Building and room was clean. Checking in took a few minutes because of some complaining about billing. Staff seemed non talkative and non smiling. The gentleman that did my check in required my credit card to be on file even though hotels.com handled everything. But other than staff being short and non smiling get ready for no ice machine, no coffee pot or custom cups or normal items you see in a room. Don’t ask about ice!!! The unhappy 5pm desk clerk will snap at you that you were told about ice trays!!!

Quick overnight trip. Location was good. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Parking was included with stay. My only complaint if I had one would be the minimum breakfast options. Only coffee was being served no juice options. Overall I recommend this hotel and would stay again. Would be a great place to stay for extended amount of time as there was a full kitchen.

This was our second time at this hotel (March 2024 and August 2024). No question that we will return whenever we are in Nashville, again. Rooms are spacious, clean, with uncarpeted floors (preferred). Kitchen area lacked paper towels, refrigerator and ac a little noisy, leather-like chair a little worn, and there was no luggage rack available, but, otherwise, very comfortable, good bed, and, most of all, clean. We did our laundry there (not cheap, but, clean laundry room)—bring your own detergent or pay $2.50 for one load’s worth of detergent. Pleasant staff and pet-friendly a plus. Careful about red ant hill in the back—May want to walk dog in the front or side. Highly recommend.

Easy check in, horrible check out. No one at the front desk. Room hadn't been cleaned- hair in sink and tub, food in fridge, floors dirty. Didn't feel safe. Bed appeared clean and freshly made. Front desk staff at check-in and during first night really friendly and helpful.

I booked a queen got a double bed. Had to go to desk for hair dryer. None in room. There was hairs on the towels yet i had to bring them down to desk to get new clean ones, couldnt just get some more without exchange. Kitchenette, with no dishes no soap at sink and no paper towel. What is the point in having a kitchenette without these things? They expect people to bring their own dishes on vacation? Not clean, not good. Will never stay there again and over charged for none of these ammenities especially when you dont even get the right size bed!

The staff at the desk was phenomenal and even let us check in a little early! We traveled from a different time zone and didn’t get the timing quite right, but they made it work! The rooms were very clean as well as the common areas! The person above us was quite loud, but that is not the hotels fault, I would just suggest getting a room on the 4th floor if available!

The room was spotless and well prepared. Easy check-in with great staff. The HVAC unit was awful though. When it would cycle, it sounded like a large pump while running and it was very loud when it shut down. At first we thought is was a very large mechanical device near the hotel. Once I isolated to the HVAC unit, I just shut it off. It was loud enough to wake us up.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. But the refrigerator was incredibly loud, as was the air conditioner. And when the guests in the room above us walked across their room, it sounded as though they were in the room with us.

Our stay was overall good and we would return. Few small annoying things - tried exchanging towels at the front desk but no one was available even after ringing the bell and waiting quite some time. Have to ask for anything “extra” in the room - dishes, hair dryer etc. Water pressure was absolutely terrible. Otherwise, it was clean and newer appearing. Free parking was a huge bonus. Quick uber to Broadway.

I paid for a room for the night of 07/20/25. We had to take a friend to the hospital in Nashville and we arrived at the hotel at about 2:30 am on the 21st but could not get in the office front door. There was a service phone outside the door. I spoke with the clerk who told me she could not check us in until 3:00am. We waited outside the building until 3. When I approached the front desk the clerk was extremely rude to me. Instead of politely asking for my ID she demanded it. Then she rudely informed me she wanted my car license plate number exactly. I went outside to get the license number and gave it to her. Then she said she would have to see my wife's ID. I asked why. Her answer was impatient and rude. I went out to get my wife's ID all the while fuming at her attitude. I finally went back inside and after exchanging some very heated conversation I told her to refund my money and we went to another hotel where I was treated with courtesy and respect. I have not received a refund as yet. I want my money back!

Didn't have breakfast and parking was great. I cannot express how wonderful Angelina was. She was very personable and went above and beyond to help us. I would definitely recommend your hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Nashville.

Not a good experience with this hotel. Every time we left and came back we had to go back down stairs get our keys activated again. Said we were not in the system and no one was booked in our room. Unreal that we had to go thru this ever day. Will never stay there again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I visited because my mother was in Centennial Hospital, and when I needed to extend my stay the managed it almost with our me. So greatful. I will stay there next time I am in Nashville.
Clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I visited because my mother was in Centennial Hospital, and when I needed to extend my stay the managed it almost with our me. So greatful. I will stay there next time I am in Nashville.

When I showed up at 1 AM, they stated I didn't have a reservation, despite the fact that I had called the day before at 5pm to let them know I was checking in late. At 5pm they had my reservation, but at 1AM they said they didn't. VERY disappointing and no where to stay

I booked through Expedia and they overbooked the room type I had chosen. The lady on duty called me when they received the notification and quickly booked me into an available room that still worked for my husband and me. She was super nice and polite when we arrived and made sure that we were comfortable in the new room choice. We would stay there again.

I was attending a swim meet at Centennial Sportsplex, which is a few blocks from the hotel. The room was large and very clean when I arrived. Everything in the room operated properly and overall I was comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Nashville.

We chose this location for closeness to the hospitals for surgery. Parking was tight but then again I drive a full size truck. It was on a busy street but crosswalks and a nice park were very close. There are a lot of dining options from fast food to delivery to upscale. I would stay again and this particular hotel was recommended by a friend who has stayed several times.

It’s a great place for the money. Close to Broadway without being in the noisy bar district. Easy to get an Uber and includes a continental breakfast. Has a full kitchen with a regular sized refrigerator. It’s a great value and I’d stay there again.

This was a perfect location for our needs. The room was clean and quiet. We did not get a coffee maker our first night (morning) in our room cause they ran out?!? at the front desk. They did provide one for us the next night. The breakfast options were bars and instant oatmeal and yogurt. Missed having a nice breakfast option.

I just didn't feel comfortable there. The floor in the room is all hard surface (bedroom and bath) and the recliner is leatherette - nothing warm, cozy or inviting about the room. The grab and go breakfast was disappointing as well. I guess I got what I paid for.

Quick overnight trip. Location was good. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Parking was included with stay. My only complaint if I had one would be the minimum breakfast options. Only coffee was being served no juice options. Overall I recommend this hotel and would stay again. Would be a great place to stay for extended amount of time as there was a full kitchen.

Room was clean, bare bones, utilitarian. AC wall unit runs loud, which was great for white noise with the room facing West End Avenue. Older TV with no direct access to streaming platforms. WiFi was pretty good. The common areas had various strange, unpleasant odors throughout the days. Laundry was expensive and the dryer did not dry adequately with one cycle. Breakfast was underwhelming, although the coffee was good (note there's no fresh milk, just Coffeemate creamer). You definitely get what you pay for!

I stay here often for medical trips to the Vanderbilt Medical Center. The staff is always courteous, helpful and polite. The rooms are always clean. I feel safe on the property. The location is assessable to restaurants, downtown and the interstate corridor.
