I’m usually pretty easygoing when it comes to hotels and don’t expect everything to be perfect, but unfortunately this stay was just barely okay. There were definitely some positives. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I loved the pillows. The front desk staff we interacted with were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were several issues that really brought down the stay. The shower would not drain properly and came close to overflowing during just a quick shower. There were no extra blankets available, and this morning we had no hot water. Breakfast was by far the biggest disappointment. It was extremely poorly stocked and honestly one of the worst hotel breakfasts we’ve had. There was no bacon, sausage, or any other breakfast meat. The eggs were watery, there were no plates available, and several items were not being replenished. My husband eventually had to go into the kitchen himself just to ask for more waffle batter. The kitchen staff also came across as borderline rude, which was disappointing considering how friendly the rest of the staff had been. The clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly front desk staff were appreciated, but between the plumbing issues, lack of hot water, and extremely disappointing breakfast, I don’t feel the overall stay lived up to what we expected.

Amenities were great-got a nice deal on parking because we stayed 4 nights. Property could have been better maintained but was clean. Staff was phenomenal-helpful, pleasant & attentive. Housekeeping realized I left an item in the room and front desk called me before I even left the property!
