Had a nice stay but a few things need fixing

Ideal property for race attendance

Nothing wrong with the property, the location is amazing….. but the local agent O’Briens are negligent and uncaring. I reviewed the previous feedback and it’s clear that they do not pay any attention. The toilet seat is still broken, there are cobwebs (a lot) and ants everywhere and I mean everywhere, hundreds in my bed (and no I didn’t eat in bed!). I had to follow up the agent a week after booking to find out if it had been accepted (was told they were busy but no apology) and only noticed on the key pick up instructions (emailed a few hours before arrival) that bed linen was not provided. My fault in missing this small but important detail but on picking up the keys was simply told it was on the listing and they didn’t have a clue where I could buy sheets at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. Property is great, shame about the agent.
