The place is definitely a rat trap, dirty, neglected, without lighting and they even crashed my car in their parking lot, I really do them a huge favor by leaving this review and not falling into this supposed suit

I can't say anything good except for the fact i got a one night refund. I will not be staying at this hotel again. There is a long list of thngs wrong. Going to our room: The elevator trapped us in, the stairs door handle is broke, there was blood or excrement on the wall in the stairwell, floor was filthy, the carpet had water stains. In the room, the bathroom has black mold, the floor had bubblegum stuck, the kitchenette's stove was dirty and outdated, the fridge was barely cold. So again, NEVER AGAIN!!!! We booked 2 nights but only stayed 1.

The smell throughout the entire building is not great. The front desk guy stated that they were under construction. The first room they put us had a very strong smoke and mildew smell, the smoke detectors taken off the wall, had cigarette burns in the head board (even though it was a non smoking room), had what looked like blood in the bathroom sink, screws for door handles, and huge holes in the carpet. The second room they put us in. Had a strong smoke smell and decay. The smoke detectors were also missing from that room, there was a huge red stain across the counter, and cigarette holes in the counter. We didn’t even check the bathroom. The last room they put us in still smelled like smoke but at least has the smoke detectors. There were extra smoke detectors found in the couch, the tv was ripped out of the living room, there were bugs in the light, and the shower didn’t work. There was garbage piled high in the stair well they stunk, the WiFi wasn’t working, and there were huge stains throughout the entire hallway which I can only assume were blood, vomit, or animal mess.

This will go down as memorable and not in a good way. First, the desk person was friendly and she did us a solid by insisting we look at the room before checking in so we could decide to stay or not. Which told me, she knew this was not going to be satisfactory. Let's just say it wasn't and luckily we were able to find accommodations at the last minute without paying huge prices. But it doesn't start and end with the room. We knew this was place was questionable when we pulled up - dark parking lot, signs everywhere warning of theft, a shopping cart in the grass. Now, you may say "check the * rating" and I do. But this was extra "special". I'm just thankful the counter person gave us on out.

Avoid the hotel- we have traveled extensively for work and have truly found the worst hotel. When we arrived late at night, hotel front desk staff told us she just came from partying on 6th street Austin. Leaking Garbage piled in stairwell, website said breakfast, there was no breakfast, only coffee and a couple granola bars. Open electrical wiring in the hallway, stairwell door no functioning from inside/outside, non functioning elevator, missing stair nosings, open drug use in the parking lot and pot smell throughout hotel.

Upon arrival, employee notified me that there was no Wi-Fi and they were under construction with new management. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed mold around the bathtub and only one washcloth for two adult adults was provided. It was a double bedroom, but only had one TV in the back room no TV for the front room a broken lamp sitting next to a working lamp.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The whole facility was not clean and the room was even worse. The carpets was not clean and the chair and carpet had stains all over. There were also roaches on the wall. I could not get my money back and they offered a different room but I felt that it would just be the same. Also they advertised breakfast but there was no breakfast served.

I Was not happy about the condition of the room The tub appeared to look dirty and the carpet was not vacuum or clean.I wanted to changec rooms the instant i got in that one but none was available. Was not happy at all.

I cannot even find the proper words to describe this horrendous, atrocious, disgusting, nauseating experience. Even thinking about this place makes me feel nauseous. From the moment I stepped into this hotel it reeked of cigarette smoke. It took about 10 minutes just to get checked in due to lack of front desk staff. Walking down the halls of this hotel was a pure nightmare with horrendous stench of cigarette smoke and raw uncooked shrimp like stench along with pieces of food all over the carpet. When I first walked into our assigned room it reeked yet again of cigarette smoke along with a moldy-like stench. The sheets on the bed were unwashed with visible strands of hair, crumbs, and what appeared to be water stains on the pillow sheets. The restroom sink had pubic hair and dried up toothpaste all over it. The bathroom toilet had pieces of dried up roaches on the seat and the bathtub was moldy and visibly unsanitary. If I could give this location a negative rating I would give it a negative (-) 5 star rating. Please DO NOT book here or stay at this unsanitary establishment.

I did not actually end up staying at this hotel. It was dirty, there were black splotches on the sheets consistent with bed bugs(and no mattress cover). I opted to find a different hotel. When I asked about a refund they said I have to get it through Expedia and I could not find a resource on Expedia to get me a refund. Overall, I'm sad to be out the money I spent to reserve a room.

