Room and hotel lobby smelled of smoke but said everything was non smoking. The pool was under construction so my children were upset, that’s false advertisement. I left and booked another room in another hotel , unacceptable!!!

Booked this hotel for a layover specifically for the free airport shuttle information displayed. Waited for over 1 hour for the airport shuttle that never arrived. I also sent 2 emails at least 2 days in advance regarding airport shuttle and still didn’t get a reply. Had to pay for a taxi and didn’t receive a refund from the hotel. Front desk agent just said i’m sorry and that there isn’t shuttle services between 16:00-18:00. Once again, this Information isn’t available on Expedia!!!! Wifi isn’t working properly either.

picked this one with my son and friend because it advertised a pool. Pool looks like it had not been used in years. Property was run down, dirty, there were holes in the walls, halls and rooms smelled of smoke, broken furniture, tv had cracks in it, hairdryer almost caught on fire, microwave didn't work. The toilet overflowed on my son, maintenance brought plunger to unclog, left plunger I assume in case it clogged again I could unclog myself, I used every towel in the room to soak up water from toilet overflow, returned to room hours later all the toilet water soaked towels were still on the floor, had to remove them to the hall myself and go get fresh towels. Most of the staff was rude, with the exception of one or two.

Booked this place trying to save money. It lists that they have an airport shuttle. They in fact do not. Didn’t realize this until I called at the airport to get picked up. Was told I needed to find my own way there. So now I was on the hook for an $30 Uber/lyft each way. Unfortunately they wouldn’t let me cancel because it was after 3pm. Called customer support and was told that the cancellation fee was equal to one night stay. So either way I was going to be out the cost of the one night I needed. Customer support said they would contact the hotel and see if they’d waive the cancellation fee. A week later and hotels.com said they haven’t been able to reach anyone and that they’re unable to help me. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Will never stay here.

Ron at the front desk was great. But the property is pretty run down. We only used the room to sleep between flights so it was ok for that purpose. The worst part was no “free 24 hr airport shuttle service” as promised. We were told they had no driver between 5 and 9:30 am so we had to take Uber for our 9:40 am flight and spend even more money. Interesting that they say it’s a non-smoking hotel yet the sheets on both beds had cigarette burns in them. It also smelled like smoke. It’s unlikely we would stay here again. Not worth the money.

Lobby smelled of old cigarettes and body odor with zero air circulation upon entry. There was only one desk attendant with a long line of guests, regardless if you had reservations or not. I was required to prepay an additional $50 deposit to check in to my room even though I'd already paid through Expedia. I'd taken the shuttle from the airport and it was already 10 pm or I'd refused and left. The room door was crooked, but was better than sleeping in the airport. I told the shuttle driver that I'd need a ride early the next morning to catch my flight, but the next morning, he gave me grief that I was not on his "list" even though I requested a ride when he picked me & another guest up at the airport. At 445am, the stale air in the hallway and lobby was worse, smelled of vomit. When I asked where the shuttle driver was, the front desk gentleman said, sorry it doesn't run until 530 even though the driver told me 5 am. Front desk told me to help myself to breakfast while I waited & the breakfast area was gross. Trash cans splattered with old mess and no coffee. The juice dispenser machine door was open and would not work even when I tried to close it. I went back to stand in the lobby to wait for the driver because sitting on the stained couches was not going to happen and I could catch some fresh air when the front doors slid open every now and then when someone would walk in. The driver appeared at 5:20 and drove with a heavy foot so I made my flight.. barely.

The first thing that greeted me when I stepped out of my car was the very strong smell of weed in the parking lot. People standing around outside made me feel a little unsafe. The parking lot is not well lit. The person who checked me in had very little English skills and struggled a little with the check-in. The room was okay. It was clean enough although a little rundown. When it was time to check out the morning person had locked herself out so I had to let her in the lobby door and take her word for it that she worked there. The upside is that it's very convenient to the airport although you can hear the planes taking off all night if you're sensitive to that. But for $90 it was a decent stay

Their pool was not open which was the only reason I picked this hotel big disappointment. It looked like they hadn’t even tried opening it for the summer. Not the cleanest the hallways were very dirty. Rooms were ok. Was a little disappointed they didn’t clean your room on a daily bases had to keep going to the front desk for towels and sit my trash out in the hallway.

