Quite dissatisfied with my 2 night stay…first room had no working electrical outlets. Moved to second room. The next day, this room was not cleaned by housekeeping even after specifically requesting new bed linens and towels. Totally unacceptable. So moved to a third room. Breakfast was not included…seriously? Was given vouchers for breakfast. Was also told that parking fee would be waived but this did not happen. I am a Hilton Honors member but feel like that doesn’t really matter. Next time I visit Charlotte, I will stay at the Hampton Inn next door.

My son and I stayed here for a night so that we could attend a Hornets game and then the Panthers game the following day. It was conveniently located. We were able to walk to both Spectrum Center & BofA Stadium with ease. Parking was simple, and driving to nearby eating/store locations was simple to do. It was simple and easy to get to the hotel as well on our ride in. To me this matters a lot because traffic/navigating around can be aggravating at times in Charlotte. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. My only critique is the parking deck had some litter in areas, but this was not the case inside the hotel itself. Our room was very clean & comfortable and we had some nice views of the skyline out our window. Compared to more expensive hotel alternatives in Uptown Charlotte this one holds its own very well. We booked it early and I feel that paid off. I will definitely look to stay here again for future events that I plan to attend in Uptown Charlotte.

Unable to check in at 4:00 due to rooms not ready. When only staying a single night, this was extremely inconvenient and staff seemed not to care instead telling me at 3:50 that check in wasn’t until 4. Horrible process to pass out rooms - had to just get back in line every 10 minutes or so.
