Prima plek als je in de binnenstad wilt logeren. Hele centrum op loopafstand. We hadden een ruime kamer, met airco, heerlijk. De online medewerkers waren aardig en behulpzaam. Fijn ook dat we na uitchecken de bagage konden achterlaten om later op te halen. Aanrader.

Self checkin and out worked nicely. Fridge did not work. AC needs to be on all the time in the upper room in summer. Loud outside until 1am because of an event at the Parade.

Beste mensen, het is een fijn en goed onderhouden hotel, mooie locatie, prima badkamer en bed, goed ontbijt. De digitale ontvangst bevalt mij persoonlijk niet en ook vind ik het raar dat je niet gewoon tv kunt kijken. Ik ben mobiel beperkt, het lukte allemaal net, maar voor slechter mobiel beperkte mensen is het hotel niet geschikt.
Beste mensen, het is een fijn en goed onderhouden hotel, mooie locatie, prima badkamer en bed, goed ontbijt. This is the second time I am staying at this Hotel. The location is perfect. The only 2 issues I'm having is a lack of the elevator. If you have bad knees and heavy luggage, you are on your own. The communication with the Hotel is terrible. If you send a message with a question, don't wait for the answer. You won't get one. Need to work on the communication with guests.

Perfecte plek naast de St Jan. Schone mooie kamer. Wel allemaal balken op de bovenste kamers dus oppassen met je hoofd. Het enige jammere vond ik dat er geen receptie is maar op een IPad moet inchecken. Voor vragen komt er wel een medewerker in beeld dus prima geholpen maar vind het toch jammer.