I should have seen the reviews before staying here. I just wonder how the company/management even rent this hotel. It is completely nasty! Won't ever stay here again. MOLD, COCKROACHES, HAIRS, HOLES, NO SMOKE DETECTERS, STAINS ON SHEETS, FUNKY SMELL, NASTY MICROWAVE, FRIDGE. YOU NAME IT! I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. While the staff were very friendly, the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was dirty: the toilet didn't flush and remained clogged, the kitchen and living areas were filthy, and the bed sheets were stained. The carpets had a strange, wet feeling to them, and the showers had soap residue from previous guests. Worst of all, there was black mold on the ceiling, which prompted me to contact the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). Additionally, nothing seemed to work properly. The vending machines charged $3 for a small bag of chips, and the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. The so-called "breakfast" consisted of just a cup of coffee. For $100 a night, this is completely unacceptable. I would have been better off sleeping under a bridge. I strongly advise against staying here.

I enjoyed the park-like behind the building. However, was a lot of deadwood in the trees that could fall on someone at any time. The bathroom in my suite was more of a safety concern as the door opened into the tub and toilet room making it impossible for someone to access an injured inside.

There was no breakfast as advertised. No grab bars in a wheelchair accessible room; very dangerous! The room itself was very nice and the bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was terrible for an accessible room!

This building should be knocked down. I truly have no idea how it’s still standing. The room was so worn down. The bathroom was disgusting, layers on layers of black mold, tub was chipped. The carpet, bed and sheets had stains all over, tears and burn marks. The kitchenette was old, run down. The fridge was surprisingly clean. But it was so bad we quickly left and did not stay the night.

Check in was terrible! You walk into the hotel and it reeks of weed. then the girl at the counter was more worried about texting and talking to some guy on the couch in the lobby and asking people about their dogs as they walked by. Meanwhile, 2 other people besides myself were still trying to check in. Finally a Hispanic worker came in and had to tell the check in girl that she needed to put her phone away to check in the people and she said ah ok. Then my husband and I get to our room and it reeks of cigarettes and the heater was on at 90! The lamp near the bed was broken to pieces and when we turned the bathroom light on, little roaches ran around in the tub! The room has 2 very flat pillows and light sheets that after we turned the air on, didn't give much warmth at all. The bed was hard as a rock and couldn't sleep comfortably at all!! The next morning the house keeping lady knocked once before attempting to come into our room and my husband asked her if it normal to just help yourself in a room before check out? She just started walking away without answering him and then told him to just leave the door open after we leave. He asked her numerous times what her name was and she continued to ignore him. When we went to check out it seems Angela was the only helpful one and told us that she would comp our room for the experience we had, which I will keep an eye out to see if this will really happen. I highly recommend to just find a different hotel or sleep in your car!

The rooms smell like cigarettes bad the walls had bad damage, a/c is bad dofnt work at all . The sofa bed was dirty n old.. no no .i understand they in renovating the rooms but they could at least put us in the new renovations rooms .. i was just simply not satisfied only thing yes got in to check in early. But the staff from night didnt want to check me in early in the am am until the second staff team was there thankfully for them they gave me the room early to rest ... Breakfast poor breakfast , where the eggs where the waffles smh just bad

When we arrived the room we got was missing a mattress for the pullout couch we asked the desk clerk she said idk I just got here. We asked for a different room she said I’m not suppose to move you once I give you a room. She moved us. The new room has a crack screen tv and clogged toilet we told her again she said idk I just got here. We only had 1 pillow in each room and when we asked for more for the new room she said I’ll try to get to it. We were in town for a funeral and dealing with that hotel service was horrible. When we arrived back later she actually had a co worker with her and her attitude seemed to have change, she found us brand new pillows and the co worker got us covers for the pullout bed. Overall it wasn’t a stay I would like to remember and I would’ve changed hotels but after being out all day I was just ready to sleep

Upon arrival, employee notified me that there was no Wi-Fi and they were under construction with new management. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed mold around the bathtub and only one washcloth for two adult adults was provided. It was a double bedroom, but only had one TV in the back room no TV for the front room a broken lamp sitting next to a working lamp.

The front desk agent was kind. But during check in, he told me I had to go check the room before he could finish check in, I\'m glad I did because the room was dirty, he got me a new room. On first quick glance it appeared clean and good, but upon further inspection, it was so run down. Broken curtain, broken tv stand, hole in bathroom door, broken windows, trim falling off wall, etc. The pictures are deceiving. I\'m dumb for not reading reviews. It felt very unsafe and the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. The "breakfast" was coffee and granola bars. Would not recommend.

