Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Laurel Near Fort Meade

Two things to note. There is parking there BUT no breakfast. I don't know why that hotel information is incorrect. Our room was very clean.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Large parking area as I was towing a 24 foot trailer. Easy on and off major roads with various support services nearby.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was helpful and allowed us to re-enter the room after we checked out because my mother left something in the room. Excellent stay. The only downside was the vending machine wasn't working, but the staff had put out a karraff with coffee as well as lemon/lime water.

Other than our key card not working a couple of times ,the staff fixed promptly and apologized for the inconvenience. Also note the picture is just a part of the place. There is also a second building that is located outside net to it.

The room was clean however the carpet was dirty and the breakfast was the same thing every day very unhealthy. The staff however was excellent which was the only good thing. The vending machine on the floor didn't work.

No continental breakfast. Treadmill didn't work. Room had a smell of damp clothes.

Roaches in the restroom. Sink didn't work properly, phone in room didn't work. Room keeping only after 3 days

Didnt even get a chance to have the breakfast we didn’t sleep the night we checked out early in the night around 11pm roach infested very unpleasant to sleep.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the carpet very dirty and even though it said non-smoking, it still smell like cigarettes. Checking out the lady at front desk took over 10 minutes to show up.

Smelled musty, had a breeder roach crawling on curtains and stained bedding.

The check in process was great and hostess friendly. While returning to our room we saw a roach on the night stand so we had our room switched to the second floor. Heres where the fun started. All night people were running in the hallway slamming doors and laughing. At 8am 2 guys were arguing so loud that it woke us up. One guy left after threatening to "come back with something". I have never left a hotel so fast in my life. The location was great, room was clean and had no smell as stated before. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone and I really wanted to like it. The breakfast was only a yogurt cup that I passed on as we left out.

My stay was excellent, except for the lock on the door. I had to get a new card everyday.

No microwave no refrigerator.... ice machine in main building... just terrible, to have to walk to another building just get ice...

The locks on the room door need batteries or an upgrade. Each time we entered the room, we needed a new key. Very inconvenient. The room smelled musty and the bathroom floor was dirty, needed to be mopped. The carpet needed to be shampooed. We had Lysol, thank GOD.

The room had no microwave and no refrigerator. The cable had only one channel working with a horrible quality. Breakfast was closed.

I was disappointed that the room had no refrigerator or microwave. I didn’t catch that at booking. Also I thought for sure there was free breakfast included, but I was disappointed again. The location and price were right for this short notice stay for the sake of family connections.

The furnishings were worn and outdated and in need of an update. When you drive up, you can see the property needs a facelift. It has cracked plaster and repair spots that have not been painted over.

This is a very mediocre hotel. Pluses are: it was basically clean, the area seemed safe, and it was cheap for the area. Minuses are: Overall dingy appearance. The message light on the phone wouldn't turn off. The overhead light did was missing a bulb. The deadbolt did not work. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work and the lighting was dim. Peeling paint in bathroom, likely due to non-working exhaust fan. The sink water stream was terrible until I took off the aerator and cleaned it. Weirdly, the cold water was warm in both sink and shower.

Ive stayed at better places. Our room was missing a lock, the box springs were broken on one bed, the internet was horrific. Normally the internet is slower because its a hotel but this was virtually non existent. We stayed for a week and we had to go to the desk each morning for a brand new breakfast ticket because theyre taken at the door. The breakfast was really disappointing. Cold cereal, make your own waffles, sausage and watered down juices dont really help start your day. Ive stayed in worse places but definitely wont be back either.

They gave me keys to a room that had someone already staying there. My card opened the door and there was someone starring at me freaking out. Then the new room they gave me the card didn't work. I carried my luggage all over the hotel till they finally found a vacant room with a working lock. My deposit at the counter cost more then what I paid for the room. You can hear everything through the walls the people next door are talking normal and i can hear every word..

Front desk customer service was excellent! I've definitely recommended a boost in your ratings as it appears you have been unfairly rated.

Front desk staff was so helpful and kind. They printed out my tickets for an attraction tomorrow and let me know where to go to dine! Great staff!

The property and rooms were dirty and extremely outdated. There were people out front smoking marijuana, the staff saw, and did nothing. The staff was rude and simply unwilling to help! I was here for 2 hours and I couldn't take it anymore, I promptly checked out. I do not recommend that you stay here ever.

