Beautiful, clean room… We would stay there again…

Simple check in, no staff on site. Very clean, pretty, comfortable room. We stayed one night on a road trip along the coast. Very good location. The shower is good, but there was no shampoo & I assumed there would be. There is a Keurig but it is hard to get to tucked inside of a cabinet so we didn't use it. Plenty of towels in the room. There is not a desk or small table to sit at so we went to a coffee shop to play a board game.

Too many messages, no people. Not even a coffee pot. Just "touchless", with a Keurig. Communication difficult, as the required ID/PW login were tricky to manage while driving. Room was excellent on the inside; a motel atmosphere with easy parking. The value wasn't there, however, given rooms in the middle of sold-out Newburyport go for ~$50 more (~$430). Got the sence pricing is dynamic, on the overflow, while the convenience and charm (of an off-season marina), across the bridge, was non-existent.

The Deck restaurant bar with music was closed for the season which should have been noted at time of booking. Poorly maintained room. Shower handle was loose and may fall off soon. Bathroom door hanging off the hinge made it hard to close. No coffee cups although there was a Keurig. (Contacted host to no avail.) Walls are so thin we could hear and understand neighbors’ conversations. Late night parking lot party woke us at midnight and continued until 2am. No way to contact host. Very disappointing stay especially for the price! I do not recommend this property!

We were in suite 18 which is on the third floor. There are a lot of steps to walk up but the view was amazing. Everything else was great. I would highly recommend it.
