Beutifull and clean room! It have everything you need except microwave. But it was perfect!

Great stay in Salisbury/Newburyport. Easy Uber ride to Salisbury beach for a concert and you can walk across the bridge to Newburyport restaurants and shops. Room was very clean Kcup coffee, creamer's, fridge, shampoo, soaps. A very comfortable bed and linens. Small sitting area in the room and patio deck w/ table and chairs. The check in was self service, upload ID and recent picture via the app prior to check in. Good communication via text as well. We didn't get the code to get in the lock box as promised but a quick call to the phone # and it was sent. Would stay here again.

We received a room with two queen beds. Paid for a room with a king bed. Front door was broken. TV streaming didn’t work even after maintenance came. Was told we would get 25% off first night and Reimbursed for the second night since we opted to not stay because of all the above. Was still charged full rate for both nights. Some of the walls were dirty.

Great location to Newburyport and surrounding area. Clean room. Did not interact with any staff. Room has a code as I arrived after the front desk was closed. Restaurant above was closed and not listed on website. Plenty of places to eat within a coupon mile radius. Would stay again.

Love this place, easy check in and check out through codes. Comfortable beds too. Best feature is easy walk over the bridge to downtown Newburyport which is a quintessential New England town with great shops and restaurants. There’s also a restaurant in the nice weather however it wasn’t open yet. It doesn’t open until mid May..