I booked a 1-night stay 11/1/25 jacuzzi suite. Sole purpose was to utilize the jacuzzi. However, the jacuzzi jets were inoperable. I notified the front desk. Associate stated the manager was off but he will contact them to see what we can do. He never got back to me. I followed up and he stated he will be sure to get back to me. He never got back to me. I waited a few days then called back. I spoke to a front desk associate and brought them up to speed on the issue. They told me I would receive points for a 1-night stay. She stated she would have the manager add the points. A week or 2 goes by. I check my account and no points added. I called back to make the property aware and they told me to email the manager. I did so. Waited a few days and the manager never emailed me back. I gave another follow up call. Was able to reach the manager Jereah (who didn’t introduce herself) I had to ask her name and title. She stated that the jacuzzi was operable the staff member didn’t know how to turn it on. She stated that because I booked thru a third party I wouldn’t have gotten a refund back regardless even if I left the room. She stated 11/5 the staff member requested 1000 points to go to my account. Which isn’t enough for a 1-night stay that I was told I would receive. She said 1000 point covers the jacuzzi not working. Had I known it wasn’t working I wouldn’t have booked. My special occasion was ruined with no proper compensation. I will never stay at this property again!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room I was given had no lights and a broken toilet. I asked to change rooms and was given a room that smelt so badly of chemicals it was uninhabitable. The staff agreed. They then said they had no more rooms unless they upgraded me and I paid for the upgrade. I asked for a refund. First I was told that I would receive a refund within 3 business days and then I was told that I would have to call the manager between 11:30 and 12:00 for a refund on Monday, and only if I complained would I get a refund. But they would make a note that the rooms were uninhabitable for the manager. I will see how getting the refund goes, but frankly I can’t believe the staff didn’t know that the first room had a broken toilet and no working lights and the second smelt so bad you felt nauseous the minute you walked in.

The stay was ok. Staff was unprofessional completely. My check in was annoying. I stood there waiting to get checked in. Nobody greeted me just stared at me for about 5-8 minutes before a lady FINALLY said “wait for (gave me a name that I forgot) because I have no idea how to check in”. My check out went well the guy that was there during check out was helpful

I feel the guy at the front desk could have been a little nicer. I didn’t know about a security deposit when booking through a third party . And 100 dollar deposit is a little crazy for these rooms. I ended up paying because my room was already paid for non refundable. Well I used my cash app not knowing it automatically takes it from Apple Pay. So he was saying my card numbers didn’t match I’m showing him where they took the money from off of my cash app. He told me you can’t get a room here cause your card numbers don’t match. Mind you he wrote down the last 4 of my card number.I asked him why he did that he said he had too. After reviewing my card several times on my phone Uncomfortable feeling.Luckily there was a very nice young lady who helped me figure out where the other card number was coming from. As she went to get the manager I’m not saying anything to him I’m waiting for the manager he said “i don’t know what your doing nothing is going to change you can’t get a room here” as if my room wasn’t already paid for. The young lady and the manager were very helpful. And I appreciate them for helping me figure this out. But as far as the male at the front desk . Very rude . Very unprofessional. This is not a job for him he does not know how to talk to people. For him to be that rude to a woman with a baby is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. I usually don’t leave reviews but this experience made me very upset. I honestly will not be returning to this property.

We stayed in the main building. The reviews were terrible (I saw them after I booked) We were pleasantly surprised. Carpet was fairly new and room was clean. The staff was wonderful

Expedia agent DECLINED to give a motel or Inn 20009 or 20500 within Washington DC, instead, both times made reservations in Maryland in Hotels without excess to transportation; Bus or Rail. the Days Inn & Suites (by Wyndham Laurel Near Fort Meade) Service Desk Women REFUSED to refund my $100 deposit. I cleaned room before departure. Service Desk Women DENIED television remote until I was checking out due to extremely BAD service.

I didn't feel that safe in the area. However, there were no incidences besides a few loitering people on the stairwell. It was actually a fairly quiet night.

Very convenient to shopping options. Quite inexpensive

Our room was a good size. Thought the couch would be a pull-out couch, but it wasn't. The area around the property just seemed like not the safest area. We did not experience any problems, though. The employee could not get the key card machine to work, so I waited about 10 minutes before he could finally get the machine to work to assign the key cards. However, one of them did not work still.

I get my key & walk to my room, I see 4-5 people standing outside in hoodies. Now I grew up in Baltimore City, but I damn sure dont want to see that outside of a hotel I'm staying. Absolute trash

The staff were very nice, but there were homeless men constantly sleeping on the couch in the tiny lobby and I was accosted outside the main doors by a guy on drugs who was lurking around in the parking lot. My room smelled like urine and I finally discovered a stain on the floor near the bed that was the source of the smell. Again, not the staff’s fault (they were very kind and professional) but I didn’t feel very safe in the hotel.

The hotel was convenient to the highway, but unfortunately when we were there, there was a lot of construction on the roads at night. The staff were OK, but not overly friendly. The building needs a lot of repairs, maintenance and updating. The room did not feel clean.

No taxi, no foods around and far away for walking distance. Not convenient at all for those who travel from other states to here. :(

When I made the booking it said breakfast available. Once I reached the hotel, there was no breakfast and it said they stopped the continental breakfast after March 1. They should display correct information on the website

Room smelled like smoke. Continental breakfast was coffee, juice and picture outside the check-in desk. You had to ask for a muffin. On the second day, the person at the front desk decided to ask me if my dog was a service dog. Been there two days and finally. What she was. Very rude people at the desk.

Non helpful staff, breakfast supposed to be included and when we checked in they said no more breakfast , we asked to switch to anothet Days inn hotel in DC and also denied.

Mitch was closed. Although booking included complimentary breakfast kitchen was closed. Just served muffin.

There was no breakfast as advertised on the Expedia AND Days Inn corporate website. A muffin was offered. When looking to book a hotel, I specifically am looking for a stay that includes breakfast. VERY DISSAPPOINTING