Check in was terrible! You walk into the hotel and it reeks of weed. then the girl at the counter was more worried about texting and talking to some guy on the couch in the lobby and asking people about their dogs as they walked by. Meanwhile, 2 other people besides myself were still trying to check in. Finally a Hispanic worker came in and had to tell the check in girl that she needed to put her phone away to check in the people and she said ah ok. Then my husband and I get to our room and it reeks of cigarettes and the heater was on at 90! The lamp near the bed was broken to pieces and when we turned the bathroom light on, little roaches ran around in the tub! The room has 2 very flat pillows and light sheets that after we turned the air on, didn't give much warmth at all. The bed was hard as a rock and couldn't sleep comfortably at all!! The next morning the house keeping lady knocked once before attempting to come into our room and my husband asked her if it normal to just help yourself in a room before check out? She just started walking away without answering him and then told him to just leave the door open after we leave. He asked her numerous times what her name was and she continued to ignore him. When we went to check out it seems Angela was the only helpful one and told us that she would comp our room for the experience we had, which I will keep an eye out to see if this will really happen. I highly recommend to just find a different hotel or sleep in your car!

Avoid the hotel- we have traveled extensively for work and have truly found the worst hotel. When we arrived late at night, hotel front desk staff told us she just came from partying on 6th street Austin. Leaking Garbage piled in stairwell, website said breakfast, there was no breakfast, only coffee and a couple granola bars. Open electrical wiring in the hallway, stairwell door no functioning from inside/outside, non functioning elevator, missing stair nosings, open drug use in the parking lot and pot smell throughout hotel.

Where to begin first off, it was late when I scheduled the room after my move not realizing Runneburg was a straight up so what we saw the whole three days was girls selecting sex or drugs I don’t know I had my 13yr old. People just hanging in hallways, the walls were super narrow. Sounds coming from a room like the girl was crying and getting hit. Tagged elevator the entire place smelled of a 7-11 corner store. Bathrooms were nasty. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Somehow, I have fleas or take currently in my skin. Please see below.

This will go down as memorable and not in a good way. First, the desk person was friendly and she did us a solid by insisting we look at the room before checking in so we could decide to stay or not. Which told me, she knew this was not going to be satisfactory. Let's just say it wasn't and luckily we were able to find accommodations at the last minute without paying huge prices. But it doesn't start and end with the room. We knew this was place was questionable when we pulled up - dark parking lot, signs everywhere warning of theft, a shopping cart in the grass. Now, you may say "check the * rating" and I do. But this was extra "special". I'm just thankful the counter person gave us on out.

The staff was super friendly! That’s the only good thing honestly. It was quiet and Walmart and restaurants were right around the corner, but it was gross! There was MOLD/black funk inbetween the tile wall in the shower. There was multiple stains on the floor and comforter. There were burn marks on the bathroom floor. Multiple drawers from the dressers were missing. The chairs were stained and dirty. The pull out couch was on its last leg lol. The breakfast only consisted of cereal and coffee 😭. Overall, do not book if you care about cleanliness ! I felt dirty the entire time. We also booked a queen bed, and got a full.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The whole facility was not clean and the room was even worse. The carpets was not clean and the chair and carpet had stains all over. There were also roaches on the wall. I could not get my money back and they offered a different room but I felt that it would just be the same. Also they advertised breakfast but there was no breakfast served.

There was no breakfast as advertised. No grab bars in a wheelchair accessible room; very dangerous! The room itself was very nice and the bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was terrible for an accessible room!

Paint was peeled off the wall, holes in the wall, mold in shower, remote for the tv and smoke decorator were not working. There was supposed to be free breakfast nothing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. While the staff were very friendly, the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was dirty: the toilet didn't flush and remained clogged, the kitchen and living areas were filthy, and the bed sheets were stained. The carpets had a strange, wet feeling to them, and the showers had soap residue from previous guests. Worst of all, there was black mold on the ceiling, which prompted me to contact the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). Additionally, nothing seemed to work properly. The vending machines charged $3 for a small bag of chips, and the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. The so-called "breakfast" consisted of just a cup of coffee. For $100 a night, this is completely unacceptable. I would have been better off sleeping under a bridge. I strongly advise against staying here.

The hotel is not as advertised. The hotel is too old. The pictures on internet does not belongs to the actual hotel. It needs remodeling. When asked for sheets and blanket they did not have enough to provide to me.
The hotel is not as advertised. The hotel is too old. The pictures on internet does not belongs to the actual hotel. It needs remodeling. When asked for sheets and blanket they did not have enough to provide to me.

The front desk agent was kind. But during check in, he told me I had to go check the room before he could finish check in, I\'m glad I did because the room was dirty, he got me a new room. On first quick glance it appeared clean and good, but upon further inspection, it was so run down. Broken curtain, broken tv stand, hole in bathroom door, broken windows, trim falling off wall, etc. The pictures are deceiving. I\'m dumb for not reading reviews. It felt very unsafe and the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. The "breakfast" was coffee and granola bars. Would not recommend.
