Pretty nice spot. The rooms were surprisingly nice inside. Plenty of great restaurants and activities nearby. Parking lot entrance a tad tricky being near the major intersection. Altogether a very respectable stay.

If you are looking for a cheap room in Austin, go with this place. It is decent. Not a great neighborhood, but the parking lot is fairly secure, they actually serve you a breakfast in the morning, and the staff is friendly. It is decently clean. This is a dive motel, but it is best in class for Austin.

Motel is old and beat. The area is ok to find food and gas. The motel itself has seen it's days. They are trying to give it better look in pictures. First the room door needs to be forced open and closed, it maybe just my room. The rust in tub drain and toilet very ugly. Toilet dances with your movement. A lot of damage on doors and walls and ugly patches. Staff were nice. The breakfast is really a joke and maybe just to fool people by saying a breakfast included. The breakfast is only waffle, sausage, and few slices of bread. Nothing else beside artificial juice and bad coffee. Oh maybe some tea bags....

Staff was very nice at check in. Room was spacious. Comfortable bed. Parking may be a little tricky if you’re towing a trailer, but not impossible. Lots of eateries nearby. Quick access to major roadways.

The outside looks very rundown. And lots of people hanging outside, looked very sketchy. The room looked renovated but I saw a bug on the bed. We immediately left and went back to ask for a refund but we were told it was too late. We didn’t feel safe staying there just I was ok with losing my money.

The security swing bar lock was broken. Tiles were peeling off the wall behind the toilet. In general the property has aged and is in desperate need of complete overhaul, not a face lift.

It's the kind of place where construction workers stay for a month. It's very run down, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I didn't feel unsafe. The breakfast was just okay. The light over the sink didn't work and the toilet didn't work too well.

The staff was very helpful and the motel was clean. It is a neighborhood where there are quite a few homeless people and it did not feel comfortable even going out to the car at night. The lights were good though and none of the cars were bothered overnight. On Expedia we mentioned that we had a cat. When we got to the motel there was a substantial additional charge. It would have been useful to know that before hand.

I did not read reviews before booking this hotel which is a mistake I will NEVER make again. I checked in about 3:30 and went into my room where I ate something. Afterwards, I went into the restroom and there was mold on the ceiling. When I raised the concern with front desk staff I was told “it’s impossible for there to be mold but I will come look” the manager entered my room and said that it was just mildew and he could paint over it to kill it. At this point he said that he would come finish the PAINTING OVER IT in the morning without offering to move me to another room despite my telling him that I am highly allergic to both mold and mildew and there were now paint fumes in my room. Later I began having an allergic reaction so I called and asked to be moved to a different room (not even requesting an upgrade). I was laughed at and hung up on. About 30 minutes later just after 7:30 PM, they called me and gave me an ultimatum: stay to be dealt with in the morning OR check out and leave the premises. I chose the latter because I was already having an allergic reaction and I did not want to end up in the hospital. This morning when I contacted Expedia to process my refund they contacted him and he changed his story, now saying it was just a stain and not mold or mildew at all. When I called the front desk to complain he told me “If you are so allergic to mold and mildew you should just stay home instead of going to hotels” before very abruptly hanging up on me.

Definitely a no-frills Motel. It was convenient to our activity in Austin. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable however, the pillows seemed well worn and flat and uncomfortable. Price was reasonable.

This place is absolutely nasty. When I explained my reason for not wanting to stay was not granted a cancellation or refund. Place was hot, dirty not up to par, and roach infested. I had to rebook at another another hotel and lose out on my money for this room. I stayed at MOTEL 6 and it was a much more pleasant experience. Avoid this place it’s hot and bug infested.

There were flies in my room. When I went to reception they changed me to a new room with the bed broken and with bugs in the floor. The manager set to me that if I wanted a refund I had to check out and couldn’t because I was new to Austin. I asked for the refund of the first two days when I couldn’t sleep because of the flies, the bugs and the broken bed and they said no either. By the way, Expedia didn’t help a lot.

Wear shoes in the room, my son was walking around room in socks & his socks were black as night when we went to take them off. Room smelt like urine. Sign was about to fall apart. Toilet & toilet seat was about to fall over. Pictures on website are overrated.

