Great hotel property felt more like an apartment complex more than anything. Everything was well maintained the pool was clean and the grounds were clean and well lit. For some reason our room had an odor that wasn’t pleasant could never figure it out. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The staff of this hotel were simply amazing. The pool area in itself was out of this world. We will definitely definitely be back. We’ve already decided to book a trip back and to stay here!!!

Check in was quick. Room was clean. Transfer to airport was prompt and easy to arrange. Only complaint is that it was noisy. You could hear people above walking. Also could hear traffic noises. It was a decent place to stay and we would stay there again.

Dead flies when I arrived and after each of the two nights I stayed. The floor and carpets were dirty. I thought I was going to get murdered at night walking around. Funny smell in the rooms. Breakfast was good. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. The place is a bed to sleep on and roof over your head. That is about it.

The area was very secure with a gated entrance. The swimming pool was very inviting. They offered a delicious breakfast. We had difficulty with our key as the door did not open every time it was used.

Place was clean and neat, complimentary breakfast was way above average. I knew there would be a pet fee but was blind sided by how much it was. Excessive, exorbitant, outrageous, frankly. I’ve stayed all over the south with my pets but 100 bucks took the cake. Plus a parking fee? The facility was very nice, the extra fees, not. I won’t be back..too many reasonable options within a square block.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The pool area was nice and the workout room, while small, had enough for a quick session. Breakfast was decent with a fair variety. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The full kitchen was a huge plus! We were able to save money by cooking meals before heading out for the day. Our room did have a few issues— the A/C stopped working on day two, but the hotel offered to move us temporarily, and maintenance was able to fix it the next morning. A few minor things didn’t work (microwave light, TV swivel, and the WiFi was spotty at times), but nothing major. The area felt a bit sketchy at night, though we didn’t have any problems. The location itself was great—conveniently between the Grand Ole Opry and downtown Broadway, which made getting around easy. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

The room was very clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, appreciate parking with key accessible gate. Special kudos to the male breakfast attendant, he kept everything full and would wipe down all the surfaces every 10 minutes, as well as cleaning the serving utensils. The entire place was very clean.

Room 1514 was in bad shape ! The fridge was dented , the floors were sticky and the shower had stains on the floor of the tub . I had to go back to the front desk and tell them I could not spend anymore time in that room. This was the first time ever having to say no to a hotel room. The front desk offered me another room but was still very worn down. I was tired from travel and just gave up for the night.

My stay was for business. Great stay. The breakfast is one of the best with eggs, bacon or sausage, croissant breakfast sandwich, and egg/cheese quiche, in addition to pastries and bread and oatmeal and juices. The room was a little dated but very clean and big. Location is very convenient to the highway. I had no problem going to the the Opry or downtown. Lastly the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay again.

We arrived to find a dirty diaper in our room trash can. Thr caution tape around the base of the stairwell to our room was off putting and concerning. Our non-smoking room smelled of old cigarettes. Price and convenience are the only positives. Did not meet Marriott brand standards we have come to expect.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The facilities are old and unclean, and our room had spiders, dirty windows, and a broken AC. When we requested a new room, it had the same spider problem. The place is severely overpriced for what it offers—outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. Never again, and I would not recommend it at all.

I love the convenience of the 2 bedroom 2 full bath loft. The steps are a little rough with heavy luggage but love the apartment type rooms. Property is old but very well kept up.

Our stay was really good. We got upgraded to a nice 2 story room. What i really liked was all the amenities they had in the kitchen. All i had to do was bring the food. My kids liked having their own space too. It was loft style.

The studio that I had booked online was oversold; however, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a unit with a loft bedroom. It was very large and very nice. I had not stayed at a Residence Inn before, but I may seek them out now.

It's an old apartment building that's used as a reasonable priced hotel. It's close to the highway, near downtown, near Opryland and next door to Waffle House. Can't beat that!!

Residence inn is our travel go-to. We enjoy the convenience of having the full kitchen if needed (it’s a nice break from those Nashville priced restaurants). The Nashville airport residence inn was no exception. The staff were great, rooms kept clean, we loved the layout of the hotel - felt almost like a little apartment opposed to a hotel- and the convenience being near (but not directly beside) the airport. We will definitely be back to Nashville, and we will definitely choose the Residence Inn again!
Residence inn is our travel go-to. We enjoy the convenience of having the full kitchen if needed (it’s a nice break from those Nashville priced restaurants). The Nashville airport residence inn was no exception. The staff were great, rooms kept clean, we loved the layout of the hotel - felt almost like a little apartment opposed to a hotel- and the convenience being near (but not directly beside) the airport. We will definitely be back to Nashville, and we will definitely choose the Residence Inn again!

Rooms are great, clean and comfortable. Full kitchen was a surprise. Only complaints , a parking fee of $7.65 a day is charged after paying $159 for the room a night. The WIFI is horrible if you plan to connect a laptop. IMPOSSIBLE! Slow signal will not let you use the internet.

I love the hotel, but the staff was rude. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. They charged me an extra $60 in incidental fees and I never got it. I called the main hotel with all of the customer service there and they told me that there was no record of an incidental fee, but my bank records show otherwise I will not be staying back at this hotel and it really changed my point of view and experience on my bachelorette trip.

The staff was extremely nice. The hotel was very clean and the room was also very neat and clean. Everyone was super helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The shuttle drivers were also very nice. We definitely will be back to this hotel!

Room was spacious and adequately furnished. Bed was a bit soft and entryway rather neglected, but otherwise just fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is very much NOT walkable -- few sidewalks, even along high-speed roads.

