Stay was very comfortable. The location close to Hersheypark was extremely convenient. However, the pool was not functioning and we were not alerted to that before the stay. Also, the carpets throughout the facility were in desperate need of cleaning or repair. The cost per night was extremely Fair based on location.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly bit, I booked this hotel because it said it had a pool, it did not. Also it really isn't a hot breakfast they serve just some muffins and bagels. On the plus side they did have filtered water and lemonade for guests.

Was very neat. Staff was more than hospitable Bfast was perfectly fine for continental . Does not have a pool. This was not an issue for us . As we spent all the time at the park which was less than 2 miles away. Huge plus!

We were really impressed with the hotel. Nice and clean and everything we needed for breakfast. Would stay there again. The only issue was after a late night concert there was no parking left.

The room was quite small ,we stayed for 5 days and housekeeping only came one time. The pool was not working which was one of the reasons why we booked there. They had a fire alarm go off at 4 am because of some.moisture issue in a sensor.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking. The breakfast was grab and go. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels and muffin as well as hard boiled eggs were available for breakfast. The room was very comfortable, there were even 2 ottomans! The only thing that I wish was different was the size of the refrigerator. This hotel was a straight shot down Route 39 to the Hershey Park and Chocolate World Attractions and just 5 minutes from the Hershey Outlet Mall. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beds were comfortable. Room and all hallways had a bad odor. Sometimes it smelled like mold, other times way too much air freshener. So much it burned the nose. Breakfast buffet was depleted everyday by 8:30am although open until 10am. We had to ask each day for more coffee, bananas, etc. Staff did not seem to be on top of it. We only slept there while visiting Hershey park a few days. It served its purpose for a few nights.

My first impression was not the best, I was honestly a little scared as we walked in to check in, the woman behind the counter seemed to be high on Meth (like really bad) The towels in the bathroom felt damp, There was a cricket on the wall, and we could hear EVERYTHING from the person above us..every footstep, every bathroom use/flush, even every groan, and there was something sharp on the floor (carpet) that cut my friends foot. The breakfast was good, better then some other places I've been to.

Hotel was clean and well kept. This particular hotel is pet friendly, which is awesome, but maybe limit and advertise certain rooms as pet friendly and maybe no carpet in those rooms?? I appreciate the attempt and effort to scrub the carpets but they were damp my entire stay. And that seemed to lead to the whole room being damp. My clothes were all damp and remained that way until we checked out. The room also had the lovely scent of wet dog since they were still wet. So with that, maybe not scrub the carpet if someone is about to be checking in to allow for them to dry properly. Did I complain? No. Was it too much of a nuisance? No. I love animals so I get it. Morning food was grab and go as it is a very small area but it was just fine. Friendly staff, would stay again.

The hotel is refurbished and you can telk theyre trying hard to make it a positive experience. However, i asked twice for better cleaning in the bathroom and was necer taken care of. The floor of the shower was very dingy and the side if the toilet seat had streaks.There was a good variety at breakfast but nothing hot or freshmade. The rooms are a bit cramped. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good but it's the deail that's lacking.

Property is located very close to Hershey Park and restaurant, great location. Staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The problem I noticed is the carpet of the hallway and room smelled bad and were too dirty, the room had a funky smell. Don't get me wrong it was incredibly cheap and convenient. The walls were just SO THIN!! I could hear every noise upstairs, downstairs, upstairs, next door, hallway. Didn't sleep for 2 nights. Other than that it was fine

Stayed for one night. The room was clean. Odd set up for bedroom door. It was two pieces. Bathroom could have used a countertop of some kind. The mattress was very uncomfortable and needed replaced. Staff were very friendly. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean and newly updated. Breakfast is grab and go cereals and bagels. Overall not a bad stay.

Check in was way but the room temperature was horrible, despite lowering the degree, the room remained overly hot. The room also had an odor that left both of us in the room with sinuses pressure, pain and headaches the next morning. There also was excessive noise, dogs barking in the hotel and someone running back and forth in the room above.

Check in was fast and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom had full sized toiletries and the lobby had a small snack area (for purchase). It also had continental breakfast. Located close to HersheyPark and Giant Center. Highlt recommend.

I would have to say I drove from far, when I arrived we were greeted by a women by the name of Michelle she made us wait for 15mins as she was finishing a transaction but was on her cell phone , we arrived early but our check in was at 3 we asked how much it would be and she said 75 since I drive 6 hours with my kids and three elders we all agreed to pay it. So as I was going to pay I saw on the paying machine 230.30 and I was like wait my hotel is paid all I should pay is 75 and she like i don’t know but I have to pay that. Then I said hey listen I’m driving from far could you please stop being rude and help us ever since I asked her she went off saying we can now wait till 3 and then another co worker came and she went to the back room and was talking about us, then as she left she slammed the door and was rude and kept repeating don’t help them terrible experience. Then a young lady that came on her shift called her manager who then didn’t want us in the hotel but she ended up explained hey they are here with kids and elders and then he agreed to have us stay. This young lady was so nice those are the ppl y’all should have there at all times!!! Her name was Aligha Placensia and she apologized and accommodated us great till the end.

