Parking lot could use some work, was a little rogh

I have family in Nashville and this is where we stay when we come to town. I am impressed with the cleanliness. The windows are even glossy. The breakfast and coffee are good and the beds are comfort and clean. I wish they had a pool.

Wish they would've had more options for breakfast. They did good giving a ground floor room, due to the fact that we had a wheelchair guest. Nice that they had late night check -in, since we were late getting into town unexpectedly.

It was not quiet, it literally sounded like a marching band in the room above us, the ceiling was creaking from the stomping. The shower surround was filthy with nicotine and the baseboards were pulling away from the walls. The blankets on the bed were stained also. I will say the parking was good and vehicles seemed safe.

Paid way too much for this room… there were roaches on the dresser and dead bed bugs in one of the beds. Go literally anywhere else…

I was not satisfied with how clean our room was. The carpet was old and dirty. The bathroom had algae and mold around the tub, and there was what even appeared to be mold on the wall near the tub. They need to do some renovations to repair the conditions of the bathroom and floors. The breakfast had very few things available as well, only bread, waffles, and a couple cereals. At the bare minimum they should add a mini fridge with yogurt.

All my needs were met and satisfactory! Cleanliness was fantastic! I will use this place again in the near future.

The room was not completely cleaned. The Website (not their fault) did not ask about smoking/ nonsmoking and the reservation was smoking, I was concerned about convincing the clerk that we were not smokers. He did give us a nonsmoking room and alerted staff about the cleanliness of room and we hope the next guest benefit from this complaint.

First room I got was INFESTED with recluse spiders. Most of them in the bed. Second room I got the shower didn’t work and it was dirty.

Frontdesk staff was polite, understood my security concerns and helped me get my bag to my room. I was taken back by the musty smell of the room and the bathroom stunk of urine. Not sure how Wyndham lists this property. Not sure why this property is on Hotel.com

The bathroom had some moisture problems. The bed was too firm for us.

The room was clean. But, it’s very outdated and smelled musty and old. Overall, we had a decent stay.

Very friendly staff and room was very clean. Our only concern was that the new taller high and soft top beds that they have in the rooms are so tall and soft that it is VERY hard for a 6 ft 6 inch person to get up into the bed, especially when the person is 72 years old and can't jump!!! We have stayed in 3 different hotels over the past month and have found these pillow tops in all of them. So, we understand that this may be the industry norm' now. Just a note that older people, who shrink as we get old, do not find the new normal bed heights to be a good thing for everyone. You need to hand out step stools!!! I have had 3 back surgeries and to get up into the bed, I have to try and lay down, roll over, then pull myself up to get to the pillows. Also, when we were at a Day's Inn in Warner-Robins, GA last month, my husband got sick with pneumonia in the middle of the night. He was weak and I could not pull him back up into the tall bed. He was slipping off the bed and could not push himself back up that far into the bed. The ambulance driver could not either. He had to move the bed to let my husband fall down on the floor where he could pick him up and get him back into the bed, but with the help of 2 other people from the fire truck. I know that this is an unusual case, but that is what we ran into with the tall beds. Other than that, for those that don't hurt themselves getting up into the beds, they are very comfortable once laying down on them.

The bathrooms have absolutely no privacy or counter space for your toiletries

The A/C blew very cold and the water in the shower got hot QUICK! The water pressure was perfect and the interior of the bathroom was a modern white marble type with a tub. The room had a microwave, mini fridge, desk, and small table to sit at. The bed was very comfortable, a bit on the firmer side. Could definitely use some updating, but perfectly fine for a quick stay.

Entrance to Hotel is confusing but check in easy. Asked if we preferred 1st or 2nd floor. We opted for 1st, as we didnt want to carry everything up the steps. However, the noise coming from the room above was awful. Could hear every step. So if you are a light sleeper, get 2nd floor. Room was clean and had been updated. Bed was comfortable and our room had a fridge and small microwave. Overall for the price it was a good stay for one night.

Stopped here on a cross county trip with 2 dogs in tow. Rooms were clean & fine for an over night stay. The fridge & microwave were a bonus. It is RIGHT off the highway, which is super convenient but makes things a little noisier. We were on the back side of the building & slept fine but there was some highway noise. Staff was very friendly. Good stop overall

Very nice room very clean room was equipped with refrigerator microwave ironing board iron hairdryer but no coffee pot. Very quiet call located to numerous eating places and gas station very comfortable bed. Nice place to stay.

The AC had 2 settings, off and 60 degree's. A couple of bugs to deal with was not good, one wall and one in the bed.

Some how they give another key to another person and this dude open my door and through that my room 106 was his. He left and front deck called and said it was a mistake. Other that no problem

Staff was very pleasant. When our TV went out, they had us switch rooms. Clean rooms, quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was super friendly when we needed last minute lodging due to an Airbnb issue and put our rooms next door to each other. Really appreciated that after a stressful event

I am a long haul truck driver and i have a layover in nashville every 10 to 14 days for 2 ir 3 days. I have been staying here fir more than a year. Winderful people. They even acceot my amazon packafes when i am on the road. Knowing that the packages will bebthere when i get to town is a wonderful thing. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very attentive.

The first night I stayed was ok. The second night wasn’t so great, that next morning woke up with bites on my arm and back, and found bed bugs. Wasn’t happy at all. Showed video I took to the man at the office and all he said was ok. So I’ll not be staying there anymore.

How close it was to everything food and shopping wise

Friendly staff. Not a prime location, but we felt safe, and there are good restaurants, convenience stores, etc, very close. It wasn’t too far from downtown Nashville, as we attended a concert at the Ascend Amphitheater, and we found the distance and drive were not bad at all. We didn’t make it up for breakfast, but they do offer breakfast. The only concern I have is that the tile in the restroom is very slick with a polished finish, and there is no texture for traction. When my wife took a shower, water splashed out on the floor, and I slipped and almost fell backwards when I stepped in to hand her some shampoo because of the wet floor. Still, we liked the property, overall.

Overall a good experience staying at Super 8. The location is nice and quiet and felt safe. So, it was a good place to stay and Uber into the city, which was appr. $25. Only the carpet could use a good shampooing.

The hotel was OK but it was difficult to find the entrance road because of the intersection it was near, especially at night.

The people were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was decent for what I paid for, I really have nothing to complain about. The shower and refrigerator were old, but it looks like they’re renovating.

Great spot to stay for a couple of nights for a weekend in Nashville. Nice folks at the front desk, and no complaints about the room. If you want a more robust breakfast, the Waffle House right out front is a really good option.
