This is a hidden gem. I pride myself on finding great places to stay and this was the best one ever. This host has thought of everything diown to the smallest detail. The loft was large and comfortable, beautifully decorated and just perfect in every way. Underground parking was the best. It rained during our visit so we didn't have to get wet loading our vehicle.

Awesome idea, underground parking is a huge bonus. Room was clean, all directions for check in were super clear. The vinyl flooring in spots was coming up, needs to be redone. Only real complaint, at 8am construction started below us and woke everyone up.

Loved that the space represented Memphis work. Musical influences in decor. Some spaces were u finished (corridors, other units o. 2nd floor). 2 separate units on our floor were unsecured - no working hardware /locks on units. Felt strange re: safety. Hallway carpets were not tidy, vacuumed throughout our stay. Elevator carpet very, very dirty. Our unit was welcoming, many comfoting amenities. Thoughful layout and nice provisions to make us comfortable . Wifi left some things to be desired. Decor very trendy and tasteful. Access, parking and easy of getting around made our stay 90% trouble free.

Good: The room is very nice. Spacious rooms with granite counters and comfortable furniture. Excellent lighting except in the bedroom. Excellent free parking in a secure underground garage. Security was great all around. I would stay here again. Bad: Air didn’t get to the bedroom and it was hot, I even adjusted the vents but to no avail. Lighting in the bedroom was bad as well. During the day you had to open the blinds to see and at night you had to open the bathroom and the closet and turn on those lights, turn on the hall lights and turn on the vanity lights to see. Oh, and the parking garage, elevator and halls smelled light pot all of the time. ALL OF THE TIME. Also there was constantly at least one car just idling in the garage, including when I left at 5:00 am.

Very original design: each room is a large loft, originally decorated. One small remark: the instructions for self-check-in should have provided the address of the garage, not the hotel itself. The location is convenient, close to the center and museums, but it is rather gloomy and deserted.

Had a nice stay at the Stallion for the International Blues Challenge. We love the concept of converting downtown buildings into livable spaces. The Unit was large and had all the amenities of a condo rental. Located only about 5 blocks from Beale Street, the walk there was easy. A huge plus is the enclosed parking area. We parked when we got there and either walked or used Uber to get to our destinations. Our only complaint is the bed. Our unit on the first floor had a king size bed but the mattress was way too firm and the platform was only a couple of feet tall. This made for a very uncomfortable 2 nights of sleep. All in all it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

Check in was a breeze, had all the codes we needed to get in the garage and the loft. Has an issue with the wi-fi and the owner came over within 5 minutes and worked until it was fixed. The area was close to Beale St., welcome Center and Graceland. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We loves the parking garage and feeling of safety. Room had very nice amenities including a make up vanity with cleansing wipes, cotton tipped applicators. Coffee was in the kitchen and everything you need for cooking. It was very roomy. Cleanliness good overall - did have some dust on the baseboard. Our room did not have a scenic view, but ok.

We had a wonderful apartment. The bed was super comfortable, even though i have back problems. So many thoughtful touches, like high speed phone chargers next to both sides of the bed, washer and dryer along with a record player with records. The sectional in the living area was very conducive for relaxation and two big screen televisions was above and beyond my expectations. We've never had nicer accomodations!

The apartment had large bedroom and kitchen. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. There were televisions in the living room and the bedroom. There is a train track nearby but we never heard a train from the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the most comfortable, well-located, very well-appointed hotel I have ever stayed at. Our loft had everything: washer, dryer, kitchen with high-end appliances, great lighting everywhere, two large screen tv’s, and more. Someone had thought of absolutely everything! Hats off to the efficient and accommodating management. The government shutdown caused chaos with our flight schedule and The Stallion happily honored our ever-changing schedule.

Really like the small touches that made the stay very enjoyable…basement parking, the coffee station, the snack basket on the dining table, the guitar for guest use, the record player, the lit vanity in the bedroom, just to name a few. Room was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped if you wanted to cook. The only reason I didn’t give it an overall 5 rating is the floor from the kitchen to the living room was uneven and a tripping hazard and the internet was not always reliable and when streaming is your only choice, that’s not a good thing. Overall a very nice place to stay and I would book it again.

This was an awesome find. It felt spacious and like we were at home. Very safe environment and close to everything. We had an amazing trip. This hotel was a major part of that. Communication was awesome. The chain in the toilet broke and it was fixed very quickly. Highly recommended this spot anytime you may be visiting the Memphis tennessee area.

From the first communication to our last the responsiveness was nearly immediate. All my questions were answered and even though everything is handled remotely he took the time to meet me and make sure I had no issues. During my stay there was a winter storm that passed through and he checked on me to make sure all was well and gave me an area icey road update just in case I needed to drive somewhere. All in all this was one of the best visits I have had to Memphis for music in over 10 years.

Everything was superb and the communication was top tier from the property. They also continued to provide recommendations on things to do locally, including events that’ll be happening during our stay. Instructions are very clear which I love and the amenities really catered to our needs. I will definitely be booking The Stallion again soon. Thanks again!

The place was amazing every amenity you need was provided and some additional perks 😊 staff were friendly and courteous with a perfect location. I would definitely recommend The Stallion when visiting Memphis!

Property was in a great location, I felt very Safe as far as parking etc. customer service was great. Our ice maker wasn’t working but they delivered ice within 5min 10/10. We needed towels the next day and they delivered within 5min. The loft was nice had everything we needed. The air stopped working the last night and they offered to move us but we used the fans they had and made it work…however then I got a text at 130am that the TV was too loud, and the day prior at 11am about music playing.. i felt a little like we were being babysat, but other then that it was a good stay

Check in was a breeze, had all the codes we needed to get in the garage and the loft. Has an issue with the wi-fi and the owner came over within 5 minutes and worked until it was fixed. The area was close to Beale St., welcome Center and Graceland. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I was very impressed with this place. It was very comfortable, clean, and the bed had actual bed pillows. Not the Temu throw pillows most hotels call bed pillows now, but the kind people have on the beds at their homes. Its an easy walk to Beale Street and the downtown attractions. The parking lot is in the basement of the building.