Although this is a modern and clean property, my family and I were disappointed and dissatisfied with some areas. We loved the cleanliness of the property and room, the front desk staff upon arrival (Felisha) was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast, although minimal, was sufficient and we appreciated it. However, we were shocked and disappointed at the noise level in the hotel after hours, particularly after 10-11pm, when guests arrived back to the hotel from their day. The walls and room ceiling floors were not sound proofed and we could hear every footstep, conversation, etc, of which the most upsetting was the ceiling noises as we had to sleep through pounding and galloping and heavy noises from the room above us, on the 3rd floor. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and both were a gross inconvenience and disturbing. There are signs posted in and around the hotel notifying of respecting the noise levels after 10pm, which is a waste as the staff does not honor it. On the night of 8/31/25 at 11.30pm, I called the front desk to complain of the 3rd floor noise and was told that they will have a conversation with them. This did not seem to deter the guest on thr upper floor. I called the front desk again at 12.30am and spoke to Michelle, who was abrupt and rude and said she would speak to the guest but there is nothing she can do if they continue. At 1.39am, the pounding continued and woke us up. This is unacceptable and I feel abiding guests’ concerns are disregarded.

The walls and room ceiling floors were not sound proofed and we could hear every footstep, conversation, etc, of which the most upsetting was the ceiling noises as we had to sleep through pounding and galloping and heavy noises from the room above us, on the 3rd floor. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and both were a gross inconvenience and disturbing. There are signs posted in and around the hotel notifying of respecting the noise levels after 10pm, which is a waste as the staff does not honor it. On the night of 8/31/25 at 11.30pm, I called the front desk to complain of the 3rd floor noise and was told that they will have a conversation with them. This did not seem to deter the guest on thr upper floor. I called the front desk again at 12.30am and spoke to Michelle, who was abrupt and rude and said she would speak to the guest but there is nothing she can do if they continue. At 1.39am, the pounding continued and woke us up. This is unacceptable and I feel abiding guests’ concerns are disregarded.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking. The breakfast was grab and go. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels and muffin as well as hard boiled eggs were available for breakfast. The room was very comfortable, there were even 2 ottomans! The only thing that I wish was different was the size of the refrigerator. This hotel was a straight shot down Route 39 to the Hershey Park and Chocolate World Attractions and just 5 minutes from the Hershey Outlet Mall. We will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel is difficult to get to from Hershey Park. There are double yellow lane lines that don't legally allow one to turn left into the property. We must navigate into a nearby subdivision to turn around and take a right turn. The county needs to address this with dotted yellow lines or a separate turn lane. As for everything else, I'd say it was mostly fine. Beds and showers were fine. A/C was fine. Our room, however, did have a front door that did not properly shut. The door would hit the frame upon closing. Also, our toilet paper holder was half hanging off the wall upon arrival. The staff said that this would be addressed after our departure. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. One other note worth mentioning, a temporary charge for our full stay was made on my credit card even after paying in full with Hotels.com. I was told if it does not fall off, to contact the front desk. The duplicate charge is still pending on my credit card. Why they would charge me again for my stay after already paying in full with Hotels.com is beyond me. There was also an additional $50 incidentals charge that's still pending which should fall off.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast left much to be desired. They offered breakfast from 6-10, but did not bother replenishing anything during that time, or cleaning the area. Generally a decent hotel. Staff was friendly, a lot of chipping on door frames, doors and the like. Breakfast is all cold other than the bagels, and very limited options. For the price now a days it's about what you'd expect for it being so close to the Hershey attractions. Next time we plan on splurging to use the Hershey hotel instead but if you're on a budget this is a decent option.

Great place to stay at a very affordable price. In very close proximity to Hershey Park. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. The only issue we had was with teh breakfast. Supposed to last until 10am but they were out of all bagels, eggs and similar before 9am. Only cereals, oatmeal one or two fruits were left. Constantly out of coffee as well. Other than that great place.

The hotel is refurbished and you can telk theyre trying hard to make it a positive experience. However, i asked twice for better cleaning in the bathroom and was necer taken care of. The floor of the shower was very dingy and the side if the toilet seat had streaks.There was a good variety at breakfast but nothing hot or freshmade. The rooms are a bit cramped. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good but it's the deail that's lacking.

Great accommodation for the $$ & proximity to Hershey. Checking in the girl didn’t even acknowledge us for 10 minutes while she was typing on the computer even today I’ll be with you in a minute & then was just short when dealing with our check in.
