/or evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres. This hotel provided none of this which took it down a notch in my assessment, but did prompt me to look outside for breakfast and I got on well with “Another Broken Egg Cafe”. Well worth staying for location and good quality rooms.

The property location was the biggest draw for me. You're right in the middle of everything so there's no need to drive. The hotel seemed well kept (no pool?) and about the only thing that was unwelcome was them telling me I had to purchase the buffet for one banana. You read that right I wanted a banana to take with my morning meds but didn't want breakfast. I asked if I could purchase just the banana and was told I had to buy the buffet to get the banana. This, after forking over $2050 for 3 nights. Crazy.

Location was fantastic and we were able to walk to everything! The significant downside was the executive lounge. The offerings were VERY limited. There were no typical appetizers and the continental breakfast listed was not provided. By far, the worst executive lounge I have visited. Most of the furniture was uncomfortable and there was no staff available to assist you.

We were close enough to walk to almost everything. Used the trolley to see more. Used Lyft for airport and to Opry. Great hotel location. We included breakfasts for our stay and loved it. Susy made my omelets every morning. So good.

The only issue I had was parking wasn’t including the price - and when I was to check in the systems were down meaning there was no way to check us in so we were withheld from the room - strange that the customer is reminded of the strict times to check in and check out however we weren’t allowed access to the room. Making matters worse was I had a dinner reservation to get to and a concert to go to and I had no way to freshen up or change. And apart from a polite apology this wasn’t addressed.

This hotel is in downtown Nashville - lots of people walk by and use the park. My only complaint is outside lots of people leave food trash around that is slow to be picked up. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. Walkable to the action. Inside rooms were very clean although our chairs were in need of replacing. Overall a great value and a nice place.
