No more pool or breakfast. Shower curtain too small for shower leaving pools of water. Asked for more towels for 4 people but had to bring back the 2 we had.

Overall, it was a very dissatifiying stay and i do not recommend anymore! 1. The front desk was not so friendly and didnt even ask me how my stay was. 2. The front desk required a $50 deposit that I never had to deal with in past visits. Once I asked for my deposit, the front desk rep asked for my room keys, went down to my actual room to inspect, come back and decide to give my cash deposit it back to me. Once i let, it was like he was following me to my car and that felt very uncomforting! I NEVER experienced this ever in a hotel stay ever in my life! 3. I had the hot tub room. The water temperature was good, but the start button was missing the cover. 4. I requested at the front desk for new towels for my next day and no.maid seevice occurred at all. In addition to that, I was advised to get new towels myself in their laundry room. Absolute lazyness and unprofessional! 5. Lastly, it is not very clean since I saw a small roach show up on the bathroom floor. To recap once again, I do not recommend this place at all, even if the rates are low cost. I'll never go there again. They are lucky to get 2 stars out of 5 from me.

If you’re considering staying here, save yourself the trouble. The pool is “closed,” and judging by everything else, it’s probably never coming back. My kids were disappointed, to say the least. The pullout sofa bed — it was so bad I had the kids sleep in the main bed and I chose the floor, and the floor was the better option. The main bed wasn’t much better unless you enjoy springs poking you like tiny metal regrets.Breakfast? They don’t offer it anymore. Not even the oxygen-level “continental breakfast". The lobby was roasting, hot enough to melt the vending machine candy bars into sugary puddles. A beer can left by another guest sat in the lobby all night untouched, which tells you everything you need to know about the level of care here.And the bathtub — be careful. It was so slippery I was afraid to even move. A shower shouldn’t feel like an extreme sport. This place is a nightmare from top to bottom. Stay literally anywhere else. Oh and that room - be careful, I thought I was reserving a king suite, you know with a hot tub or whatever I'm the room, na, just one more joke, it was a standard room. Expedia, update you crap on here, it's highly out of date. So thanks for nothing on that.
