We booked for the pool use. It was dirty and covered in bird poop. The umbrella doesn’t work and this area can be improved. Pool is ice cold. Shuttle service was the best part. Very organized and on time.

Shuttle driver, Raul, was super helpful and prompt. He even zipped us over to the hotel instead of waiting for some people held up at baggage claim and came back when they were ready. He even made our rez for the shuttle.

Clean room and sheets, however the trash bins were still filled with the previous guest’s trash. I arrived after midnight and had a short stay so I didn’t fuss, to not bother the front lobby or guests sleeping. Still a detail that could have been avoided but I understand. I did enjoy Starbucks in the same parking lot walking distance in the morning though.

Do not stay at this property. I woke up with a cockroach on my face that was the 5 inches long! The little black dots are the poop or blood from when I swatted it off my face. Went to the front desk with bug in tow and they said I would have to contact the manager to get a refund. I called the number provided and it went to VM and I couldn't leave a message because the VM was full. That pretty much summed it up. Scary place!

I liked the water always available in the lobby. Friendly staff and easy assesible parking. Close to airport. Bad thing was there is mold in the bathroom, mosts prominantly above the shower but a significant amount.

I like how it was 8 minutes away from the airport. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean but I did not like how the room smelled like mold there was different spots on the ceiling had gray almost black spots. I am glad I only had to stay one night. When I was checking out and I told the front desk lady you need your maintenance to buy the kills paint for your ceiling to kill the mold on your ceiling and the whole room smelled like mold. The front desk lady said sorry. I have a feeling that front desk lady does not care and not tell the maintenance about that room.

There was considerable construction going on inside the hotel. Very unappealing environment outside of the room. A discount should have applied for that reason. Ice machines were not available on several floors. However, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I tried to call the desk, late ( 11p-12p) no answer. I had to go downstairs to communicate with the front desk. She was a very nice and informed person.

This was our WORST stay ever. DO NOT BOOK IT! If I could give negative stars that I would do that. They didn’t locate my expedia booking and said so confidently that they cant charge the card on file so I need to give them my card details. Then we figured out that they registered a no show on my original expedia booking and made a new booking to make me pay again. So, we were double charged and we spent more than half of our long weekend vacation to figure out the issue. Even after identifying issue the staff was not kind to refund me immediately. I feel like I was robed and cheated. Additionally, the rooms are soo dirty with sticky carpet, torn curtains and blinds, very dusty sofa, uncleaned coffee maker, etc.

Hotel being remodeled. Should be closed during renovations. No place to sit for breakfast. Breakfast was below standard for Hampton Inn. Cat roaming around in breakfast area. Needed to call animal control. It was a stray cat. Short pieces of 2x4 lumber in our room. No one in lobby to check people in. Front desk was gone. Construction workers had to go get staff to check us in.

We arrived at 2:30 am. We had called ahead 3 times to tell them of our very late arrival & request late check out. Unfortunately when we arrived the doors were locked & no one answered the intercom, knocking or repeated phone calls. Our taxi driver helped us find another hotel. We called in the morning & were told we would not be charged.

Avoid this hotel. Very rude, dirty, uncaring. Our plane was late, no airport shuttle available. Told by receptionist to Uber to the hotel. When we arrived the place was a mess, construction all over the building, dust everywhere, no where to sit, difficult to find the elevator. Receptionist was rude and could care less if we lived or died. The key wouldn’t work on the last room available, After 30 mins of her sending us up the elevator and back with a new key, she finally went to try it for herself. She told us the door needed a new battery which would be changed tomorrow. We were stranded. Since she had already checked me in, I couldn’t use the app for a refund. She refused to help. While I’m trying to get through to Hotels.com for help, she just stood there staring at me, no offer to help, no apology. Took another 30 minutes to work out the refund. Hotels.com provided a refund but no help in getting a room somewhere else. App had gone to the next day since it was after midnight. We were now stranded at 3am without a hotel. Terrible end to our trip, so stressful it made me physically sick. We found a much nicer hotel that was very accommodating and gave us a discount since by the time we got there is we had only a few hours to sleep. I don’t plan to ever return to this hotel and likely will stop using this app after this incident.

Rooms were comfortable and relatively clean. Parking lot sucked. Someone broke into our vehicle overnight and stole a lot of stuff. Even the things that I thought were secure in my console safe. Management told me it happens quite a lot there and don’t address the problem whatsoever. No security cameras, security guards or even the mention of it when you check in. Don’t leave anything of value in your vehicle as there is a good chance it will get stolen.

The place and staff was extremely nice and clean. However there was a gas station behind it that had a low wall that divided it. There was five men who were high sitting on that wall. They had meth pipes they were passing. It looked like a regular hang out place. I had kids and did not feel comfortable or safe.

I was in town for one night for a concert and the hotel was easy to find, room was comfortable, and my stay although short was very pleasant! Great morning breakfast and helpful staff at check in. Loved the tall ceiling in my room, great hot water and water pressure, clean and cozy.

Hotel being remodeled. Should be closed during renovations. No place to sit for breakfast. Breakfast was below standard for Hampton Inn. Cat roaming around in breakfast area. Needed to call animal control. It was a stray cat. Short pieces of 2x4 lumber in our room. No one in lobby to check people in. Front desk was gone. Construction workers had to go get staff to check us in.

Only spent a few hours there before my flight, but definitely appreciated breakfast bag-to-go since I left before breakfast area was open. Never knew to ask for this amenity before, just assumed I was out of luck for food!

Impressive cleanliness throughout but furniture needs to be updated. Loved the dining area and food for breakfast the coffee station was wonderful for travelers. We had one of the worst check-ins that I can recall. There was a girl who was not really wanting to help at front desk….she is not good for front desk, could not understand her. Our problem were the rooms the first of three rooms smelled bad and ac did not work not good in Texas, 2nd room had only one level of the ac working but did not smell bad. The third room had no refrigerator at all but rest was ok with the ac making noise. We asked for manager but no was on site. It took an hour to check in so it was about 7:00 pm to relax after a full day of planning to airport so we were not Hungry by then. The girl Maya at front desk is not gracious or professional wanting to help she did not want to go with us to the three rooms, we had rooms 408, 504, 508. When you arrive at hotel you just want to relax not try to fix their problems so we will ask for a refund. Thank you.

The swimming pool isn’t available right now and double rooms weren’t available at check-in time so we had to stay in a single bed room because we were in a time crunch. Which was doable for us thankfully. The staff was apologetic and kind and the room we stayed in was clean.