It's an old apartment building that's used as a reasonable priced hotel. It's close to the highway, near downtown, near Opryland and next door to Waffle House. Can't beat that!!

My stay was for business. Great stay. The breakfast is one of the best with eggs, bacon or sausage, croissant breakfast sandwich, and egg/cheese quiche, in addition to pastries and bread and oatmeal and juices. The room was a little dated but very clean and big. Location is very convenient to the highway. I had no problem going to the the Opry or downtown. Lastly the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was nice. The area was clean and spacious. Also got a pretty decent rate for the room given it's proximity to downtown Nashville. Perfect for a quick weekend trip.

Check in was quick. Room was clean. Transfer to airport was prompt and easy to arrange. Only complaint is that it was noisy. You could hear people above walking. Also could hear traffic noises. It was a decent place to stay and we would stay there again.

I had a long red eye flight from San Diego to Nashville. I got there pretty exhausted and the staff were amazing! Shout out to Bruce that gave me an amazing reception! Also the room was clean, comfortable and shower worked just fine after a long flight. Close to the airport and parking fee at a very low price. Thanks and I would definitely recommend it! Also not too far from downtown if you’re here to party. Uber would cost around $15.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The pool area was nice and the workout room, while small, had enough for a quick session. Breakfast was decent with a fair variety. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The full kitchen was a huge plus! We were able to save money by cooking meals before heading out for the day. Our room did have a few issues— the A/C stopped working on day two, but the hotel offered to move us temporarily, and maintenance was able to fix it the next morning. A few minor things didn’t work (microwave light, TV swivel, and the WiFi was spotty at times), but nothing major. The area felt a bit sketchy at night, though we didn’t have any problems. The location itself was great—conveniently between the Grand Ole Opry and downtown Broadway, which made getting around easy. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

The property was pet friendly, which was a key consideration for us. We rented 2 suites, 1 for us and 1 for my inlaws. When we were unpacking we found a huge spider web on the desk legs. We stayed for 4 days and asked for house keeping service when we checked in, but never received it. Outside of my inlaws room smelled strongly of pot on Sunday and Monday. The breakfast bar was very good! The front desk people were friendly and professional. The hotel was centrally located to everywhere we went with pretty short drive times.

We enjoyed the "studio apartment" feel and the location was very convenient for driving downtown, out to Opryland area, and back to the airport. Grocery stores and local restaurants are also nearby. The staff was always cheery and helpful, and breakfast was delicious, with many hot and cold choices. We would stay at this inn again.

PLEASANTLY surprised. Room was spacious and clean, pillows & bed were comfortable, shower was hot. We would 100% stay here again. My only “1st world complaints” would be for the size of the room, the tv was on the small end and it would be helpful to have room numbers on signs near the parking places to know where to go. We walked around 3/4 of the building to find our room and could have just gone 1/4 of the way. 😆 But again, those are 1st world problems. Oh, and breakfast was really impressive. So much food!

Dead flies when I arrived and after each of the two nights I stayed. The floor and carpets were dirty. I thought I was going to get murdered at night walking around. Funny smell in the rooms. Breakfast was good. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. The place is a bed to sleep on and roof over your head. That is about it.

Place was clean and neat, complimentary breakfast was way above average. I knew there would be a pet fee but was blind sided by how much it was. Excessive, exorbitant, outrageous, frankly. I’ve stayed all over the south with my pets but 100 bucks took the cake. Plus a parking fee? The facility was very nice, the extra fees, not. I won’t be back..too many reasonable options within a square block.

Our stay at Residence Inn Nashville Airport was short but just awesome. We arrived late at the airport due to delays and the hotel shuttle service stops at 11:45 but we had no problem getting a quick Uber to the hotel. I had called ahead and let them know we would be a late checkin and things went smooth and quick. I had no idea what to expect with the room but we were pleasantly surprised! It was like a mini condo with two floors, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. It was a last minute booking so I didn't really research the place. They do not have a downtown shuttle but Patricia at the desk was wonderful and so helpful and hooked us up with Leroy who makes the rounds to the hotels with his private shuttle service. He was a super kind guy and we used him several times. He even picked us up after the George Strait concert and took us back to the hotel. He was great! The hotel breakfast was nice and the oatmeal was fantastic! The place was clean and the staff was helpful and kind. After checkout they let us keep our stuff behind the desk so we could go downtown one more time before we had to be back for the hotel shuttle to the airport. We will definitely be back to Nashville and we will be staying at this great, little Inn. Thank you!!!!

The bed size of very small. Queen bed was so small that 2 persons could not sleep together and were forced to sleep on sofa. Both the sofa bed and actual bed had terrible mattress. Alley to my room was smelling bad. I have never had such experience with Marriot property. Will strong caution against staying at this property

We have stayed at this property for the past 5 years and have always been pleased. Unfortunately this year we had no access to the pool which is a big part of the reason we choose this property. Nowhere did it state that the pool was closed. If was a huge disappointment

Wow, as a 225+ day a year traveler, this being listed as a Marriott property is astonishingly disappointing. To say it wasn’t clean, would be the understatement of the century. There is a bizarre smell the encompasses both rooms and public spaces. Wholly unacceptable, stay far away. Nothing in the room was acceptable for even the most budget friendly hotels. Stains, smells, dirt, hair, mold, carpet you’d want to put covers over your shoes before walking on. I’m so disappointed that this is passing as an acceptable option. The health department should definitely look into this immediately. -disappointed
