Quality Inn & Suites Elizabethtown

The room smelled and the bathroom didn’t look properly cleaned. It made me question if the beds were fresh linens. We just needed a place to crash after a long day of driving. Definitely get what you pay for.

Clean room, but mattress needs to be replaced!

When we arrived the front desk people seemed very stressed and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They gave me a room number then the front desk person said oh no you can’t do that one and gave me a different room. Room key didn’t work. Room smelled musty. Shower and bath ran at same time- so tub was filled with water while showering. Bath nozzle had tons of build up on it. Overall you get what you pay for. Place was fully booked so a lot of ppl stay there but I won’t again.

Advertised as having pool and hot tub at time of booking. Upon arrival told the pool has not been working for 3 days and hot tub is not available either. Do not like being held for full payment by Hotels.com despite the property not being fully functioning. Kids were promised a pool after 10 hrs driving so we went to Holiday Inn and paid again.