Dirty and nasty. Old property needs to be torn down and replaced or remolded. Bed linens supposed to be white which was brown and the mattress full of stains. The blanket on the beds had holes in it and almost in shreds……just filthy!!!!

The furniture in the lobby is worn and dirty. The elevator reaks of Raid. Roach problem? You can hear everything in every room as you walk down the hallway as well as everything from the two surrounding rooms. And smell the weed some guests were smoking. The bedding, while soft, was stained. Neither the microwave or the refrigerator were wiped out well - still remnants of food. The dated tv remote had dying batteries - possibly the originals from 1997. There was a hand towel at the sink and 2 bath towels in the bathroom. No washcloths. No bathmat. There was hair on and intertwined in the faucet handles of the sink. The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like the toilet was going to explode. I'm not sure how that would be possible but it was an unbearable metallic screeching loud and the toilet shook. Pocket door for bathroom is outdated and impractical. Especially when the handle to close it is on the outside. Great moments in engineering and design. Sprinkler above bathroom door was corroded and rusted. Mattress was reminiscent of the Flintstone's bed and the pillows all appeared to be travel size. It's July, a pool is advertised but it was closed. Like winterized closed. I guess you get what you pay for. Won't be paying to stay here ever again. Overall, not clean by 1st world standards.

The room was extremely dirty and run down. There was a dead roach, stains on the walls and lamp shades, exposed wiring, a hole in the shower, leaky sinc, and many other issues. The staff said we could have a late check out but knocked on our door several times before the agreed upon check out time. Horrible experience!

This hotel was disgusting. There are signs all over that remind you that it is a smoke-free hotel yet the stench of marijuana and cigarettes was so strong I had it on my clothes when I left. The room was gross and looked like it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while. The breakfast was cold and pretty pitiful. The chair in the room looked like it belonged in the trash heap. We stayed here unexpectedly because of a missed connection at CLT. It was atrocious.

For a non-smoking property there had to be lots of smoking. Whether it be weed, cigarettes, or crack. The mold on the walls was a unique feature. The spider webs and the dust caught in them also added to the ambiance. The dusky muskie smell of the room along with the furniture that has definitely been past its prime or pulled out of a dumpster set the time for the property. The bedding looked nice but there was no trust in it being clean as nothing else was. I was shown a second room, however I could not even enter as the mold made my allergies and asthma kick in to the point where my eyes were watering and I could not breathe. They also misrepresent their price as they ask for additional funds when you check in. For What they were asking with the additional funds. There's plenty of nicer hotels in the area that have breathable air, furniture that isn't falling apart clean sheets and a shower with no mold. Actually it's several hours later and I'm still having difficulty breathing even with my inhaler. Oh, and the check-in person was seemed annoyed that he had to check in a person. He didn't even say hello when you walk up to the desk.

We reserved two nights at Sleep Inn (Saturday and Sunday) We slept there Saturday night, the room was okay but the hallways leading to our room were filthy. Sunday night we got back around midnight and were heading to bed when we saw multiple cockroaches crawling on the ceiling and wall behind the headboard. We left and went to another hotel, when we told the front desk, they told us to call back at 9am to talk to a manager for a refund for the second night. I called at 9:45 am and was told there was nothing they could do because we checked out after 11 am. They did not seem to care about the roaches or dirty rooms whatsoever. We will never be back and we strongly recommend not staying at this hotel!!

Sunday night we got back around midnight and were heading to bed when we saw multiple cockroaches crawling on the ceiling and wall behind the headboard. We left and went to another hotel, when we told the front desk, they told us to call back at 9am to talk to a manager for a refund for the second night. I called at 9:45 am and was told there was nothing they could do because we checked out after 11 am. They did not seem to care about the roaches or dirty rooms whatsoever. We will never be back and we strongly recommend not staying at this hotel!!

Property is old. The hotel lobby, elevator and rooms smell bad. Says none smoking but the whole property smells like cigarettes. The shower had a big hole in the bottom(don’t mean the drain)

The shower floor was literally taped together with AC metallic tape and had huge cracks in it. The floor under it was hollow and as I stepped into it it gave way to my weight. I weigh 160 lbs. Anyone much heavier could actually have fallen through the floor. It sagged so much it would not drain. I felt dangerously unsafe just moving around in the shower, as if I could fall through the floor at any moment.