Its definitely dated. Pretty clean and comfortable bed tho. But like any new american owned hotel, they cheap out on everything. The heater didnt work and the shower didnt work. Bare minimum towels and no soap or anything

Loved the photos I saw online. Rooms looked nice and modern. Check in was easy and Sunny was great! The rooms are really spacious with wood floorings. The beds are sooooo comfy and feels like you’re on a cloud!

As soon as we got there we wanted to cancel our stay go somewhere nicer but we couldn’t cause we missed the deadline for a refund, the room they had put us in originally was dirty, hot as hell, and had a smell in there that smelled like hot wood and paint, you could see where they painted over the wall with different color paint on the walls, you could also see a paint bubble the size of a tv from the paint not being applied correctly, and the ac unit was blowing hot air, had asked for a new room and we got moved to a cleaner room with a working ac unit and cleaner walls, I also had a friend come pick me up and they had been swatted by people staying there or people around there, if I were able to I would have cancelled my room and spent the extra money staying somewhere nicer, the pictures on the app were nothing to how it actually looks like.

It's mediocre but for the price I am not surprised. The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave. There is visible wear and tear all around especially in the bathroom. Shower head was terrible and lacked pressure. It was likely because it was spraying out the side as it wasn't installed properly. The bed was comfortable but the linens not the nicest looking. The dog from other reviews is still on or near the property and barked both nights of my stay. I was able to sleep through it but light sleepers will have a difficult time I would imagine. Location is nice because there are food options within walking distance.

I don't know how unsafe it was but the vibe wasn't great. I had room 120 which faces the street and is exceptionally noisy. The other rooms may be better, I don't know. The internet did not work for us at all.

The room on the inside was decent looking. The bed was extremely hard. The pillows were very small. The worst part was the ac was insufficient and the room was uncomfortably hot. I didn't sleep much at all.

At this point he said that he would come finish the PAINTING OVER IT in the morning without offering to move me to another room despite my telling him that I am highly allergic to both mold and mildew and there were now paint fumes in my room. Later I began having an allergic reaction so I called and asked to be moved to a different room (not even requesting an upgrade). I was laughed at and hung up on. About 30 minutes later just after 7:30 PM, they called me and gave me an ultimatum: stay to be dealt with in the morning OR check out and leave the premises. I chose the latter because I was already having an allergic reaction and I did not want to end up in the hospital. This morning when I contacted Expedia to process my refund they contacted him and he changed his story, now saying it was just a stain and not mold or mildew at all. When I called the front desk to complain he told me “If you are so allergic to mold and mildew you should just stay home instead of going to hotels” before very abruptly hanging up on me.

Check-in was alright, however, my husband is legally blind and has a service dog. Management stated that we were unable to reserve our room for another night because they had only seen me with the dog and not my husband. We explained to front desk agents that I'm the one who takes her out to go to the bathroom, etc. because my husband is not familiar with the environment, which makes it difficult to know where to take her and to make sure that her waste all gets picked up. I also had to take her with me to work during the day because he had to be in a music studio session for the day. We are in the process of purchasing land and needed a place to stay for a few days so having to find a different place was very inconvenient.

When I got there at 2am to check in, it took a full hour to fully check in and get my key card. They also charged us about $200 in pet fees even though on the website it shows the hotel is pet friendly. Never going to an econo lodge again.

Mgr./owner? Patel charged extra 151. To my crew mgr. we had 2 rooms, 2 double beds for 4 guys for 7 days. He said we had 4 guys in one room and charged us for the 2 extra guys in one room. ? Makes no sense. This guy is trying to rip off customers. I’m still expecting this to be refunded. Hotels. Com how about helping out

Booked the room through hotels. Com for $76. When I got to the hotel he tried to charge me an extra $200 for a deposit. No where on my conformation did it state that. I tried to explain that to him and he kept pulling up a website that wasn’t who I booked with. I left and booked somewhere else.

We were attending a game ot Q2 stadium and chose this hotel because of it’s proximity. A great choice. There is a bus that takes you there directly from to hotel. There’s an abundance of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Sunny, the manager, is a great guy. He treats everyone like a friend. We will definitely be staying there for games in the future.