This property definitely lived up to all my expectations! The unit had everything I needed, and there was plenty of parking (first come first park garage, then additional designated property parking). The property was within walking distance to the National Civil Rights Museum, Beal Street, restaurants and movie theater. The area was safe and the people were extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very original design: each room is a large loft, originally decorated. One small remark: the instructions for self-check-in should have provided the address of the garage, not the hotel itself. The location is convenient, close to the center and museums, but it is rather gloomy and deserted.

Had a nice stay at the Stallion for the International Blues Challenge. We love the concept of converting downtown buildings into livable spaces. The Unit was large and had all the amenities of a condo rental. Located only about 5 blocks from Beale Street, the walk there was easy. A huge plus is the enclosed parking area. We parked when we got there and either walked or used Uber to get to our destinations. Our only complaint is the bed. Our unit on the first floor had a king size bed but the mattress was way too firm and the platform was only a couple of feet tall. This made for a very uncomfortable 2 nights of sleep. All in all it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing! Definitely worth the price for the comfortable, convenient, beautiful lofts. My husband and I walked around the area at all hours and felt very safe.

This was my first visit to Memphis and stay at the Stallion. The "room" was a well-appointed, state-of-the art flat with attention given to amenities that made it easy to settle right in. The location was walking distance to everything a visitor could possibly want. The reviews don't reference its very short distance to the Memphis River Parks with their beautiful trails for walking, biking (e-bike rentals stationed throughout), or just enjoying the striking vistas. The property is transitioning with management open to constructive input and committed to continuing to enhance guests' experience. I highly recommend and will stay there again.

Had a great time staying at the Stallion. So close to National Civil Rights Museum, Gus's Famous Fried Chicken and Central BBQ (all places I was told I must visit when going to Memphis) Room was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again if going back to Memphis.

It was a great stay. I would just recommend if you know in the reservation that there is going to be children add some plastic wear and not all glass also I would recommend heavier duty coffee cups. I was so afford they where going to break in my hand.

Our premium corner loft was perfect in every way. Very spacious for three friends. Room for rollaway bed in the living room. Clean floors, comfortable beds, nicely designed and fully equipped. Even has electric kettle for tea. Lot’s of great food within walking distance. Planning to return again.

The Stallion is a welcome change from the traditional hotel. This aparthotel was not only roomy but also well-appointed with just about anything you could think of needing from a fully stocked kitchen to a comfy throw blanket for relaxing on the living room couch. The property was extremely responsive. The neighborhood was quiet, safe abs walkable. It’s close to all kinds of eateries so there are options galore. I plan on staying again on my next visit!

Absolutely fabulous place very spacious clean and good communication with owner if any questions. Two huge 4k TV's can link to phone. Probably one of the best apartments we've stayed in, secure parking in locked up basement, closed to Beale St and Blue Monkey Restaurant down the road we enjoyed, Absolutely first class loved it

We loved the Stallion. It was a spacious loft which included all the amenities we could ask for and some we wouldn’t have thought about. We stayed for a week. The dishwasher, washer and dryer, the whole kitchen were perfect. Loads of good dining and music all close enough to walk to. The one issue that I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a lobby or “lounge” type offering, no courtyard for people to gather. In the week we were there, we never met anybody else there. And we are smokers who had to go outside quite often. Overall great place. We’ll use it next trip to Memphis.

This hotel is amazing! Walk to downtown, places to eat, museums, close to everything! The room was amazing, one of the top 5 hotels we have ever stayed out! Highly recommend, we will be back!!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Really like the small touches that made the stay very enjoyable…basement parking, the coffee station, the snack basket on the dining table, the guitar for guest use, the record player, the lit vanity in the bedroom, just to name a few. Room was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped if you wanted to cook. The only reason I didn’t give it an overall 5 rating is the floor from the kitchen to the living room was uneven and a tripping hazard and the internet was not always reliable and when streaming is your only choice, that’s not a good thing. Overall a very nice place to stay and I would book it again.

The Lofts are huge with plenty of room to move around. Basically, it's a one bedroom apartment at a great place. Very cool set up! Will definitely stay at The Stallion agqin.

I booked this loft because the listing showed a bright, crisp, spacious space with a private balcony. The check-in process was amazing, one of the best I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, the stay itself was very disappointing. The photos appeared heavily filtered, although the loft was cute & in a great location, it had a strong, permanent pet odor. I also did not receive the private balcony shown in the listing & was placed on the 3rd floor instead. I had mentioned traveling with my 7-year-old, so I specifically thought I was booking the downstairs unit w/ the balcony. Once settled in, we noticed spider webs around the windows, shower, and vents, a dirty throw blanket, and what appeared to be something growing from inside the water-heater closet was concerning. We also encountered roaches in both the laundry room and hall closet, which meant keeping our luggage sealed throughout the stay. The laundry-room door handle was improperly attached with putty and came off. I was charged $105, then told I would be refunded but the refund never came. Lastly, the floors are extremely thin. Shortly after arriving, we were contacted and asked to stop running because it was disturbing the neighbor below us (4pm). We were on vacation. However, location was perfect for tourists, and the check-in experience was great, overall experience was a thumbs down 👎. We prepaid for two nights, and this reminded me why I prefer nice hotels that I’m familiar with booked directly with them.