Overall the hotel is old and run down. There are water spots on walls and ceiling in lobby, lobby furniture is worn. We stayed on the first floor, the guest room hallway smells strongly of animal urine or mold (musty, ammonia odor). Our room was clean in general, but the chair vinyl was worn off and the light fixture shades were very dirty. Shower area looked newly remodeled. Walls were so thin we could hear the loud snoring in the next room. Bed was very comfortable. Heater worked well. Breakfast was awful - stale eggs, juice machine didn’t work, no regular creamer for the coffee, very few bread/pastry options. Yes, it was a cheap price…..but not a deal, considering the drawbacks. Won’t be staying here again.

Extremely thin walls. Could hear TV's and everything else all night. Woke up before my alarm because of a dog constantly barking. Shower had no hot water. Room was hot and took forever to cool down, never truly got cold. Odd smell throughout the building. Would not recommend or book again.

Everything was terrible. They didn’t even let me check in and I had to get another hotel. I’m tryng to reach Expedia to see if I can get my money back. The staff was terrible. He guy literally kicked me out from the hotel because I get late to the check in. I reserved for 2 night and I get there late for the first night and he say I had to leave knowing that I had 2 night contract. Then after I had to pay to the next hotel, one of the supervisors from the hotel called me very sorry for what that guy did to us and asking me to come back to the hotel but it was too late. I have already paid for the next hotel. I need my money back because of what happened. I also pay the insurance for those 2 nights. Thank you very much. My phone number is 2019686003

I stayed at Sleep Inn because of a flight delay. Sabrina was so great from start to finish! She was so helpful and kind and it made my stay all the better! The rooms are clean and I had a good night’s rest. I would recommend staying here for a clean & hospitable stay!

Lobby smelled of old cigarettes and body odor with zero air circulation upon entry. There was only one desk attendant with a long line of guests, regardless if you had reservations or not. I was required to prepay an additional $50 deposit to check in to my room even though I'd already paid through Expedia. I'd taken the shuttle from the airport and it was already 10 pm or I'd refused and left. The room door was crooked, but was better than sleeping in the airport. I told the shuttle driver that I'd need a ride early the next morning to catch my flight, but the next morning, he gave me grief that I was not on his "list" even though I requested a ride when he picked me & another guest up at the airport. At 445am, the stale air in the hallway and lobby was worse, smelled of vomit. When I asked where the shuttle driver was, the front desk gentleman said, sorry it doesn't run until 530 even though the driver told me 5 am. Front desk told me to help myself to breakfast while I waited & the breakfast area was gross. Trash cans splattered with old mess and no coffee. The juice dispenser machine door was open and would not work even when I tried to close it. I went back to stand in the lobby to wait for the driver because sitting on the stained couches was not going to happen and I could catch some fresh air when the front doors slid open every now and then when someone would walk in. The driver appeared at 5:20 and drove with a heavy foot so I made my flight.. barely.

My stay was definitely peaceful. Ms.Sabrina is excellent and has great customer service skills, Also very professional. There was an issue with the system far as my money, Ms. Sabrina made sure that I got my money back with ease.

Management staff horrible. Harassment from the manger on duty the morning of Aug 9, very Unprofessional..I was fixing my hot breakfast and proceeded to cover up and go wash my hands manager attack me verbally assuming I was taking food to room..situation diffuse itself later I went to checkout manager brings up the issue again blaming me for taking food to room when clearly i didn’t. The manager began harassing me again stating that she was told I took the food upstairs. Once I prove that wasn’t the case she decided to change the tone in voice about the situation….it was a VERY bad experience of unprofessional and harassment I will never book at that place again!!!!

The staff here are professional, patient, and flexible. Sabrina, Ronnie, and Roxanna were especially great. They helped me with making the reservation when i needed and explained what options i had. Cant wait to stay again.

Hotel was fine. Overall cleanliness could use an upgrade. The lady at check it was gracious and very helpful. The one at check out on the other hand was very rude discourteous and entitled. I attempted to take my wife a coffee from the breakfast area and she spoke to me as if I was a child telling me food wasn’t allowed in their rooms. Would not visit again.

