On arrival we were able to check in ahead of the agreed time. The host made contact as soon as w3 landed in order to provide any instructions and assistance for our arrival. We were met in arrival and shown to the apartment. The apartment was in an excellent location for the beach and surrounding bars & places to eat. The bus service was excellent, stops just outside the apartment which took us all over Benidorm. The host was on hand for any queries we had and as we were staying for 4 weeks we did speak often via WhatsApp. Pool area was OK, the sun lounges could do with being cleaned a little more frequently, but I'm sure had to we asked they would have complied. The apartment in places could do with a bit of TLC but overall a nice apartment and lovely area and we would definitely stay here again...
