The venue is wonderful. Located slightly off the town centre. However, it was challenging to get dinner on site as dinner has to be pre booked. A bit of challenge for us as we did not know that and many places in town closed early. Breakfast was excellent. I had the Japanese breakfast and hubby had the western. Both were very good.

only a few min drive to the lake side. new and comfortable onsen resort. good for traveller who wants a quiet environment.

Amazing hotel with great view to Lake Toya. Top notch service and immaculate room with our own onsen inside. I must add that breakfast we had was just superb. We really can't be happier with our stay. One small note that it's a very short drive (5 mins) to downtown but this is what make this a great stay as it's a bit tucked away from the crowd but still very close to everything we needed.

An amazing view on lake Toya from the hotel room and the bath tub, just like presented in the pictures from the hotel. The staff was very attentive and welcomed us from the arrival in parking lot. Carried our luggage and made a personal check in seated in the lobby with a good cup of coffee. Free bar in the evening and good gaming zone with retro games. An exclusive stay with very high customer focus and a staff that do anything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We really enjoyed the hotel, room and our own private onsen tub with a great views. Highly recommended!