The staff was nice, but that is the only positive. From the time we were getting out the car in the parking lot, there were people people speeding through the parking lot and loud activity outside. No big deal there, just figured it was people partying. Then we enter the lobby and I see a huge roach walking in with me. I try to justify that it is the south, but buddy seemed a little too comfortable walking through. Once we got in the hallway, it smelled like weed. Our room was hot and literally sticky. Stains in the floor and walls. Holes in the curtains, the bathroom door could not be shut. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a place like this. I could barely relax because it was so disgusting. To top it off, my husband went to the gas station and heard people talking about “working the hotels” as a way to “get in the game and make this money.” I wish I had read reviews before booking this hotel, but hopefully you will heed the reviews and avoid! In this case, unfortunately you get what you pay for.

The first thing that greeted me when I stepped out of my car was the very strong smell of weed in the parking lot. People standing around outside made me feel a little unsafe. The parking lot is not well lit. The person who checked me in had very little English skills and struggled a little with the check-in. The room was okay. It was clean enough although a little rundown. When it was time to check out the morning person had locked herself out so I had to let her in the lobby door and take her word for it that she worked there. The upside is that it's very convenient to the airport although you can hear the planes taking off all night if you're sensitive to that. But for $90 it was a decent stay

This property is filty, the staff is very unprofessional, the room is very dirty and smelled of mildew. The carpet in the halls and room is visible old and dirty, it smelled. The breakfast was a choice of bread or waffles only. The people hanging aroymd the property looked questionable and homeless and smelled like it too. This is overall the WORSE hotel i have ever stayed. SHAME IN EXPEDIA FOR HAVING THIS HOTEL ON THEIR SITE!!!!!

The shuttle service was not operating when I called. Had to take an uber. Breakfast was not available the next morning, nothing was there. Had to buy breakfast at airport. Even the only soda machine in the building was out of order. Nothing to drink. Cost me $33. For transportation and breakfast.

Pros: Breakfast room coffee machine coffee was good. Cons: "Breakfast" was insultingly bad and sparse. Worst ever excuse I've seen for breakfast. No sink stopper. Generally dingy hotel, lobby, room, carpet. Uncomfortable smushy bed.

Nice and clean. Well mannered staff. Good breakfast. Loved the walk in shower with plenty of water pressure. Reasonably priced. Nicely quiet. Comfortable beds. Best hotel experience I've had in a while. Plan on staying there on return trip!

Breakfast was awful - stale eggs, juice machine didn’t work, no regular creamer for the coffee, very few bread/pastry options. Yes, it was a cheap price…..but not a deal, considering the drawbacks. Won’t be staying here again.
Overall the hotel is old and run down. There are water spots on walls and ceiling in lobby, lobby furniture is worn. We stayed on the first floor, the guest room hallway smells strongly of animal urine or mold (musty, ammonia odor). Our room was clean in general, but the chair vinyl was worn off and the light fixture shades were very dirty. Shower area looked newly remodeled. Walls were so thin we could hear the loud snoring in the next room. Bed was very comfortable. Heater worked well. This hotel was disgusting. There are signs all over that remind you that it is a smoke-free hotel yet the stench of marijuana and cigarettes was so strong I had it on my clothes when I left. The room was gross and looked like it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while. The breakfast was cold and pretty pitiful. The chair in the room looked like it belonged in the trash heap. We stayed here unexpectedly because of a missed connection at CLT. It was atrocious.

Room has splotchy paint and drywall mud unfinished , broken pictures, stained walls, dirty old carpet, the door latch was broken and reported to the desk manager and he did nothing despite telling him that we felt unsafe. He claimed he would come and see it, but never showed up nor his assistant. Bedding had holes in it. When we entered, the air conditioning was not on on the main parts of the hotel. I reported to the property manager and it was turned on. Then it was turned off again when we got up the next day. Quite disappointed with the appearance and lack of upkeep of the property. The male property manager on duty was absent from the desk when we arrived and seemingly indifferent to our concerns. For the price of the room, I thought I would get what was advertised, but did not at all.

Stayed in loads of Sleep Inns and they're basic but fine. THIS ONE IS DREADFUL. Stained beds, carpets hadn't been cleaned and were old and stained. Had to argue for water as the tap didn't work. And we weren't given the room we actually booked. Awful, everywhere else was booked up so we couldn't move hotels. Just had to get up early and leave.