The staff provided terrible service. In addition they charged on my credit card or a $50 deposit that I am still trying to recover five days later. The room was in disarray unwrapped cups and coffee were thrown on the counter and floor . I complained to the front desk manager he blamed his housekeeping staff instead of taking responsibility and still I have not gotten my deposit back.

The room was spacious and very clean! The staff in the office was super friendly and kind. Breakfast was small but there are hot items and I was really happy with the waffles! Thank you Sunny for your kindness and an easy check in and out. We had a very comfortable couple of days there. Definitely returning there next time we want to get away. Pretty nice spot. The rooms were surprisingly nice inside. Plenty of great restaurants and activities nearby. Parking lot entrance a tad tricky being near the major intersection. Altogether a very respectable stay.

Definitely a no-frills Motel. It was convenient to our activity in Austin. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable however, the pillows seemed well worn and flat and uncomfortable. Price was reasonable.

The staff was very helpful and the motel was clean. It is a neighborhood where there are quite a few homeless people and it did not feel comfortable even going out to the car at night. The lights were good though and none of the cars were bothered overnight. On Expedia we mentioned that we had a cat. When we got to the motel there was a substantial additional charge. It would have been useful to know that before hand.

The room was perfectly adequate for the price. It was ideally located for my event. It looks worn from the outside but the room was clean and maintained. The “Deluxe Continental Breakfast” was kind of funny. Coffee machine. The refrigerator held only pats of butter. There were five unwrapped slices of white bread stacked next to the toaster or, as an alternative, cellophane wrapped Hostess danish. There was a pan with link sausage. It had more the first day because they brought out the same bowl with what was left over the second day. The DIY waffle machine worked fine. I didn’t expect much and got exactly what I expected.

Was in town for the weekend with my kids. I always look for a hotel with a breakfast for my kids. This breakfast pictured and the actual breakfast are not the same. Only coffee, sausage and waffles. No juice, no water, no milk/cereal. Not ideal for kids. When housekeeping "cleaned" our room, it was subpar. They took the dirty towels but didnt leave clean ones. Beds were old and not comfy by no means. I guess for the price it is ok, but wouldnt stay again.

Motel is old and beat. The area is ok to find food and gas. The motel itself has seen it's days. They are trying to give it better look in pictures. First the room door needs to be forced open and closed, it maybe just my room. The rust in tub drain and toilet very ugly. Toilet dances with your movement. A lot of damage on doors and walls and ugly patches. Staff were nice. The breakfast is really a joke and maybe just to fool people by saying a breakfast included. The breakfast is only waffle, sausage, and few slices of bread. Nothing else beside artificial juice and bad coffee. Oh maybe some tea bags....

Smelled pot everyday, I’m allergic to the smell and the material! The management didn’t care, the female manager asked me if I put everything back and the room was cleaned. Like how rude!!!! The breakfast was horrible, the waffles are great but the sausage was awful, hard and over cooked!!

Very disappointed with this booking. Room was clean and comfortable but there was no «\xa0Continental Breakfast on weekday mornings\xa0» as stated in the Hotels.com listing. The desk attendant seemed surprised by this, as if they have never had continental breakfast. This is a literal case of false advertising which is very disappointing

I came here to work. There are a lot of little things most people would complain about. The TV signal is poor, a light fixture is partially broken, and the bed squeaks very loudly when I move. All of that, I am fine with. The reason I will never come here again is the four to six men who stand and sit by a pickup truck every evening for hours, laughing, talking loudly, and having a good time right outside my door. This happened for hours every night. They could have gone inside the room of whoever was actually staying there, but they didn't. I tried asking them to be quiet, and all of a sudden, they did not speak English. Then, there was the threatening posture of four guys moving to surround me. This lasted until about 10:30 or 11:00 p.m., cutting my nightly sleep down to six to seven hours for my 14-hour work days. Then came Friday night, when my white noise app failed to work due to the thrumming beat of Tejano bass coming through the walls. This happened on and off between 10:00 and 12:30. What a perfect start for a final 16-hour day, having to get up at 5:00 a.m. I will not return.
